I love the house, very clean. Large space to accommodate our 2 families. And it is really a Million Dollars view.

I’m a big snowboard lover. This house was just right there, next to Bear Mountain in a nice neighborhood with a beautiful Mountain View

Nice place. Could use a new bed or two. Carpet was a little dirty but over a good place to stay. Updates would make it great.

You can definitely tell this place is a rental. Rough around the edges. GREAT view! The fundamental elements are all there to enjoy a nice stay. However, I don't think there is a lot off attention paid to the place. A few minor details, which weren't the end of the world, but we felt unnecessary to deal with. First morning, I was really excited to have coffee on the porch in the morning with family before hitting the mountain slopes. Coffee maker didn't work. Maintenance had to run to Walmart and buy a new one and bring it to us. Went to light a fire in the fireplace, the lighter that was supplied was dead, we had to run down to walgreens and buy one to start the fire. They advertised an arcade style video game down stairs. I called to make sure it worked... Received a voicemail that yes was there and working condition. NOPE it was removed and the management wasn't even aware and was still advertised. Kids were pretty excited about that, bummed for that surprise. Blow dryer supplied, broken. Foosball table felt like it was going to fall apart if touched, the frame had about 5" of sway side to side. The wood flooring in the kitchen had exposed nail heads around the trim that could cut your feet, and trim pieces missing. The jacuzzi wouldn't go above 96* when even put to 103* and only half the jets work. SO like I stated all the fundamentals were there and we still really enjoyed our stay, but its rough around the edges. Can tell its a rental. I have to say Janice, who was our point of contact was extremely nice and did her best to make our stay welcoming and enjoyable.

A nice 'cabin' - actually a house, nestled on a hill with great views. Nearby hiking trails, very close to Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. Ski rentals, grocery stores, everything needed to have fun. (Except, skip the Starbucks on Big Bear Bl - go into the Vons instead unless you enjoy a 45 minute wait to get a cup of coffee).
This was the first time that our family spent time in Big Bear for Xmas - will definitely do so again. We had me and my wife, my mother, and our sons with their fiances. All were comfortable, all were happy.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. We spent most of our time on the deck taking in the views. The home was clean and very comfortable.

We had a great family vacation in the snow! Getting into the house was very easy. Lovely cabin super cozy! Thank you so much for sharing your home.

The place is ok but its really run down. The video game doesn't work, the furnishing were all old and grimey, the carpets were dirty and gross and the place needs some TLC overall. I personally wouldn't stay here again for the price.

This house is a little out of the way but the view is amazing. It is close to Bear Mountain and the view is spectacular. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and we would stay here again. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure is great, and everything worked well. Be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs and if you plan on cooking you may want to bring pans and knives.

This is a great property for the location and price. The cabin itself is very roomy and cozy. It is very well insulated, we barely had to turn on the heater. I would recommend this properly, we were very pleased with their service... not to mention the beautiful view!
