Please be mindful Coyote Run homes are occupied by both full time home owners and residents, so please be respectful during your stay. Below are the house rules for our community. 1) NO PARKING is allowed on the community road of Coyote Run due to safety and emergency needs. All vehicles must be parked in driveway. Excess vehicles can be parked in the limited pull off areas on East Bench Road or off-site at storage lots. Campers, tents and trailers are not allowed in resident driveways or garages. 2) ATV’s/UTV’s, TRAILERS are not allowed in the Coyote Run community which includes residential street, driveways and garages in order to abide by community policies and noise pollution ordinances. There are a variety of off-site storage establishments to park your recreation vehicles during your stay. 3) NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Recreational engines, outdoor music and socializing must be kept at low noise levels. Extended idling periods, engine revving is not allowed. 4) EARLY/LATE DEPARTURES: In case of early/ departures, please be mindful of residents within the community and be quiet while loading vehicles or talking outside. 5) PETS: We welcome pets, however, please keep pets within your property boundary and clean up after your pet. Grand County leash law is in effect in the area. 6) NIGHT SKY: We value the night sky for incredible star gazing year-round. Please turn off all exterior lights before 10:00 PM. 7) GARBAGE BINS: Garbage collection is on Thursdays. All garbage bins must be returned to garage area after collection due to wildlife and litter concerns. 8) VIOLATIONS will result in towing and/or fine of $500 to your residence and will be collected by the rental company or home owner. This is part of a small development where the houses are pretty close together. But this lovely home is at the end of the lane (with trees on one side and a neighbor house on the other side) and positioned in such a way that makes it feel completely private. The big picture window and sliding glass doors at the back of the house look out over sagebrush fields and beautiful red rock hills. While working in the kitchen or sitting at the dining table or lounging in the living room, there’s no sight of neighbors. This is especially nice when soaking in the hot tub, which is also out of view from the neighbors.
I can’t speak to the upstairs bedrooms because I utilized only the ground floor, but I really enjoyed the open layout and high ceilings. Everything felt clean and well cared for, but with just enough wear to feel comfortable using. I spent many happy hours curled up reading in a leather chair next to the gas fireplace while magpies and what I think were wrens and sparrows flitted just outside the windows. For an easy walk, there are trails easily accessible directly behind the development. One day I came upon a gaggle of wild turkeys.
A few suggestions to achieve perfection:
— The master king bed is comfortable but would benefit from some higher quality sheets.
— The kitchen is pretty well stocked with cookware but for people doing serious cooking, a few additions would enhance the cooking experience: a cast iron skillet and/or heavy-duty stainless steel skillet, a good quality mid-size saucepan, and either a blender or food processor
— It would be great to have a garage door opener in addition to the garage door key
I look forward to returning to this home again. Thank you for providing such a lovely sanctuary in Moab.

This bright, well furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is located at the end of a small development a few miles from downtown Moab. Lovely views of the hills behind and at night great for stargazing. The ground floor bedroom is a bit chilly in winter as the floor next to the sliding door gets quite cold. The upstairs bedrooms are warmer. The kitchen is well equipped. The hot tub is a pleasure. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. Only considerations is that codes need to be updated: the garage key is hanging on a hook by the front door (you do not need a code for the lockbox); we were given the incorrect code for the lock on the hot tub and had to call for the correct one; the house cleaner left towels and linens in the washer that we moved on to the dryer when we did our laundry; there was a hole in the arm of one of the leather chairs and a broken lampshade - otherwise furnishings were comfortable; surround sound still not working but this was not a big issue for us. I loved the quiet location, the overall look of the home and the light.

We were lucky to get a desert snowstorm so this was a very magical stay. This house is at the end of the block so we had a clear view out back and no neighbors to worry about. We enjoyed the hot tub a few times, adn we the house was well appointed with all the towels, shampoos, supplies we needed. Close enough to town and all the attractions. No complaints!

We've "road tripped" across 38 states and have stayed in several rental/hotels/vacasa locations, but this was our absolute favorite.
The Arches/Dead Horse national parks are super close, the town (with the delicious/inexpensive bbq from the Branding Iron being right down the street) had a fully stocked grocery store and SEVERAL restaurants to choose from.
As for the home, while there were a couple of lights outside that didn't work/missing bulbs, the hot tub with the mountain background was my wife's favorite feature. Our 5 kids (18 months - 12 yrs old) could not get enough of the shooting stars.

This home was very nice. Everything it said it was. Only a few things to be aware of: it’s very rustic, in the country, so bugs are a big issue there. They need to be a little more vigilant in spraying . (Or bring some spray) We had small children so it was a concern, and we came home with a few big bugs in our suit case . (Keep them zipped up at all times) the other concern is the mattresses are not good quality. (make sure you bring your own pillows. You’ll need them. ) Other than that , it’s lovely. Lots of room. A nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access. I loved the vacasa interaction. If I had a question it was answered immediately. The price was great for Moab! We really did like it.

We loved that the home is an end-unit with lots of privacy. It is spacious and well-appointed with four bathrooms and pretty decor. Sadly, the hot tub was not working and even thought the local team was responsive, we could not get it fixed during our stay. So check that first upon arrival!

Townhouse was at the end of a small townhouse development so had more privacy than others. Nice view out back, yard and hot tub (which, because of the bad weather, we didn’t use). House was somewhat smaller than it would seem from the photos; the open living area was not as spacious as appears in the photos. Has 3 decent size bedrooms & 3.5 baths. Good W/D. Housekeeping could use some improvements. Easy drive to Moab & the parks.

Coyote Run 9 is a large beautiful home that easily accommodates three couples. It is clean and modern throughout with an excellent view from nearly every window and the back porches. And location location location. The house is an easy drive to Moab and all of the National Parks and many other sights. We had an outstanding stay and will return. Highly recommended.

The location of this property was perfect for our group. It was out of town (about 4 or 5 miles), away from all the hussle and bussle of the "town". Wildlife, i.e. wild turkeys, rabbits and deer where roaming the property and golf course. Was very relaxing.

We loved the corner location of Coyote Run 9. It is a quiet location away from the main strip but only a 5-10 minute drive to the main street for shopping and restaurants. Stargazing from the private hot tub after hiking in the parks was the highlight of our stay here. There is also a pingpong table in the garage.

This was our first trip to Moab. We had 6 adults and two kids. We put the kids in the loft and 2 adults in each bedroom. We biked 3 days and hiked 2, easy access to trails and 5 min from downtown Moab. House was perfect with beautiful view. Hot tub felt great after long day on our feet. We ate in each night and found kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Overall very satisfied with the house!

A whole group of friends rented this house it lent itself more to three couples that a group of friends. The house is incredibly well appointed with games and puzzles to entertain you when you are not doing outdoor activities. We had a lot of gourmet chefs with us and we all felt the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with utensils pots and anything you would need to make a gourmet meal. The house backs up to open space and is near a disc golf course which made it much nicer. Cute little enclave of town houses with great views of the surrounding region. The big open floor plan and kitchen Lens itself very well to a group setting. Two of the three bedrooms have en suite bath's. The hot tub on the back patio was an extra plus. We all said we would come back to this specific location again .

Number 9 is my new favorite (though I would stay in any Coyote Run unit available). We enjoyed direct views of the red rocks and lower country and saw deer and wild turkeys from our Jacuzzi. It's clean, comfortable, sleeps plenty, has great WiFi (can't say that about all properties) and cable TV, if you're into that sort of thing. It's the last unit on the property with no one behind you or to the south or east. They are pretty strict on enforcing parking restrictions, which is a good thing if you are all the way back at number 9. A group beside us had parked several cars, unloading and getting setup in their unit (8) and we weren't much happy with the extra noice and difficulty getting around them. The property management folks were directly on the situation before we ever had to say something about it.
We hope to return to CR #9 for the 29th year, next April :)

Our group of 5 (2 couples and 1 single) absolutely loved this home! We each had large, comfy bedrooms complete with private, spacious baths. The dining room was perfect for meals and card/board games. Very fun to have our own private hot tub with no neighbors in sight. And the weather cooperated for a nice BBQ!

Everything was great. Very clean and everything in working order. We came home every night after exploring the National Parks to relax in the hot tub and star gaze. (Make sure you turn out as many lights as possible in the house to see all the stars!
