Incredible views, a wonderful location, and all the luxuries of home will appease all eight guests staying at this Moab vacation rental. This home is even dog-friendly!

Everything Moab is known for is just around the corner from here, including the Moab Golf Course! Trails for hiking, biking, off-roading, and more are just minutes away. Plus, everyone will be in awe of the views of slick rock from the private patio.

This two-story home is well-decorated with lovely furnishings, neutral colors, and Southwestern accents, ensuring the whole group will quickly relax and feel right at home.

The open floorplan downstairs makes entertaining and mingling more than possible. A group can kick back and watch movies in the living room. A flatscreen TV sits on the mantle above the fireplace and a sofa and two accent chairs and a coffee table completes this comfortable space. For your convenience, cable and WiFi are provided.

There's no need to head out for each meal. Save some time and money by making good use of the well-equipped kitchen! Not only are major appliances included, but smaller add-ons like a microwave and coffeemaker are provided as well! And with the dishwasher handy, you can get back to relaxing quickly after eating.

A BBQ is set out on the patio, along with a dining table, perfect for summer grilling followed by stargazing after the sun sets. Bring the dogs outside with you as well! Just keep in mind if you do bring your furry friends, there is an associated pet fee.

Come nightfall, all eight travelers will rest well among the six beds available. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds while the third has two twin beds. The loft area has a twin trundle bed as well. For extra privacy and convenience, each bedroom has an attached full bathroom, and a half-bath is located just off the living room.

More great amenities include a washer and dryer and two-car garage to store vehicles and toys.

With two national parks within 10 minutes, there's no doubt every day could be spent hiking, rock climbing, and exploring these beautiful desert landscapes. Don't miss seeing Delicate Arch in Arches National Park, and breathtaking Island in the Sky in Canyonlands National Park. The Colorado River flows right through the valley and is great for whitewater rafting trips. But if that isn't quite ideal for your group, you can still play in the water at the Moab Aquatic Center, or drive south to Spanish Valley's Ken's Lake for kayaking, swimming, and fishing. This is the 3rd time we stayed at this house for our Moab trip. We like the house and the location and we WILL return next year. However, we had 9 points of miner issues that needed to be addressed when we checked out. The sad part is that cleaning and or maintenance should have seen these minor issues and fixed or address them before we checked in. Vacasa is not at fault because they can not fix or address issues if the last renter, cleaning or maintenance does not let them know.

Great home, very clean, had everything we needed. Loved the peaceful setting and watching the deer in the back on the golf course.

This home had it all for our group of 5. Everyone had space, fantastic view of the golf greens where the wild turkeys played, the red rock in the distance and the amazing stars at night. The home has a nice open floorplan for communal gatherings yet when it is time to retire, everyone had a spot to go to.

Out of busy Moab, only 7 minutes drive to the centre where you can have a dinner and then be back and enjoy the silence and great views! Recently bild house, full of light! Wish I could stay longer. Much better than houses in the center for the same price.

My co-workers and I have rented a house in the Coyote Run development, since they built the first house. We have always had a wonderful time and the local rental agency, Moab Accomodations, were always very helpful. Now that Vacasa has taken over the management of Coyote Run #1, the price is going up 25% in 2018 and the house condition is falling apart. There was trash left in the garage from the previous renters, both sliding doors in the living room were unable to lock, all of the dining room chair bottoms are worn out and are very uncomfortable to sit in, couch is falling apart, paint chips on the walls and a wobbly toilet in the downstairs bathroom. We will not be staying at this house again, with Vacasa managing it or paying the huge increase in cost.

We appreciate having the opportunity to respond to this feedback. The trash is taken out weekly. There is one sliding glass door that doesn't lock; it has been secured until maintenance can get the lock fixed. The dining room chairs and couch do have some wear and tear but still function well. The downstairs toilet has been fixed. We will discuss upkeep and upgrades with the owners. Thank you!

Nice place to hang out for the evening and sleep, and the view is nice with the golf course in the back yard. ; )
No on street parking for trailers!? so plan ahead for $$ and pickup time at the lot.

We enjoyed the stay. Property was very pleasant and quite. Our party of six had a great stay and enjoyed the beautiful location.
