Unit was great for a quick getaway. Convenient location and Squaw had some fun 4th events

As one of the cheaper condos I did not expect the view to be amazing but I did expect the sofa bed to be clean and in better working condition even for kids. The owners also need to work with the facilities team to fix the French doors as they do not close properly and means that anyone can walk in from the public patio space. Fix these problems and it is worth the price even without the amazing view as it is a big room with all the amenities you need.

Squaw received 48" of snow during our stay and the Hwy home closed. The representatives at Vacasa we're extremely helpful in arranging another night stay for us in the same property. Made a stressful situation easy. Thanks!

Location can't be beat. It's right in the Village, with underground parking, and a stone's throw to all the restaurants, ski lifts, Starbucks, etc. Some great features include very spacious layout for a studio, great open kitchen with island and dishwasher, and great access to an outdoor patio and the pool/hot tub. We had friends who rented a 1 BD, and I think the Studio was actually more spacious. The unit is very dated, basic furniture and finishes. Very old TV and rundown furniture. But since you're in Tahoe to be outside and enjoy the Village, we didn't mind. Would definitely stay again simply for the location and convenience. Definitely contact the Vacasa manager before you arrive. We had an issue where they were installing carpet the day we arrived, and we wouldn't have known if we didn't reach out.

We stayed in the Village at Squaw Valley Resort and had a blast. Clean, comfortable, convenient to the village. There were 3 of us traveling together and we utilized the sofa couch which is a typical sofa couch- strongly recommend using the available foam pad. Pertinent FYI's are that the condo is off the large Squaw Valley Ski Resort parking lot side and a bit of a hike in your boots carrying ski and poles. As you are reviewing and comparing prices - the list price DOES NOT include the fairly high cleaning and resort fee that will be added on at the end. That said, we had a great time and settled in very comfortably in this great condo for our stay in Squaw.
