Sleek home w/ private hot tub & SHARC access - dog-friendly!

Make yourself right at home in this cozy, family-friendly Sunriver vacation house. Tucked away in a wooded area near the golf course, there are two decks to enjoy, as well as a hot tub, SHARC passes, a classic and stylish interior, and a newly renovated kitchen.

Sunriver is a family-friendly resort community that boasts world-class golf courses, over 33 miles of paved bike trails, and plenty of shopping and dining options in the charming Village at Sunriver. There's even a seasonal ice-skating rink. And at this house, you are right in the middle of it all!

The cleanly designed living room will make you feel like you are truly in your own mountain cabin oasis.

Settle down into the cushions of the comfy red sofa and talk about the day's adventures or on chilly nights, curl up with a good book and a glass of wine next to the gas fireplace. There's cable TV so you can even spend the evenings watching your favorite shows with a big bowl of popcorn. Glass patio doors let in a lot of natural light and provide easy access to a lovely outdoor deck.

After a day of fun in the sun, the newly renovated kitchen with its sleek granite countertops and shiny stainless steel appliances will make preparing food a pleasure. It's well-stocked with all of the pots, pans, and cooking utensils you need to make a tasty meal and the dishwasher will have it all cleaned up in no time.

On sunny afternoons, you can fire up the gas grill out on the deck and have an outdoor barbecue. There's a picnic table and extra seating available right on the deck, as well as a table in the dining room, with another set of glass doors right there for easy passage between inside and out. Aside from a nice al fresco dinner, this deck is the perfect place to enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee or just lounge about in the early evenings.

Downstairs, there are also two large comfortable bedrooms. Both have queen-size beds, dressers, bedside tables, reading lamps, and pleasing, comfortable amenities. But best of all, the house's second, more secluded deck is accessed through sliding glass doors in both of these bedrooms. This deck is private and enclosed, with a wonderful hot tub! It's just the thing for relaxation after a day hiking or walking around Sunriver.

Moving upstairs, this floor provides its own picturesque views of the neighborhood. Great for kids, there's a large bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a second full bathroom. Let the younger guests enjoy and take over the upstairs! There's a small loft equipped with large screen TV, perfect for movie nights. The grownups can enjoy some quality time by the fireplace downstairs or evening drinks out on the deck, while the younger guests are having their own fun upstairs.

With its three bedrooms and two full baths, up to eight guests will be very comfortable here. This home is also dog-friendly and allows your furry canine family members to join in the fun with an additional nightly fee.

Looking for even more outdoor fun? SHARC is only a short drive away. Sunriver's newest attraction, this is a fully outfitted aquatic center with swimming pools, a lazy river, and hot tubs. This home comes with eight unlimited use SHARC passes, so you'll be able to enjoy it all as often as you want.

For geology buffs, the Lava River Caves is open May through September and located only five miles from Sunriver, This geologic site offers self-guided explorations of a mile-long lava tube, formed by flowing ancient molten lava.

A fun day trip filled with shopping, galleries, restaurants, and even more entertainment options can be found in Bend, only a 30 minute drive away. Spend the afternoon browsing through galleries on Wall and Bond streets, walk around Drake Park, and hit the Deschutes Brewery Public House for pints of Black Butte Porter and juicy Elk Burgers before returning home to your mountain oasis.

This Central Oregon vacation home has it all: a great location, cozy atmosphere, and fun for the kids and adults alike! It's the perfect place to spend your next family vacation.

Was an awesome place to stay. Thank you.

We have stayed at a number of homes in Sunriver and this is the least favorite by far. Upon arrival there was toothpaste spit on front of bath cabinets, counters in kitchen not clean, and the floors could use a good scrubbing. There are a number of things that could do with an update, namely the dining room light. A single bulb under a heavy wooden shade=so dim you can't see anything, rendering the room unusable after 5pm. Fireplace wouldn't turn on, no directions on how to use the thermostat for it, which was unfortunate since it was so cold. The hottub cover is old and weighs a thousand lbs. Someone should also switch the opening of the fridge so the door hinges on the left for better access/use in the kitchen. So much potential but doesn't seem to be a priority for the owners. I would NOT stay here again nor would I recommend to others.
Manager response:
Hi Rebecca, thank you for staying with us. We will give your feedback to the local staff for further review. We apologize that the home was not fully cleaned to our standards prior to your arrival. Our guest service agents are available 24 hours a day and if any issues such as cleanliness arise we encourage guests to let us know so that we can assist. We hope to have the opportunity to impress you in the future.

Pros to the property: we loved being right on the golf course and near a path. The house was very kid friendly. The hot tub was lovely. It is small and simple.
Cons to the property: the house felt old and not updated at all. The lighting in the bedrooms and dining room were horrendous. My Dad had to wear a headlamp to see in the bedroom despite the lights being on. Bathrooms were pretty unpleasant. The fireplace never worked despite two calls to Vacasa and one visit from a maintenance man (pretty big bummer for a winter trip). Kitchen cabinets slam shut despite trying to shut them gently. It felt like there were a few small updates and improvements that could be made to enhance overall comfort of a renter. We go to sunriver 2 times a year and won’t be renting this location again.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Kathleen. The owner has been contacted regarding your comments so they can consider their course of action to address them. We do hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!

We loved the location of this cabin- a very short bike ride to SHARC (less than 5 minutes on bike), and just a bit further to the village (less than 10 minutes on bike). The size of the cabin was great for our family (3 kids, 2 adults, 2 dogs), and we liked that the whole upstairs was great for the kids. Hot tub was a nice bonus! House could have been cleaner and more well appointed (sheets were rough and mattress was not super comfortable, a couple pans were not clean), but overall we really enjoyed out stay.

IT's a great house and we have stayed here for many years.
Location and size is perfect for us.

Our family had a wonderful week. We borrowed some bicycles from pole house 19. You may want to bring your own bicycle, the paths are wonderful. The resort is very big and you might not have such sharing neighbors. Pole house 19 had a garage with bicycles to use. The house is not air-conditioned, you may want to bring a fan for summer stays.

Loved the location! Great lil spot close to everything very comfortable bedrooms

The house was nice. Great location near Sharc and an easy walk to Fort Rock Park. Doesn't come with a ton of extras (bikes, game room, etc.) but we knew that going in. For the price it was a great deal with a great location. Extremely clean and direct access to the walking/biking trails.

nice place

We love Sunriver. This house is in a good location and has a nice floor plan. We would stay at the house again.
Karen J. Aug 2016
Cozy, cabin-like home with everything our family of four needed for the week - nice remodeled kitchen, comfy interior, private hot tub, nice grill and deck. And plenty of room for more if needed. Highly recommended!
Ed C. Aug 2016
This is our 2nd stay here. Perfect location, nothing fancy, everything we need with sharc passes and house-hold supplies. We'll be back!
Lena K. Jul 2016
We enjoyed our stay at Sunriver-- the property was clean and well cared for, and within walking distance to SHARC which was great! The hot tub was a welcome treat at the end of a long day. Highly recommended, we plan on staying at 21 Pole House Lane again!

The house was fine and we had no issues with it. It is an older house, but the kitchen was recently upgraded so that was great. The house's location to the trails and village was great, plus the sharc passes made it a great trip

Great Location!

It was a fun weekend away and didn't want to go home!! Definitely will be back again!
Anna K. Feb 2016
House was well stocked with essentials, but dark inside with several light bulbs burnt out, and extra lamps put away in the closets with light bulbs missing. Warm and cozy with gas fireplace controlled by a thermostat, and another thermostat for central heating.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review. We will be sure all light bulbs are replaced soon!

We chose this home mostly because of its location to SHARC. We have a 4 and 5 year old and biking to and from SHARC was a lot easier since we didn't have to deal with the hill. We were happy with the home overall, but there were a few things that could have been better.

Positives: The layout of the inside of the home is great. Lots of space for the kids upstairs (although no dresser for their clothes and the beds block the closet so that isn't useable). The living room is small, but since it was just my husband, my kids, and I, it was perfect. We liked the hot tub and appreciated that the deck was private. It also allowed us to sleep with the door open getting our room nice and chilly (like we prefer it). Having a gas grill was really nice!

Negatives:
The kitchen wasn't as stocked as many homes we have stayed at and the lack of a nonstick pan to make eggs had my husband grumbling every morning. There are a lot of random kitchen items in the cabinets so there is not really storage for any food that you have. We ended up putting some of our stuff above the stove and fridge, but that isn't ideal.

Outside, you should know that not only is there no garage, there is no storage for bikes either. We put ours near the hot tub since it was enclosed, but that didn't help us when it rained. There are also no steps from the hot tub deck to the ground. There is a very wobbly bench that is supposed to be a step, but it could have really used at least 2-3 solid steps instead.

Another minor pet peeve was that the deck where the table and chairs are didn't have an exit with stairs. We were constantly having to crawl through the slats or go through the house to get outside when our kids wanted to show us something. Not a big deal, but I have some lower back issues and it made life more difficult.

Overall, it was a nice home and if you can get past the few quirks, you will love staying there.
Manager response:
Thank you for taking the time to share a review with us. We appreciate your feedback and will take it to the owner for consideration. We are glad to see that you enjoyed the layout and the hot tub. We hope you enjoyed the free internet access and cable on your evenings in.

Okay property, but would have preferred a more rustic setting.
Gaile B. Aug 2015
This house is a very short walk from the SHARC pools which were a big hit with our grandkids (aged 7 and 11) and it comes with passes for admission to the pools and tennis courts. It is also less than a mile's walk to the Village with its grocery store, restaurants, and other shops. The house itself is in overall satisfactory condition.

Gerald N. May 2015
This exceeded my expectations. In a great location and everything about the property was perfect.
Manager response:
Thank you for your 5 star review! We are glad you enjoyed this home and it's great location! Thank you for choosing Vacasa

My family LOVED this house. We stayed here for 4 nights but wished it could've been longer. It was super close to everything and immaculate. We would definitely stay here again.
Cheryll L. Mar 2015
Overall this home is a nice place to stay that is close to everything including the Shark Center, the Village, golfing, biking, etc. The hot tub is very nice with room for family and friends to sit around and visit. The BBQ worked great. The layout of the home is great with a fabulous fireplace and nice living room furniture . . . oh . . . and the cable TV was nice and really did work. A lot of times you go places and it doesn't but that is not the case at this home. Thank you for the use of your home.
Jason S. Apr 2014
Very nice, clean, comfortable house. Not far from the village or Sharc. Has a great modern kitchen with a huge fridge, freezer, and a wonderful private hot tub.
