Inside, you'll find vaulted ceilings, plenty of windows, and cozy furnishings. Kick back on the leather sofas in the living room and enjoy a movie on the flatscreen cable TV, complete with a DVD player. Warm up with a mug of hot chocolate and a fire while you stay in touch with friends back home, thanks to the free WiFi access. In the summer, head out onto the deck and relax with a cold beverage while you take in lovely mountain views.

The open design leads you to the dining area, which features a long table for eight. Hang out here for a lively card game in the evening, or enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. With standard appliances, including a dishwasher, and all the cookware you need, meal prep and cleanup will be a cinch.

This two-bedroom (plus loft), three-bath home sleeps up to 13 guests, with two bedrooms featuring en suite baths and patio access. The master bedroom boasts two queen-size beds, and the second bedroom has two doubles. The loft, which is accessible by a winding staircase from the living area, has three twin beds, one of which pulls out into a trundle bed. Additional sleeping options are available on the two sofabeds in the living room. A shared washer and dryer are located in a separate building.

As you walk to the lift, enjoy the view of ice skaters down below on Maggie's Pond. At the end of a long day up and down the mountain, you won't have far to go for a soak in one of the four large hot tubs at the Clubhouse at the end of the cul-de-sac. If you're in Breck in January, check out the annual Snow Sculpture contest and the Ice Castle, which is open until late March. Take a draft horse-drawn sleigh ride through town. And of course, the village is brimming with excellent eateries and bars for apres ski.

In the summer, catch the 4th of July parade and the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo. Start your day with a river raft trip down the Blue River, and end it with a concert put on by the National Repertory Orchestra. Head to Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, and fill your day with rides on the alpine slide and the two-person roller coaster. Get the kids out for some miniature golf and pony rides, and give the fun maze a try.

Walk to lifts

This location was an easy 5 minute walk to the lifts and 4 minute walk to town. It was actually quicker to walk everywhere than to drive due to limited parking on the streets. There's a beautiful view from the condo of the mountains. There was 7 of us in the condo and there was plenty of room. Other than a few easy fixes to the condo, it was a wonderful location to stay! My family and I had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and would stay at this location again.

The location is waling distance from Main St. which was great, the house was clean and the area was very peaceful and quiet. We had no issues and we would definitely come back.

We had a enjoyable stay at the place. 11 of us visited. Very clean and has all required amenities.

Overall we had a great stay here! The property is a few minutes walk to peak 9 base, equipment rental companies, and multiple restaurants and stores on Main Street. Also, if you rent a car, parking is right beneath the unit making unpacking a breeze.

However, the property needs a bit of attention. There were a number of kitchen items missing/in need of replacing (i.e. broken coffee maker, no wine glasses, pans with non-stick peeling off). We also were unable to get the fireplace to work or reach anyone who could help.

Easy fixes and by no means ruined our stay, but the little things make a difference!
Manager response:
The missing kitchen items have been replaced, and the fireplace is working. The Property Manager is available to assist our guests if they are unable to get an advertised amenity working. Thanks!

Good location with easy (10 minute) walk to ski lift. Easy access to downtown. Condo roomy and offers lots of sleeping options. Kitchen and supplies well stocked. Needs some updating and basic maintenance.

We stayed in the Lift condo for a girls weekend! It was in a great location and within walking distance to town which is what we really wanted. The layout was open enough that 12 people could all hang out and not feel cramped.
The interior is a bit dated and needs some work; no towel racks in bathrooms, curtain rod had been knocked down. The bathrooms were not all that clean. The mattresses in the loft were old and did not offer a great night sleep. But if you can get over those things the location is ideal and the space feels large. Great value.

This condo was in a great location and it had many beds to sleep a lot of guests. We were able to walk to the lifts and it was an easy walk to Main Street and all of the action.
