Located on the bank of the Tillamook Bay just two miles past Garibaldi, you can reach a long stretch of beach by walking down the road to Barview Jetty Park. Shops, cafés, and restaurants in Rockaway Beach are just over a three-mile drive north.

The home has a sunny interior with walls of picture windows, polished wood floors, and fun nautical decor throughout. On the top floor of this three-level house, you'll find the great room featuring living, kitchen, and dining areas. Sit back in the comfy leather furniture and watch the water, or get cozy with a book by the wood stove.

Pull out a board game for some fun with the group, or turn on the flatscreen cable TV to watch a VHS or DVD from the collection. You'll be able to post your newest vacation photos with complimentary WiFi.

On the other side of the room is a spacious kitchen, fully equipped for all cooking needs, including extras like a mixer, blender, coffeemaker, and dishwasher to make assorted tasks just a little bit easier. The dining table will fit six, and six more stools at the adjacent breakfast bar provide enough seating for everybody.

A second living area on the middle floor has a variety of comfortable couches and a bookshelf stocked with good reads. You can enjoy bay views from the picture windows here, as well, or play a board game at the table with four chairs.

Both the middle and uppermost levels have balconies for getting fresh air. You'll also find a gas grill, patio furniture, and an outdoor firepit for enjoying time outside in friendly weather.

Four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths allow up to 12 guests to sleep here comfortably. One room has a king bed, and a second offers a full-size bed. Two rooms each feature a queen bed with a built-in set of twin bunk beds. A private washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms makes it easy to do laundry. You're welcome to bring your dog alone, just note that a pet fee applies.

This spacious house is perfect for a large group or family - start your mornings off right with a steaming cup of coffee on the balcony, watching fisherman and crabbers on the jetty, or keeping an eye open for marine life in the bay. After breakfast, take a stroll down to Barview Jetty Park to explore tide pools and take a long walk down the sand.

Make the short drive east to Garibaldi to pick up some supplies and fresh seafood for dinner, or venture north to Rockaway for a bite to eat. Be sure to stop by Twin Rocks along the way for a photo session. If you've never been, the Tillamook Cheese Factory is worth a day trip - they are known for exceptionally delicious cheese and ice cream. Finish a long day with a glass of wine on your deck while you drink in the sunset.
