New home in gated community w/ private pool, access to community amenities!

Spend your next vacation in the sunny town of Naples in South Florida at this brand new home in a gated community. Offering a private pool and access to community amenities, up to eight guests will love it here.

Located alongside similar homes in peaceful Briarwood, a number of restaurants and shops are close by and you're within easy driving distance in Old Naples. Sunny days are best spent by the pool or at one of the golden beaches nearby.

The house itself features a bright and comfortable atmosphere with modern furnishings. Settle into the leather furniture in the living room for conversation or turn on the large flatscreen cable TV to watch a DVD or your favorite shows over WiFi.

A full kitchen has new, stainless steel amenities, plenty of counter space, and everything you're used to at home including a dishwasher and coffeemaker for convenience. Cook delicious meals and eat with the whole group around the glass-covered dining table.

Sunny weather will draw you outside to the screened-in courtyard, where you can sunbathe in lounge chairs, take dips in the pool, and dine at the patio table. Head to the shared tennis courts to volley for some fun.

Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms allow up to eight guests to sleep here comfortably. One bedroom features a king bed and a master bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower while a second room offers a queen bed. The final two rooms both have two twin beds. Take care of laundry easily with a private washer/dryer.

This house is perfect for a family or a group of friends - with lovely beaches nearby, you'll have plenty of opportunities to relax outside. Go lounge in the soft sand or go deep sea fishing to score some fresh food for dinner. Or, head inland to explore the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary and view egrets, alligators, and other amazing creatures. Everglades National Park just 36 miles away is certainly worth a visit if you have the time!

You don't have to travel far to have a great time, though - head to Fifth Avenue for shopping, browsing art galleries, and dining in cafés and upscale restaurants. Drive over to Old Naples to catch a show at the Comedy Club then end your evening with a nightcap. Golfers will want to wake up early for a tee time that beats the heat of the Florida sun.

Our family has rented homes in the Briarwood community in Naples a number of times, as we visit relatives for Thanksgiving each year. The community is very quiet and pretty, and the homes consistently roomy, modernish and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Venitian (I think that's a misspelling). Six adults, two children and a toddler were quite comfortable in the home. One adult commented how much they liked the way the house wrapped around the pool area, with good separation of the clusters of sleeping quarters around the "arc." No big flaws or shortcomings. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed (we bring our own Keurig coffee maker, these haven't made it to the rentals yet), and the internet connectivity straightforward. Old CRT TV in the master bedroom was a surprise, but works OK. Plenty of hot water for all our showers. AC and beds were fine. Note this was a last-minute switch by Vacasa when the one we booked (near Lely Estates) failed an inspection. Vacasa had the comparable property on hold for our consideration, which was appreciated, and it worked out very well. (About the same distance from our relatives, might've been an issue otherwise). All told, a good bet, and we'll stay here again if the opportunity arises.

My husband and I stayed at the Grand Venitian for a week in early February and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great and very safe location in Naples (30 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the beach and 5th Ave, and 30 minutes from Marco Island) and is ideal for a couple or a larger family as well. We would not hesitate to book this property again for our next visit to Naples!

The house is beautiful and the location is great but you have to bear the steady coming and going of planes.
