Disgusting run down property located in an old hotel who's lobby is now a three ring circus of kiosks with people trying to sign you up for all kinds of shady tours and so on.
Manager response:
We’re sorry the guests didn’t enjoy the property. Since their stay, a new sofa has been added and issue with the AC and hot water have been resolved. The owner is still considering more updates. Thank you.

Right on the beach with a beautiful view and balcony. It's spacious, well stocked with beach supplies, and overall a great place to stay in Miami Beach with your family.

I loved location with regards to the beach and the valet parking was nice.

Pretty good. Clean big flat with great view, beach is so close but without any chairs. Location is not close from the center but 10 mins by taxi to Lincoln road.

A very clean and spacious condo with a nice balcony. The ocean view is a Highlight. But The entrance door is not really safe and the air conditioning is noisy and the one at the eating place is giving water on the ground.
The building itselfe is also a bit old fashioned inside.

I would like to start by saying this property has a great location and is perfect for larger parties/couples. Although South Beach is ideal, this is a 10-15 minute drive away from the madness. We loved the condo because it was spacious and modern lay furnished in the main area. However, the kitchen is outdated and there seems to be a serious issue with the A/C and subsequent leaks. We wasted several towels trying to avoid a slip and fall accident. I am a little disappointed about this because I specifically contacted Vacasa (based on prior reviews) and asked them about this issue and they assured it was corrected! NOT! We also had a difficult time adjusting the water temperature. So if you don't like boiling water baths, this may not be the space for you. Towards the end of our trip we figured out how to slowly maneuver the facets to get a decent temperature. Needless to say , we didn't let those minor issues stop us from having a great time. I would definitely recommend this property and suggest packing a few of your own towels just in case.
Manager response:
We're sorry that the guest experienced an issue with the A/C. Our property manager has investigated the situation and concluded that the air conditioning unit is working as intended. The building is owned by a separate entity outside of Vacasa, and they run the A/C units constantly. This obviously results in a colder environment where the guests will sometimes open a window to warm it up. This produces the A/C to leak infrequently. Thank you.

The condo was located in the heart of Miami beach. Short ride to south beach, and the shops at Bal Harbour if you love to shop. I would definitely stay at the condo again.

As soon as we arrived and turned the ac on it started pouring everywhere. We got buckets and towels to soak up everything and keep the water going in to buckets instead of all over the floor. We called Vacasa and they tried to get in touch with their maintenance but it ended up being the next day that someone came out because no one was answering. We slept with no ac the first night and even after the maintenance came out and vacuumed the ac we gave it a little while to get the air cooler but it never worked so therefore the whole weekend we stayed there we had no ac upstairs and barely any downstairs so it was warm so that was the biggest complaint. Also, check in took forever! Waiting in line at the desk to get our room keys. Even for valet it took atleast 20 minutes to get our car everytime and 45 minuites the day of check out which is crazy AND they fail to mention the parking is $36/day if your car isn't the free spot and it has to be paid in CASH only which if you didn't have the $72 in cash for parking for Friday and Saturday then you would have to use the ATM inside the building but it only let's you take out $20 at a time with a $4 processing fee so do the math it was expensive. Another thing was the sheets had stains on the comforter upstairs and the bedskirts had a bunch of stains similar to the color of ketchup and mustard everywhere. Also the downstairs bedroom only had one pillow per bed so bring your own (and your own bed sheets as well) Also when you went to shower the water was either really cold or really scorching hot so there was no in between! Other than that it was right on the beach which was an awesome plus and that was why we were going there to begin with.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see this guest had so many frustrations during their reservation. They have been refunded for their troubles. We are hiring more employees to help us be more efficient in maintenance and housekeeping, and we will again ask the valet staff to please get the cars to our guests in under 10 minutes. Thank you!

The initial entry is underwhelming. No elevator and no porter to assist with luggage. Suitcases had to be carried up 1 flight to get to lobby & another to get to unit. Unit extremely dated and run down. First bedroom with 2 twin beds, lumpy mattresses, old, mismatched linen and broken dresser. No closet. Kitchen with stained Formica counters, cracked and peeling porcelain sink. Living area had broken couches with springs poking. Not a single one of the 4 dining chairs was level. They were flimsy and uneven, and rocked every time one changed position. The upstairs loft had a stained red loveseat. The king sized bed was mushy, with lumpy mushy pillows. There was not a single hanger on which to hand a skirt or pair of slacks. Throughout our entire 8 day stay the toilets in both bathrooms ran non stop, and it took 15-20 minutes to adjust the shower and obtain hot water. The door to the balcony had no handle, so no way to go out and enjoy. The view of the ocean from the windows was beautiful.
I did speak with John, the local Vacasa rep, and Brian, from the main office in Portland, on our first day. I noted all these concerns yet no follow up or fix was offered. I was very disappointed and do not recommend either Vacasa or the unit Pavilion One at Castle Beach Club in Miami.

The view is stunning. You can sit on the balcony, watch the waves break and hear the roar of the ocean. If you love the ocean, as I do, that is fantastic. But, the apartment has numerous other problems, both structural and in upkeep.
1. You have to walk up a flight of steps to get to the apartment , there is no way to get there by elevator.
2. The bedroom on the main level has no windows.
There is no closet in the bedroom on the main level and since the closet in the hallway, the only closet on the main floor , was full with folding cots, high chair, play pen etc. , I had nowhere to hang my clothes .
There were only about three hangers in the closet.
The hairdryer had a plug for European outlets . I had to buy an adapter to be able to use it.
The toilet paper holder on the main level is broken.
To add insult to injury , I got a message from someone telling me he was the local representative , to call if I needed anything, but when I called all I got was an answering machine. I left a message requesting that they remove the items from the closet so I could use it and give me some hangers. I never got a response.
I had two other unpleasant experiences:
1. I had to wait more than half an hour to check in because Vacasa forgot to send in the paperwork .
2. Two men barged into the apartment while I was there. When I asked what they were doing there, they told me they were there to work on the cable TV . No one had asked my permission or even told me they were coming.
Manager response:
We apologize for the bumps this guest experienced during their Vacasa experience. There were new security officers being trained, and we believe that's where the confusion came from regarding check-in and the cable TV. This should no longer be an issue. The hair dryer has been replaced and the toilet paper holder has been fixed.
