There was snow each day, very beautiful looking out over the river area. House is very cozy. We had a great time. Note- there is no bathroom down stairs, and you need a 4x4 to get in and out of the driveway when snow is present. Perfect for a family vacation. Not far from Breckenridge.

We stayed for 5 nights with 14 of us total. It was roomy, close to ski area & town, very clean & felt like home.

Driveway was very challenging. Slopes downhill from road. Layer of ice below fresh snow. Local property manager very responsive. He came out and created a channel for melting snow and ice to drain before running down the hill to the door and applied sand. He thought the property description recommended AWD or 4WD during winter. It does not, but probably should. Reasonably clean with a few cob webs. Description would be better to state that one of the baths is adjacent to top floor single bedroom and no baths are in basement with bunk rooms. Seemed to have a perpetual wet spot in the carpet at kitchen entrance that we could not figure out where it was coming from. Directions should include that if traveling south from Breckenridge, driveway is approximately 100-150 feet past mile marker 83. Would make it much easier to find especially if arriving after dark. A bench or seat in the entry way would make it much easier to take shoes on and off. Instructions that came via email with lock box etc stated there was a 2 car garage. This is incorrect. No garage.

The house was amazing! We went for a tournament and we stayed with 2 other families. All the players were able to stay in one room thanks to the bunk beds. At night I could hear them talking about what can make them a better team, I am so grateful!! The outside was amazing, the view and the sound of the stream created an atmosphere we will always remember.

The house is well kept and sleeps a lot of people. Location is perfect, outside of town but not too far. The deck was great. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. You can heAr. The stream so close by. Even saw a momma moose and baby. Loved it!

This place easily fit all 14 of us. The driveway was a little hidden in the dark and the driveway was snowy and slanted so it was difficult to get out., I would recommend all wheel or 4 wheel drive if it's snowing that weekend. Otherwise the views in the morning were beautiful and the place was spacious! I would stay here again!

Booking was quick and easy and the home fit our needs perfectly. There were enough beds for everyone and was conveniently located close to Breckenridge and Keystone.
