Oceanview group getaway w/prime seaside location & plenty of room for everyone

If you're looking to book the perfect spot for a large group getaway, then look no further than this Oceanside retreat. Boasting views of the Three Arch Rocks and easy access to a bevy of beachside adventures, this home for 12 promises to make your next escape hassle-free.

Set just a short walk from the picturesque shores of the Oregon Coast, this home surrounds you with a quiet neighborhood, while putting you close to local attractions, and mouthwatering dining options. Oceanside itself has a couple of eateries, though you'll find a market and more dining options a few miles away in Netarts or 10 miles farther in Tillamook.

Including both halves of a duplex, this home welcomes you in with plenty of room for all of your guests to spread out in comfort. If you're traveling with a smaller group, you may also individually rent the bottom level with space for four guests or the two-level three-bedroom section with room for eight people. Please refer to individual listing pages for additional info.

Each section of the duplex has its own living room, kitchen, and sleeping areas, making this a perfect option for two families or a multigenerational group traveling together. Put a load of laundry in the private washer/dryer, and then cuddle up with a good book on one of the plush couches.

Grab a couple of local microbrews and head out on the expansive upper-level deck to take in the stunning ocean views. Snap a few pictures of the iconic Three Arch Rocks and then connect to the WiFi to send to friends back at home.

When hunger hits, this home features two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs, allowing for two chefs to show off their skills. Featuring plenty of seating for everyone, you'll be able to let the dishwashers do the cleanup while you spend some time making memories with your guests.

As the day winds down, the combined four bedrooms and three bathrooms provide room for up to 12 guests. In every bedroom you'll find a rejuvenating queen-size bed waiting to lull you and your guests into a restful night of sleep. There's also a twin daybed with a twin trundle in the three-bedroom section of the duplex, plus a twin cot and a futon acceptable for a child in the one-bedroom section of the home.

Sip a locally roasted cup of coffee on the balcony as you watch the waves roll in. With the beach so close, you'll surely want to spend time strolling along the shore and hunt for treasures. Look toward the north side of the beach and you'll see a tunnel - follow it and you'll reach an even more secluded, almost secret stretch of beach. Head back in, and take some time to fly a kite, or maybe kick back while the kids play and slip into vacation mode.

Take a quick drive north to Cape Meares State Park to check out the lighthouse and explore the grounds. Hike through the Nature Preserve to see the local wildlife and find the perfect spot to relax by the beauty of the sea. Drive into Netarts and pick up some fresh crab or salmon, or keep driving into Tillamook for a trip to the cheese factory or a nice dinner together.

No matter how you spend your time at this Oregon Coast escape, you and your guests will have the ideal home to make beachside memories.

*Please know cell phone service tends to be poor in Oceanside but will be better in Netarts, about two miles away.

We had lots of room for our whole family. It was a short walk to the beach.

We rented both units but were able to fit 8 people comfortably in the larger upper unit. Tight sitting quarters in the living room with large parties but manageable. We liked having cable on TV and wifi for the rainy days. Views are wonderful from the house and location is great. We would definitely rent this house again!

Big windows and huge deck with lots of chairs to enjoy the spectacular view of the Arch rocks. We saw whales feeding up close everyday. The tunnel and Tunnel Beach on the other side are a special treat. A short walk to the beach but beware Oceanside is built on a hillside so be prepared to walk uphill. There is parking and a restroom at the beach access but the entrance down to the beach is difficult.

The house was plenty big and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. The only problems with this house is the door to deck was leaking water from bottom unto carpet so we put a towel there.
The dryer was very slow to dry. Other then that it is a very nice vacation home. Just need the door fixed before it becomes a bigger with house. We will be back.
Manager response:
Tanya, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We apologize that you experienced some leaky issues. Please know that the storm door has since been replaced with a new door. We hope we have the chance to host you next time!
