Relaxation on the greens of Moab Golf Course w/ a shared seasonal pool!

Families and big groups of friends alike are sure to love this incredible Utah getaway. With gorgeous natural beauty, amazing amenities like a shared seasonal swimming pool, and a nice, relaxing place to call your own, this is one Moab vacation rental you don't want to miss.

Set on the 12th green of the Moab Golf Course and surrounded by the gorgeous red rocks of the valley, your new home away from home for eight is just six miles from the nearby town of Moab and walking distance to Steel Bender recreational trail.

Head inside and take it easy with this down-to-earth, multilevel home. The wall's bright whites and dark brown furnishings contrast beautifully, and the occasional tasteful and naturalistic paintings and photographs are a welcome decorative touch.

The living area's plush sofa and armchair make it perfect for relaxation after a long day out in Spanish Valley! Warm up on cold winter nights by the fireplace and enjoy your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen cable TV, or use the WiFi to plan something fun for tomorrow. Of course, with a private patio to call your own, it can be tempting to just sit back and admire the beauty around you!

You have several options when it comes to eating some home cooking! A small table on the patio allows you easy access to the grill, as well as fresh air and a gorgeous view of the red rocks as you dine. Inside, meanwhile, you and your group can take a seat at the solid wood table for six and nearby breakfast bar seating for two, and take in a home-cooked meal fresh from the kitchen! The cozy cooking space boasts gorgeous wooden cabinets alongside all the basic appliances you'll need, plus extras like a dishwasher.

Eight lucky guests can enjoy this home's three bedrooms and two baths! The master bedroom offers a private TV, luxurious king-size bed, and easy access to one of the full baths. While only one of the remaining bedrooms has another private TV, both have cushy beds (two queen-size beds). The living area provides a double-size sofa sleeper, and easy access to the last bathroom's shower. This home also includes a private washer/dryer to keep everyone nice and clean!

When you're not playing nearby games of tennis, basketball, golf, or taking a swim in the shared seasonal pool (open April through October), you've got exploring to do! Moab's shops and restaurants are just six miles to the north, while several of Utah's best parks are all around you. Dead Horse, Ken's Lake, Flat Pass, and more are all within driving distance, and each has their own incredible natural beauty just waiting for you!

An amazing getaway to Utah is right at your fingertips - what are you waiting for? Place your reservation today and enjoy the red rocks of the Spanish Valley!

Clean, well-kept home. Recommended.

Clean, good location, easy check in and out. Parking on street for trailers was nice. Upstairs bedrooms smelled like cats.

nice area off the beaten path

It was large enough. Great location. Will rent it again.

Perfect stay, very nice and confortable house, well equipped. Pool is appreciated especially in summer when hot weather is present at Moab.
Pat B. Jul 2018
Beds were comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen, would be nice if you could get replacement items like shampoo, wash rags & bars of soap if you stay multiple days.

The unit we stsyed in was as described. I had to contact Vacasa a couple of times. They were responsive and helped me out with the changes i needed to make.

The condo beats staying in a hotel . Comfortable rooms, everything you need to make meals and ample seating area for three adults in family room. If you have a family or as in our case three adults it is very comfortable and cost effective .

I have no real complaints...everything was neat and clean and nice. However, I was frustrated when I tried to make dinner that there was no salt or pepper.

The garage is one car and is extremely tight. There was a bookcase on the side of the garage--which already was a tight sqeeze--made it so inconvenient to get anything out of the car.

Beds were pretty comfortable. Bathrooms were fine.

We would not hesitate to stay here again. Great location, minutes from Moab and a grocery store. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Worked great for 4 adults and 4 children.

Clean, quiet, with a fairly well-appointed kitchen, washer-dryer and ample space for a family to unwind from a long trip or a day of adventure.

We had two families coming to Moab for a river trip. Rather than get two hotel rooms, we chose the condo that fit us all very well. There were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. It was nice to have a place to gather in the living and kitchen. The area was very quiet and nice. The location was close enough to the main road and Arches National park, but away from the city.

This condo was very enjoyable. The scenery of the surrounding area is beautiful and the unit was perfect. We definitely recommend for anyone looking for a get away.

If you are not very demanding guests the condo is very nice for a short stay. Unfortunately it was not good explained how to get into the house. But the lady at the phone was helpful. With some limitations we could say it was clean (there were hair in the lower bedroom all over in the bed and in the bathroom). Unfortunately there was no description for the washing maschine - for european people it is very difficult to handle it.
And there was no keycode to get into the pool area. Some guests opened the door for us --- - but we didn't like to swim because the pool, the water and the area around the pool were very dirty.
But all over all we liked our stay, we liked to cook in the kitchen and with the grill (after we cleaned it.... we have never seen a grill as dirty as this one!). The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet neigbourhood. And it is closed to shops, to Arches NP and Canyonlands.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see there were some disappointments with this stay. Housekeeping has been equipped with the necessary tools to clean the grill, and we have reached out to the HOA about the state of the pool. Thanks!

We rented this unit in 2015 through VRBO and had a good experience so booked it again for our May 2017 trip to Moab. This time we were surprised and disappointed to find that the unit was in need of basic maintenance and housekeeping.

We loved this condo at the south end of Moab. At first I was concerned it might be too far away from town, but it was really very close, less than 10' by car to the main grocery store. Since it's well off the highway it's very quiet. The condition of the unit and furnishings was excellent and everything was very clean. The kitchen was fine for cooking simple meals. I would love to stay here again the next time I come out this way.

Great place for our visit to Moab and Arches National Park.

We had a difficult time identifying which condo we had reserved because as stated the lighting was sparse so that was to be expected. The reason it was made harder was because the bold black numbering for the address on the front of the condo was broken and numbers were missing and although someone had tried to use a black marker to fill in the missing numbers it was faint.
Entry access was smooth and the Internet was great. Cleaning was sub-par throughout and I do not think the bedding is washed ever or at least not often enough. There were stains on the decorative pillows and quilt. One of the blankets we were provided with to use on the couch was literally covered in hair…and not just hair from someone’s head…body hair if you catch my drift, SO gross! At checkout we were asked to start the dish washer and were not required to start a load of laundry but checkout instructions said that it would be greatly appreciated so we did…. There was no bleach… I personally think white sheets and towels being used by multiple strangers is essential!
The furniture was nice and the fireplace was a nice feature if it had worked for more than 45 minutes…. When I tried to ascertain what the problem was by pulling down the front panel there was mouse droppings all over inside!!! When anyone showered upstairs it sounded like they would drop through the shower pan at any minute! Very disconcerting! Overall, I would not stay here again for the price we paid.

Nice place. Pretty close to town in a quiet neighborhood. We liked the patio area and grill. Would stay there again for sure.
Rohan S. Mar 2017
We had rented this place for a group of seven. We rented the place for 3 nights. The house was well maintained with all the necessary furnishings. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
The internet was initially not working, but was promptly fixed when we contacted Vacasa.
One minor inconvenience was that the dishes were not all clean when we first got to the house.

WE were on tour from Europe. After a long day of vit=siting Canyonlzands Isle in the Sky and Dead Horse Point, it was a real pleasure to arrive here. The condo was clean, with beautiful views. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use. the beds are comfortable. The surroundings are quiet, peaceful and pleasant. WE could ask for noting additional. Highly recommended.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool in the complex. We would stay here again

The Spanish trail location is great - close enough to town for shopping and meals, but off the main drag. A condo is much roomier than a hotel, particularity with bikes and gear to clean and maintain. It was nice to have a full kitchen for meals and a TV for hanging out. BBQ required a separate propane tank to be picked up which requires some pre-planning. Would be nice if this could be arranged ahead of time.
