This really suit our needs! Plenty of space to spread out, everything we needed to cook, relax, get a little privacy, and wind down in the hot tub and sauna! Walked to the base of the resort very easily and the property managers were EXTREMeLy responsive and friendly with anything we needed!! I’d stay here again and recommend to everyone!

We enjoyed it, read other reviews and they must've fixed the previous issues because we had a phenomenal time my wife kids mother and brother in law didnt want to leave and if we go back again next year we will certainly rebook our stay here. Rent this place and you wont regret it could easily sleep everyone had smart tvs in two of the rooms and internet so everyone was covered far as that goes.

We enjoyed staying here! Came to town for the Keystone Beer & Bluegrass Festival. The short walk to River Run Village was super convenient!

Beds comfy. Lots of space. The indoor hot tub was my favorite feature, even though the rest of the place kinda smelled like it. Kitchen utensils were sparse. We had trouble lighting the outdoor grill and couldn't find matches or a lighter anywhere. We also wished there was a speaker system of some sort for music!

The outdoor deck was lovely … great place for morning coffee :)

A good value but not without a few issues. The condo is a bit dated... the bed in the master slumps to the middle a lot and should be replaced. Not easy for 2 to sleep in it so one of us slept in the guest bedroom. The chairs for the dining room table which we used for all meals are all old and pretty rickety. The TV's in the main room and the Master bedroom are old as well, but at least the main TV had HDMI so we could connect laptop to and watch Netflix. And overall the interior is just a tad dark. However, the access to the condo is great - right off Hwy 6. And the views out the back are wonderful and unobstructed, which include a very nice outdoor patio. And the indoor hot tub is a great amenity, especially after a long hike or bike ride. Anyway, most of the time in Colorado the goal is to be in the beautiful outdoors so it worked fine and had a lot of space and was comfortable. but still some small investments could be made to resolve the items we noted. Thanks!
Manager response:
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us, Anthony. This home is one of our more popular ones and does receive more wear and tear, but we have plans to address this in the fall. We hope to see you then!

We loved the location. Excellent views with a river and trails right out back and walking distance to the gondola. We enjoyed the private hot tub and sauna. Enjoyed the deck. The two bathrooms were nice. The only complaint was the master bed. The queen bed was very uncomfortable. And maybe a few more pots and pans.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Kim! We do have plans to upgrade the beds and replace the pots and pans this fall. We hope you will come and enjoy the improvements!

O apartamento é perfeito, do check-in ao check-out tudo correu muito bem. A jacuzzi é ótima, as camas excelentes. Retornaríamos com certeza.

This was our first time in Keystone and wanted to be located within walking distance of ski school for the kids. It is about a ten minute walk to the mountain house school.
The Negatives:
We ultimately chose this property because of the private hot tub amenity, however, the hot tub was pretty nasty and needed to be cleaned. Once we let the property manager know, he quickly took care of it.
There were other things we found on our arrival;burnt light bulbs, broken blow dryer, loose door knobs, no parking pass, lack of cooking utensils, and goose feather bedding/ cushions, but the manager addressed all these things for us.
The biggest negative was the amount of time needed to wash the towels and bedding with the small washing machine. It took us a few hours the night before and also the day we left to get that taken care of. I didn't realize that we needed to do that upon booking and assumed cleaning was included in the stay. They also asked that you vacuum all floors and clean all bathrooms but there is no vacuum cleaner.
The Positive:
The manager, Ryan, was exceptional in his response to quickly make right what was wrong. Although we were not satisfied our first night and morning, he made everything right after we let him know.
The property was large and spacious. It had plenty of bedding to accommodate our family. Once the hot tub was cleaned we used it almost daily. The sauna was also a plus. The kitchen was spacious but could use a few more utensils for cooking.
There was plenty of room for storage and the balcony offered a nice view.
At night it was quiet, with no road noise. The unit was on the bottom floor and we never had a problem hearing any noise from neighbors or passerbys.
Manager response:
We apologize for the many issues this guest encountered and greatly appreciate that they took the time to inform us and allow us to assist them during their stay. We are unsure of where the guest received the information regarding check-out cleaning as we certainly do not ask that of our guests. We do ask that guests be responsible for their own dirty dishes and, if they have the time, to start a load of linens before departing. Thanks!

This condo was right on the trail and had beautiful views. The private hot tub and sauna were added bonuses.

Rented this place out for a party of 7 and it was perfect! Close to many amenities and not lacking in space! Perfect for ski trips for groups, I would recommend!

When I first looked at this condo I kept thinking something had to be wrong. The price was too good for the pictures I was seeing. But, it was even better than we expected. Beautiful hot tub in the unit; beautiful sauna in the unit; two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms; great spacious kitchen; roomy living room; great deck off the dining area. This could not have been better.

When we arrived we had some problems finding the right building--directions provided were not the best. I called Ryan, the manager, and he stayed on the phone until we were in the unit. After getting in we noticed a light out in the sauna and an issue with the hot tub. Called Ryan right back and within minutes someone was there to take care of both issues. Bulb replaced, and a quick lesson on the hot tub. Apparently we did not turn it on correctly. There was actually nothing wrong other than user incompetence. The service was good and the condo was fab.

The condo was in a great location.

We loved this condo. The decor inside was beautiful and had a Keystone inspired style throughout. The hot tub and sauna was very nice with a incredible view of the slopes. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Both Ryan and the onsite manager was helpful and friendly. The on-site manger made sure the pathways were clear of snow.
We will definitely be back! Recommend to everyone.

This was my first stay in keystone and I was beyond happy with the location of this condo, the amenities, and the beautiful views. The pictures do not do this justice! I will definitely be back to visit!!
