Cute little condo, on the lake, close to town.

The view and being right on the lake only a few steps away was the highlight

My family of 5 adults used this place as a home-base for visits to Glacier and Whitefish. The place was roomy, well appointed and clean. The bedroom is larger than in the pictures and 4 adults got a good night's sleep. There is pull out couch, but the pull out bed was not comfortable and one adult slept on the actual couch. The bathroom had a great shower. We loved the easy access to the lake and the large deck for sunset viewing. The beach and lake are rocky so water sandals are a must and bring something to float on. It was an easy 10 minutes to Whitefish and less than an hour to Glacier National Park. We were very pleased with our stay.

Enjoyed our stay at lakefront condo, it was winter so we watched fisherman on the frozen lake. Cozy, well equipped kitchen, nice flat screen TV in living room. Convenient location near downtown restaurants, ice rink, shopping, Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort, and not far from airport or Glacier National Park.

First of all, don’t let the “down” fool you. I assumed it meant a downstairs ground floor condo, which I confirmed when I reserved it...turns out it is a daylight basement condo and had very steep steps going down to it from the inside. Being disabled, I had to opt for the less steep outside path with two steps to go thru the sliding door. Also, upon checking in, there are like 3 doors within the landing area area, all closed, with no numbers or indication of what rooms/condos are behind them. Very confusing as we had arrived late at night and could not figure out how to get in.
Condo is very dark and out dated. There was a bulb out in lamp over the table. I get that it’s a rental...but please, a decent sofa is a tax write off! Carpet is stained. We were given one small roll of toilet paper...there were just two of us and we were gone from 8 am-7 pm...luckily made it to the last morning when we ran out.
We weren’t at the unit much, just to sleep basically and it was ok for that.
Manager response:
We will update the listing to better convey the stair/lower level situation. We apologize this came as a surprise. The HOA is responsible for all building signage, so we will request they label hallway doors. We will also share this review with the owner so they can take updates under consideration. Thank you!

We have stayed in this building several times. It is convenient to everything in Whitefish. While the units are a little dated, they are clean, comfortable, and have a wonderful view of the lake, and Lion Mountain. We will be back in the future.

Nice lake front property, definitely older construction, but kept up nicely. AC is nice to have. Great views and easy access to downtown Whitefish as well as Big Mountain.

Great location right on the lake, bring your kayaks! Many great choices for restaurants close bye. Markus Foods is a great local grocery store just on the other side of the rail line.

Baypoint is a great place to stay, lovely times on the lake and lots of nice walks and seeing deer walking by........ such a joy on the road! Can't go wrong with the location nested in the trees, a little paradise. We will be back!
