Property is “okay” but needs some work and attention.
Hi, Karen! Thank you for letting us know about your stay so w can make improvements. Our housekeeping team is getting retrained based on your concerns, and maintenance will do a walk-through of the home to address anything in need. The listing has been updated to reflect garage door access. We hope to have a chance to impress you in the future!

Very spacious house that was great for me and my 3 kids. Loved having 2 bathroom and 2 floors so we could spread out. The little patio off of the main bedroom was fantastic for breakfast before the day for hot. Beds were super comfortable. Wished it was a little closer to town as even getting a morning coffee was a trek, but the location was great for visiting Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point.

Lovely home, well furnished, great location and not far from downtown Moab.

We rented this condo as we had viewed the overall property location during a previous trip 8 weeks ago. We wanted no or minimal road noise, seclusion, and darkness. The listing pictures are accurate. It is a very comfortable and welcoming abode for which we used as a launch site to explore the area for a possible permanent move. Check-in was easy and uneventful.
The location is in a residential area, hence only occasional traffic on the road behind the condo. Our other "wants" were also met. In fact, some exceeded expectations based on our previous rentals through another website at different locations throughout the States. So we were relieved to witness "what you see is what you get".
The king bed was exceptional. So great that we've already looked into purchasing the same mattress... as well as the pillows. My neck pain experienced at home was non-existent in this bed. And my husband did not wake up with a sore shoulder like at home.
One concern is that the washer sounds a little old and stressed. Since the lid locks during wash, you can't actually see the agitation. But since our clothes weren't exceptionally dirty, it did the job for us. Plus, having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big bonus insofar as you don't need to pack as much. Out of the 6 tops I brought, I ended up wearing three over 7 days as I wore each more than once and then did a wash in-between. (A lot of hiking) It was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked, but be prepared to go back to City Market (aka Kroger)after check-in to shop for condiments and other food stuffs. Also, the silverware set does not have a normal teaspoon used to stirring tea, eating cereal, etc. The spoons are large tablespoons. We didn't like that part. BUT, there is an abundant supply of tea bags.
Should we return to Moab, which is likely, I will definitely check into this condo again. It was quiet, secluded, no road or neighbor noise, and very comfortable. Vacasa even greets you with a little gift upon check-in. Tip: Take a picture of your door lock code in case you forget the number. Also, though finally successful, I found it a bit challenging to find the direct phone number to Moab Vacasa. So take a picture of that, too, before heading out for the day…. just in case.
Highly recommend eating at Thai Bella. GREAT food and presentation. Enough to take home for a second meal, too. Also recommend Crystals Cakes and Cones for ice cream. Moab is a great, fun, and eclectic little town with phenomenal hiking and outdoor activities. Can't wait to return.

We had a great time in moab. We wish we could have stayed much longer

The location was a great base camp to visit Arches and Canyonlands! Loved the decor! Comfy beds, quiet neighborhood and it was so nice to have a garage. It was also nice being so close to town. Loved it!
Nancy G.Jun 2019
The apartment was surprising quiet. It was a great spot to retreat to after a busy day at Arches. If you stay, be sure to bring your own coffee. There is a coffee maker, but no coffee or filters. Otherwise, we had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner for our family.
Janine W.May 2019
My family loved this beautifully decorated home for many reasons! Foremost it is so very comfortable and easy access to Moab and Arches NP. But as artists, we really appreciated all the special touches in the decorating with beautiful authentic molas and art everywhere, including a painting of Jeremiah Johnson! This home immerses you in the hues and flavor of Moab.

Nice space with multiple rooms and a local flavor. Not in the hustle and tourist scene in Moab, but just close enough to get in and out of town. Highly recommend for a small group or family.
Laura L.May 2019
Great location just outside of the busy town, but still close to everything. The house had everything we needed, from cooking to bathroom stuff, it even had a washer & dryer. I would recommend this house if visiting Moab.

Quiet; comfortable; everything worked, including the washer/dryer.
Edwin C.Jul 2018
My family of four really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Loved the decor with interesting folk art and modern posters of classic westerns. Just south of town, a perfect home base for exploring the NPs and Moab. The whole family agreed we want to stay here again on our next visit!
Jose H.Jul 2018
Beautiful home!! The home was perfect for the size of my family and the interior was just what I imagined. This experience was much better than a hotel by far.
Mealinda K.Jul 2018
Wonderful home. Comfortable beds, good amenities. Pool code was not displayed or in binder so had to call the number but after brief period of hold was given code with no problem.
William W.Jul 2018
We liked the layout of the unit and it fit our five-person group very well. I'd like to see them update the pots and pans, which were not up to our expectations, however everything else in the unit was very good. some in our party felt it was too warm upstairs, despite us having the temp set to the minimum recommended 72-degrees per the guidance posted by the thermostat. I guess that comes with the territory, given it was nearly 100 degrees outside during our July stay. Would repeat.
Lowell Z.Jul 2018
Nice place. Just too short. Left our pillow and blanket.😭

The condo at Solano Vallejo was perfect for our group of four! After a week of staying in hotels and eating at restaurants, we enjoyed being able to cook a few meals and relax in the comfortable living room and patio area. The condo is clean, well-stocked, and artfully decorated. The location was great for visiting Arches NP and Canyonlands. I highly recommend this condo.
Debbie B.May 2018
Our stay was absolutely the best, I was just like coming home, hot shower and a home coked meal. I will defiantly recommend the stay to all our friends.
thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful

Phenomenal spot for a girls mountain biking weekend. The place was beautifully decorated, had a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Only 10 minutes from Moab. Would definitely rent this place again.
Jacquelyn M.Apr 2018
I love Moab! This place was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The community is quiet. The house is clean and nice. We liked the south western theme of the home. Perfect location to bike into town if you want (only 4 miles from main street). We're not golfers but it is right by the golf course. Enjoyed the pool and taking advantage of the BBQ for dinner one night. Definitely check out Moab Brewery while you're in town. The Love Muffin was our favorite breakfast/coffee shop. The breakfast burritos are delicious.
Scotty S.Sep 2017
I would definitely stay here again. Very nice quiet community. The home had everything we needed plus a nice back yard with a BBQ.

The kids enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was small but had all you need. Bbq grill came in handy. Overall pretty happy with the place
Linda G.Aug 2017
We loved being out of town and the mass humanity. The location was quite. The condo was very comfortable for 4 people. There is so much to do around from this centrally located place that we ended up extending our stay.
Linda R.Aug 2017
Great home - nicer than staying in a motel and less expensive . Nicely decorated with all the amenities required. Nice subdivision with great pool. We loved it
Gal G.Jul 2017
The house feels like home , a true gem.
More then we expected...
William W.Jun 2017
The condo was nicely decorated and clean. There were lots of dishes pots, pans and other kitchen items to cook and eat almost any meal. Plenty of towels for the week and the pool was refreshing after a day in the desert. The condo is a little ways out of town, and not close to much, (1 restaurant and 1 gas station but you still need to drive there) but the area is nice and very quiet, with a well landscaped patio and grill for a quiet restful evening.
Alicia J.Jun 2017
The house was nice. Loved the pool. Beds were pretty bad and need more pillows. Bathrooms were nice and stocked well but we recleaned a little. Pool was nice. Had a nice shaded area. Kids had fun in the backyard. After being in the dessert traveling through the national
Parks it was nice to have some grass. Checking in and out was pretty flawless. Nice house.

Brianna C.Oct 2016
This unit was fine. Be aware other units in these villas are awful.
Jennifer H.Oct 2016
This was our 1st trip to Moab and I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The condo was perfect and my husband loved the access to the golf course. Suzie's Branding Iron is very close and a wonderful place to grab lunch and dinner. The views from the windows are magical. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions when I called, and actually got a person not a recording! We will definitely make this our go-to when coming to Moab.
Nadia M.Oct 2016
The place was perfect for our two families. Beautiful surroundings and a beautiful house. The house was very clean and modern with a great view of the night sky and close proximity to many attractions. It was very clean and well maintained, we would highly recommend this vacation rental. Thank you
