A king-size bed is found in the master bedroom, which also has an en suite bathroom with a tiled corner shower. Two other rooms have two single twin beds, and the fourth room features a twin and twin trundle bed. A tub/shower combo is found in the hallway bathroom, and a washer and dryer are also available to keep everyone squeaky clean.

Adventurers will find Moab to easily be a favorite spot to visit with its numerous activities around every corner. Book an off-roading tour, or roll and bump your own 4x4 along the dirt roads and trails. Try skydiving, go rafting down the cool Colorado River, or check out the National Parks close by. Arches National Park is famous for its incredible sandstone arches, which can be driven or hiked to. Canyonlands National Park has multiple entrances, but the most famous are Island in the Sky and The Needles. Spanish Valley is just nine miles south and is home to other attractions, including Ken's Lake. Hike to Faux Falls and then hit up the refreshing lake water to kayak, swim, and fish. Rented this place for the number one reason of having a garage. Show up to a note saying sorry garage is broken. I had my brand new UTV with us and was not excited to leave it out all night. Also they needed to do a fall cleanup. The hot tube area was full of leaves which sucked when it came to getting out. Location to town was great walked to coffee shop every morning. Just bummed I paid all the extra cash (100 bucks a night more) to have a garage we could not use. This situation really needed a phone call.

Stayed with family of 5 and plenty of room to spread out. 10 minute walk to downtown (it was 105+ during our stay, so only did it once). Kitchen/bath were fully stocked. Only complaint is master bed was very soft.

we had 7 adult men sharing the space and it was great. the office off kitchen is open ceiling so that's rough for those 2 people staying there as far as morning and evening noise. garage is large and we could put all our bikes there. Hot tub is great and large. location is in Moab, but a long walk to town activities. Quiet area, across from hospital.

We had a group of 7 adults stay for a week and we all had a great time. Pros: being able to walk to many of the shops and restaurants on Main Street, having enough seating on the patio and in the living room to comfortably seat us all, close to the pool, hot tub, plenty of towels, clean well stocked kitchen. Cons: 4th bedroom (next to kitchen and living room) is noisy. We were given the wrong door key code on arrival and we ran out of gas for the grill, but we called the management company and were given prompt assistance.

I've stayed in a few vacation homes in Moab and this is the best. The home is very comfortable, all the amenities, some nice extra touches and you can't beat the location! Just a few blocks from downtown. I highly recommend.

This is a very nice home in a great location. The only exceptions are: 1) the hot tub does not work properly; less than half of the water jets work. 2) the dryer makes a lot of noise at times; seems to be failing. 3) we were denied a request for the code to open the garage from the keypad, which makes entry and exit a hassle (luckily we found it written down later in the week)

We are sorry to see our guest had some downfalls with their stay. The hot tub is working correctly; previous guests had turned some of the jets so they were no longer active. The garage code is provided in the information sent to our guests, and maintenance is scheduled to inspect the dryer. Thank you!

6 of us drove down from Canada for a mountain bike week. The house was perfectly situated a short walk from coffee, food and drinks.
The house itself was more than big enough for us with plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen for when we wanted to cook.
The double garage was great for storing and servicing the bikes. All in all a great week and everyone was happy with the house.

This place is nicely furnished (nicer than the other one we rented almost next door), roomy, has a big garage to store bikes and gear, and everything worked. One of the 4 bedrooms has open upper walls to the living area, so be aware of that for noise sensitivity. Or wear ear plugs

This is the second time I have stayed in this very same house. It’s a great location, furnished well, and comfortable beds. Other than when we were there this time there was a bad aunt problem which the owners can fix fairly easily, I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at the Cottonwoods condo over Thanksgiving weekend. The house was very clean and well stocked with soaps, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The location was perfect as it was just off one of the first roads as you come into Moab, so you didn't have to deal with all the downtown traffic, yet you had easy access to the downtown area. We rode our bikes on a dirt path behind our condo to the local city park. The kids enjoyed the pool, which is just 2 buildings away. The house is very close to the Kane Creek Road, which follows the Colorado River. We had easy access to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.
The condo is all on one level, which was good since we had toddlers in our party. The master bedroom is huge, and it includes its own private bathroom and huge walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms were on the smaller size, but they worked fine. The fourth bedroom is not really a bedroom, but more of an office space. The walls of the room did not reach the ceiling, and since it was right next to the living room and kitchen, there was little privacy. Our kids ended up sleeping on the floor in our room.
We enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen, dining room, and living room area. There is a nice big laundry room that gave us a place to put our coolers, backpacks, etc. in. The garage had some hooks on the ceiling to store bikes. The grill and patio space were great for soaking in the afternoon sun. We didn't use the hot tub because it wasn't working. The local Vacasa people were very responsive and friendly with the few issues we had. We would definitely come here again.

This house is very good for a big family or big group. We enjoyed the private indoor warm water pool just 2 houses down at the corner. The house have about everything you need in the kitchen. There is a city market closed by to get groceries.

PROs: This home is conveniently located across the street from the hospital and a jump park for pedal bikes. The kids loved the hot tub and community pool. It was large enough for my family of seven that stayed.
CONs: The hot tub jets didn’t work. It is clean but there were ants on the kitchen counters. Leaving food on the counters for any amount of time may mean you’ll add a little extra protein to your diet. The home is outdated.
We tried texting the manager once and got no response.

Cottonwoods Condos are a great choice for many reasons -- being able to walk to town is high on our list. As avid mountain bikers we've also had opportunities to utilize the urgent care facility directly across the street -- easy to walk to =)! Unit 469 is the only condo in Cottonwoods with a 4th bedroom added. Was convenient to have the extra room! Kitchen in this unit is very well appointed. Our large group also occupied the unit next door (toward the pool) and all meals were at "our place" because of the ample place settings and superior kitchen supplies.

Wonderful spot just outside of town. Easy drive to Main St. for food & drink and very close to Arches and Canyonlands.

The house had everything you could ask for, especially in the kitchen. It was great to have a common space to hang out in rather than hanging out in someone's hotel room. Very family friendly, even had a little outdoor space. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This home is well-situated close to town yet in a quiet neighborhood. We had a family reunion with my 5 children (ages 32-26), husband, and myself. Plenty of space and with 2 bathrooms, no one was inconvenienced. The house is well-appointed and nicely decorated; the beds were comfy and linens/towels were fine.
