Waterfront home in gated community boasts private pool and amazing location!

Take some time away from the daily grind at this Naples vacation home. Days of lounging by the private pool and relaxing movie nights with your family will have you rejuvenated in no time.

Located in a gated community, the house is near some excellent golf greens, many open to the public. Naples is just five miles to the west, and the majestic Everglades are a few miles to the south. If you have some energy to burn, grab one of the four bikes (suitable for adults) and take a leisurely ride.

The light, cheery living areas feature both a sitting area and a living room with a cable TV. Grab one of the home's DVDs and unwind before bed, or log onto the WiFi and let your friends back home know about all the cool things you're seeing. A selection of board games offers some fun diversions for when you don't feel like venturing out.

A well-equipped kitchen has all of the necessities, including a dishwasher to ensure that you don't have to spend too much time cleaning up. Brew a fresh pot of coffee in the morning to start the day off right, then fortify yourselves with some scrambled eggs and toast.

On sunny days, head outside to the patio for a barbecue. Once you're done digesting, hop in the pool to cool off and get some exercise.

Your group of eight has plenty of room in this four-bedroom home. There are two master suites, one with a king bed and one with a queen, and both with en suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms, both of which have one double and one twin bed, share a third bathroom. The setup is perfect for a large family, but couples on a retreat will also appreciate the space. Don't worry if you are sticking around for a while, the private washer and dryer will help you keep ahead of laundry.

If you're here to enjoy some time in the water, there's plenty for you to check out. Visit the Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park for swimming and snorkeling, or break out a book you've been saving for a special occasion and read in the sunlight. Search for shells along the pristine beach, or bury someone in the warm sand while they doze off.

Learn about the history of the area in the Naples Historic District. Palm Cottage, an old home filled with antiques, is an excellent example of tabby mortar construction. It's also worth a visit to the landmark dredge in Collier-Seminole State Park, a mangrove swamp where you can view rare palm trees.

Your dream vacation awaits - reserve your dates today!

Great location and layout. So so furniture, grill, and bath towels. We enjoyed our time.

My company stayed here while we were in town for business. The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed it. The only thing that was a bit of a hassel was coming and going. Because of the strict entrance rules at the security gate and the fact that there were so many of us, sometimes we had trouble reentering. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

La casa es ideal para vacacionar con la familiar. Todo impecable, la pileta y la parrilla lo más.
El Barrio es muy lindo y la distancia a la playa no es más de 15’.
Súper recomendable !!

If it was Not for the mattresses that needs to be replaced with new ones , I would have given this property a 5 stars. Very nice HEATED Swiming pool and excellent lake views. The team at Vacasa were very helpful and responsive and what was promised was delivered . The Naples beaches are second to none within five to ten minutes spectacular drive. Supermarkets/shopping centers are close by and the gated community is safe and quiet with all the desired amenities in place . Will definitely come back next year God Willing

The location of this house to anywhere in Naples is ideal. It’s has everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of room to hang out and a pretty view of the lake. Not everyone was comfortable with the mattresses, but we made it threw.

We will be asking to stay here next year. Thank you. Rick Dell

Area brilliant, house cleanliness surprisingly not good.

I like the location of this house. I have stayed at other homes in the area that were as nice and less expensive. The house itself has a great floor plan if you are having guests. Master bedroom on front, and guest rooms in back. Upon my arrival I was suprised to find nothing for basic living. I did not expect the house to have supplies like a hotel, but I did expect a few items to be there. Now that I am aware that I will have to bring, or buy all items for basic living I will be better prepared. You will need: Cleaning supplies, mop, wash clothes, clothes hangers, soaps, salt and pepper - any spice you will want, paper towells, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, windex/multi purpose cleaner, coffee filters, toilet paper etc...... Basically the house has no items other than dishes that are average and beds that are below average. Cooking utensils and pans also average but usable. No can openers or crock pot. Minimal plastic glasses for lani area, but there are a few. No sharp knives. The refrigerator, oven and microwave were very clean. 12 inch TV in the master bedroom and 30 inch tv in living area. Every single door in the house needs cleaned and repaired. My daughter was stuck in bathroom as pocket door would not open. Garbage disposal does not work. I pulled a moldy rag out that had been there for quite some time. Cleaning was terrible. I re-cleaned after I got home from the store getting basic items. The beds are among some of the worst I have even slept on. I slept on couch when I was there alone They were very confortable. The area rugs and carpets in the house are very dirty. Slippers will be a must! The pool needs water added every few days. The faucet to the hose leaks so need to watch and turn off after pool is up to appropriate level. I didnt want the owners water bill to be any higher than it probably was going to be with pool maintenance. The lani area is OK to nice. Sun on parts of the pool pretty much throuought the day. The neighbors and people who live in the area are very friendly. Gas grill in garage but you will need to get your own propane which is expected. No garage opener provided. Phone lines were disconnected so could not call gate for guest arrival or uber cars. Had to go to security gate each time to inform for entry. Overall, house is OK, but not as nice as presented in internet photos. Very worn.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see this guest did not have a better experience. Had we been notified of these issues we would have been able to address some of them. The Property Manager has notified the owner of the issues mentioned in this review so they can take them under consideration.
