Would love to give a bad review and keep this place to myself but, we absolutely loved this place! Perfect for our family get together. We spent a lot of time out and about. It was great to come back from our activities and cook dinner and play games. Can't wait until next year!

Great house for our family reunion. All the beds were comfy. The kitchen has everything we needed and more. We loved the dining room table! Because we had perfect weather, we really didn't take advantage of all the possible activities available in the game room. An all-around great place to stay.

The house is perfect for a family reunion. It’s huge. The upstairs is bright and fancy. Downstairs is for game room and more bedrooms. My grandkids love the basketball court and of course the pool table. We’re all very impressed by the house and all the fun it offers.

House and property were great for friends and kids

We enjoyed our stay. The property is mostly private with plenty of driveway space to rollerblade, bike around, or play basketball. I'm not sure why they limit visitors to 4 cars as there is ample parking for 25!
The house is a little odd in terms of layout. It appears it was formerly a warehouse that was converted to a a two-story house. The rooms were sufficient although the beds are getting lumpy. Two rooms are adjoining which is a little awkward because you have to walk through one room to get to the master bedroom. There are light switches all over the place and they aren't located where you would expect them to be for each room. It took our whole 4-night stay to figure them out!
There are two kitchens, one on each floor. We stuck to using the top floor only which was larger and adjacent to the dining room. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The BBQ grill needs a grill brush to clean it.
There are two tvs connected to DirecTV. The tv rooms are an afterthought to the whole house. One is in a converted garage downstairs in the corner. It had a cold feel to it and we never used that room. The other is in another corner downstair with two random couches. Good enough to hang out and watch tv, but not very comfortable as a whole. Because there are no tvs in the ain gathering area upstairs, we ended up not watching much tv.
Our two main gripes would be, the upstair electric stove and the internet access. The largest burner on the stove was incredibly slow at boiling water. The internet access seems to be delivered by satellite. There is a sign on the entrance warning that there is a bandwidth limit and no streaming was allowed. It also indicated the internet would be shutoff once the bandwidth was hit. Given that the Verizon and AT&T cell service was in and out of 2 bars, the internet could have been a more reliable backup. We speediest the download speeds at .90 Mbps. Excruciatingly slow. We would gladly pay an extra $10/night for better internet.
All in all, we'd like stay here again. It's located nicely in between Mendocino and Fort Bragg.
Hi Helen, Thank you for the feedback. We have passed it along to the manager for consideration. Come stay with us again soon!

Had a great time. The house had lots of room and everything was clean and easy to use. It was in a great location, close to town and the beaches were just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this spacious home with two kitchens! Location was great being that it was close to town and beaches. Really enjoyed the shuffleboard and pool table!

We loved the size of this house- we rented it to make sure everyone in our group had a bedroom...but the pool table and shuffleboard were a bonus...

The home was more wonderful than we had expected. Plenty of room for 3 families. Clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the deck and had some friends loan riding toys for the kids to take advantage expansive asphalt driveway. The only disappointment was the fireplace did not work upon arrival and it took 4 days for it to get fixed. We had great weather the first part of our trip but once that fog settled in we would have loved to cozy up by the fire. Note: if you call Vacasa from this location expect to wait for 5-10 minutes before anyone picks up, I'm not sure why but every time I called I waited at least that long. Once they answered everyone I spoke with was friendly. We would definitely stay here again, and have recommended it to local friends who are needing to host family for a wedding next year.

The unique layout of this home provided plenty of space and opportunities for fun. The outdoor space and garages were perfect play areas for young and old alike. It's an unusual property, but was enjoyed by all.
Tammi S.May 2018
Loved the layout, the spaciousness, the game rooms, and the kitchens. We were in town for my daughters wedding and it accommodated our extended family perfectly!

What a pleasure! The home sports a basketball area my boys adored, as well as a pool table and shuffle board table. Plenty of seating to enjoy an afternoon reading in the sun. Upstairs and downstairs were unique and provided a way to enjoy individual space even with 9 people in the house (4 of them children). We will definitely revisit this house on future visits!

Went on a fishing weekend with 6 friends. We had a really good time, plenary of comfy seats, two tv rooms, game area and wonderful kitchen. Definitely a great property for a group!

I hesitate to be too glowing in my review for fear that it will be booked up the next time I would like to rent it. From 80 to 8 months we all had a wonderful time, with plenty of space for all eleven of us. The great room with a lovely fireplace and window seat lined windows, cushy couches, and lots of additional comfortable was a favorite area to congregate and play games. The weather was rainy and rough seas, but because the house was so inviting we still had memorable time. Thanks

From the outside it doesn’t look very good but the inside is very nice

From start to finish whole experience of dealing with Vacasa was easy and professional. All Vacasa representatives were helpful and pleasant. We loved the house and will return. Seven ladies on a get away and we each had our own bed. This is important to us. The house was very clean and well maintained.
Sharon M.Aug 2017
We rented the house for a vacation with three of our adult children and their significant others. There's plenty of great space for socializing, and enough room for people to have a little space if they need it. Loved the pool table, shuffle board, and various decks.

Nice place to stay, especially for a large group or families. Very kid friendly.
Jenelle T.Aug 2017
The home is very spacious and sits on a huge property with abundant wildlife to view from the large picture windows. Our stay was very comfortable and the home's location is close to all Fort Bragg has to offer. Great place!

Large, open house, with plenty of space and activities. Close to all the usual coastal attractions. 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, 2 TV rooms, large garage area with shuffle board and pool table. We had a super fun family reunion there. This is our second time and we will be returning.
Laura G.May 2017
Our family stayed here for a 3 day weekend. There were 8 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy group activities or to spend time away from the group. We had a great time. We would stay again when we return to Fort Bragg.
Kate H.Apr 2017
This property had everything we were looking for and more. Very close to the sights and activities. The pool table and shuffle board table were so fun. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of linens and extra blankets. The furniture was beautiful and the two kitchens were awesome. Thanks again.
Gina W.Apr 2017
We loved staying here with our family! It was a well-kept clean home, with plenty of space and lovely views. Highly recommend!
Kate B.Apr 2017
This house is pretty wild! It's like a maze and behind every door you find something unexpected. There are a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms, but also two kitchens, a pool table and game room and beautiful forested views out the living room windows. It was perfect for our group.
Elizabeth L.Mar 2017
This property was amazing! Definitely perfect for a vacation home and extremely spacious for 12 adults. The rooms were set up in a way so they are all connected which was great for our party. The game room in the garage was awesome and everyone's favorite room. I would highly reccomend staying here for any large parties. It's located off the main road but is still very private. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
