Upscale home w/ pool, spa, & patio - walk to Coachella/Stagecoach

Discover an upscale desert oasis at this four-bedroom Indio home, a Mediterranean-style escape with a gorgeous outdoor pool and spa, spacious yard, and terrace, all within walking distance of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

Located in the high-end gated community of Montage, this light-filled home sits less than two miles north of the Empire Polo Club (which doubles as the venue for the Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals). You'll be just four miles northeast of the golf course at SilverRock Resort, seven miles from the Eagle Falls and Shadow Hills Golf Courses, and 29 miles west of Joshua Tree National Park.

Enter through the private courtyard and step inside to find nearly 4,000 square feet of open and inviting living space. You can escape the desert heat in the central air conditioning, rest your tired legs on one of the soft leather sofas, and plug your iPhone into the sound dock to stream a few tunes on the WiFi.

The adjoining full kitchen is a natural gathering space, offering stainless steel appliances, double ovens and a gas range, and sleek granite countertops on which to set out appetizers. Keep the chefs company at the three-person bar counter, pull a chilled bottle of white from the wet bar wine fridge, and sit down to eat in the formal dining room with seating for six.

Sip coffee after dinner and feed the koi in the pond on the patio, or head out back to the terrace to spend time with friends and family. Tell stories around the outdoor gas fireplace, take an evening dip in the swimming pool, and soothe your sore limbs in the attached spa.

Begin each morning with pancakes and fresh fruit smoothies, and leave the plates in the dishwasher as you head outside. Bask in the sunshine on a lounge chair, find a bit of shade beneath the palms and fruit trees, and light the gas grill for a barbecue with friends in the outdoor lounge area. This shaded space even offers plush seating and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV to keep your guests comfortable and entertained. And at the end of the day, you can throw your bathing suits and pool towels in the private washer/dryer.

Each evening, you can flip on the gas fireplace in the living room, pile on the sofas with your loved ones, and watch a bit of DirecTV before heading off to bed. With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half-bath, this Indio escape will accommodate seven guests. The master suite has a king-size bed, large windows that let in the sunlight, doors that open to the terrace, and an attached bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass stall shower.

You'll find a queen-size bed in each of the two guest rooms, which are also equipped with flatscreen TVs, DirecTV service, and Roku players. The fourth bedroom doubles as an office space and offers a twin-size sleeper sofa.

This was our first time trying Vacasa and it was a million times nicer than any Airbnb or VRBO in the area. The check in process was super smooth and the company was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. They seemed like super chill and normal people! The beds were extremely comfortable and the space definitely accommodated our group. The backyard was perfect for games and super pretty- lots of good picture spots! All the guests were pleased with the experience and wanted to switch over to Vacasa!

The house is large and pool is great. Unfortunately, there were limited towels and a very high charge ($70/day) to heat the pool and spa. Other VRBO's charge $25/day for the same size. There were limited spatulas/utensils and no condiments/spices at all. All in all, its a good place to stay, just wish they had a little more to offer for such a nice place.
Manager response:
We do charge more for pool heating in the winter time since the pool heater is working much harder to battle the cold weather. We have added more utensils and towels to the home. Thank you!

This home had a few problems such as a broken couch and an unusable hid a bed, but the basics were nice such as neighborhood, the home and cleanliness of the property. The Bar BQ, pool and spas were very good.
Manager response:
The parts to repair the couch are on their way, and there is an additional mattress for the pull out bed located in the master bedroom. Thanks!

Group of 5 girls stayed here during the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Good proximity to tournament and close to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend having dinner at Jillian’s restaurant-great good and atmosphere! I would suggest that owners invest in more comfortable mattresses in two of their rooms.

Nice and spacious home. Easy check-in and check-out instructions and great property manager available to assist. Direct TV available on nice big tv!

Despite all our minor issues, it was a beautiful home that we enjoyed staying in. I wouldn't mind coming back again.

I was never told there was an alarm on the property or given a code. Alarm was set off & I wasn't able to get ahold of anybody for at least 45 minutes to turn it off. Not only did that create a monster headache listening to it go off for so long I then had to deal with the police that showed up to the property.
I was never given a gate code & once again couldn't get ahold of anybody. I actually called another vacation rental company & that's how I was able to get into the gate. Someone finally called me back later in the day & gave me a gate code. Low & behold we couldn't get back into the gate because the code we were given only works during certain hours. It took 2 hours for someone to call me back. I finally got a direct line to the property manager. Delphino was great & even came out to show us how to get the direct TV to work so I appreciate him & the fact that I was finally given his direct number.

Rookie mistakes that really would have changed my level of annoyance. House was very clean & nice except for broken couch that put a kink on sitting space. Great house, bad experience with silly mistakes of not being given the correct information.
Manager response:
We sincerely apologize that we missed getting these important codes out for this reservation. We understand what a headache this must have caused. The property manager will ensure all incoming guests receive their codes prior to the start of their reservation. Thank you!
