Coeur d'Alene Lake waterfront cabin with private dock and beach!

Enjoy a little slice of lakefront paradise in this three-bedroom Coeur d'Alene vacation rental with room for six on the tree-shrouded shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene. Dock the boat at the private dock and swim at the private beach, enjoy panoramic vistas of the lake from the new wrap-around deck and rails, and savor the peace and tranquility. When you want to rejoin civilization, the shops and dining in the bustling town of Coeur d'Alene are just a half-hour to the north.

Flanked by a pretty orchard on one side and magnificent Coeur d'Alene Lake on the other, you'll be treated to views both pastoral and panoramic. At the end of the day, dock the boat and unwind in the beautifully decorated living area on the main level, where you'll find a wood fireplace with stone facade and plenty of comfortable chairs, along with beautiful lake views to enjoy through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The central air conditioning will keep you nice and cool during warmer weather.

This home's beautiful, modern kitchen is fully equipped and up to just about any meal your cook has planned. Plenty of room to slice and dice on the roomy countertop that's both durable and beautiful with its brown marbling. Checking the cookbook will be easy too! Just take a seat at the lowered counter and review the recipe. There's extra room at the marble topped island, and seating for six at the table in the adjacent dining area where you'll also enjoy a view of the wooded landscape and lake outside. In the morning, grind your favorite beans in the grinder and savor the same cup of joe you look forward to at home... only here, you can step out to the new wrap-around lakefront deck, which features a top-of-the-line Traeger wood pellet smoker/barbecue for outdoor feasts.

This elegant Coeur d'Alene home has three bedrooms and room for six. The main level has a beautiful master bedroom with a queen sized bed and panoramic vistas of the lake. Slip out on the deck and stretch before heading to breakfast. Head downstairs, where your friends and family will be emerging from two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed, another with two twins. Both are spacious and comfortable, and both have private access to the patio.

There's more fun down on the lower level, where you can kick back in a laid-back den, complete with a large flat screen TV with DirecTV, a DVD, VCR, and stereo. On those cold nights, huddle by the warm glow of the wood fireplace (the impressive stone facade extends through both floors!) and check your emails or local events on the free WiFi.

There's lots to do in colorful Coeur d'Alene, on both land and lake! Kids and adults can have hours of fun just swimming off the private dock right by the home. Out on the lake, you can water and jet-ski, or cast a line for the resident fish. Take the kids over to one of three water theme parks nearby. Lace up the hiking boots and find your bliss in one of three national forests in the area. Tee up for a game of golf at nearby Coeur d'Alene Public Golf Club, or at one of seven other courses. Spend the day in Coeur d'Alene where you'll have plenty of shops and cafes to choose from. Pamper yourself at one of the town's spas, or put your palate to the test at the local winery.

Had Milton spent some time at this unique three-bedroom home with room for six on beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lake, the course of English literature might, perhaps, have been a little different. Come spend some time at this incredible home on the shores of lake Coeur d'Alene, and you'll wonder if paradise was ever lost in the first place!

Great location and view. Could have been cleaner. Dining room lights, lazy susan and floor areas were full of dead bugs, which was a little gross.
Manager response:
We agree the view is amazing! We are sorry that the housekeepers missed the bugs. We will follow up with them to make sure they pay closer attention to these details moving forward. Thanks!

The description and pictures are spot on. We really enjoyed our experience at this lake cabin.

The views are awesome and only a short walk to the water with a private dock. It is tucked away and directions to the cabin is a must.

We spent four nights in August at this property. There were four tweens and two adults. The home was great for us. Our kids enjoyed the dock, and the ability to suntan on the beach. The parents enjoyed the views and appreciate the lack of sound and people. The property is a bit of a drive from civilisation, but I think that is what makes it so unique. We didn't find it that steep nor challenging to get to the beach. I wouldn't want to climb up in the dark after a night of drinking, but we did not have any problems. Our only suggestions would be:

1. bring a flashlight - it is dark here at nighttime
2. the internet was hit and miss - didn't bother the parents, but the tweens were upset
3. bring a floatie to enjoy the water.
4. Relax!!!

If you are looking to get away from it, all this is the place for you. That said if you want a state of the art house, with modern furnishings then this is not the place for you. This cabin is a place where you can relax, enjoy the sunset, and spend time on the quiet and serene lake,

It was the perfect getaway from reality!! Very secluded and away from the public. The best place to relax and unwind and not worry about anything. Other than a few dirty bowls that were in the cabinet and dust on countertops, I couldn’t have asked for a better location! Laying on the dock and playing pine cone fetch with Fathom (neighbors dog) was a great Saturday morning spent. The neighbors were also extremely nice and very inviting! We didn’t feel like we were intruding. Will definitely recommend this home!

Great view. Remote location. Fit 5 adults comfortably. Steep trail to beach. Inside a bit dated. Could use some more modern upgrades. Could have been cleaner. Overall a great time and very relaxing

Amazing views, quiet and relaxing. Excellent location.

This was an excellent place for my needs at the time. The long term was available while I was waiting on the closing of my new home.

We had a beautiful stay here for Canadian Thanksgiving. We were looking for a quiet and peaceful cabin on the lake to relax and spend quality family time. It did not disappoint. Beautiful setting on the lake with a private beach. All the amenities for indoor time, like wifi and TV. As it was late fall, the ability to have a fire inside was awesome. Many of the local attractions were not readily available, but we were loooong for a quiet qetaway so we're more than happy. Downtown Coeur D'Alene is a quaint and excellent place, as is the waterfront. This place is a cabin, a little dated, but we expected that and overall it is beautiful. A bit tricky to get to (don't always rely on your GPS) but well worth the drive.

We absolutely loved the views from this cute cabin! We saw deer and wild turkeys everyday and our trip to Couer d'Alene was fabulous! The three biking paths are a must!

Beautiful location with wonderful views of the lake. Needs updated bathrooms and better housekeeping but a great place to stay.

This house is quite relaxing, the owners are extremely nice, the property is exquisite, apple trees, plum trees, wildlife,an amazing view of the lake. It needs some updating, and some cleaning issues but overall is a very pleasant vacation spot.

First the view and location were beautiful however the cleanliness left much to be desired. The view was slightly marred by the expansive windows that appear to have not been cleaned in some time. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival, trash the previous vacationer in the pull out trashcan in kitchen, downstairs bedroom with queen and upstairs bed area, laundry in the washer and dryer, several dirty dishes in the cabinets and worst of all a giant clump of hair that hindered the drain from draining properly ( I removed it so that our 3 year old didn't have to shower in standing water). For the $145 cleaning fee that applies, I expected it to be much more sanitary.
Manager response:
We would like to apologize that the cleanliness of this home was not up to Vacasa standards due to the short amount of time the housekeepers had available to clean a home that was left in a bad state. A large rain storm left the windows in poor condition, but they have since been cleaned inside and out. The housekeeping crew for this home has resolved to do a better job on future cleans.

The house is pretty secluded compared to being close to town. Yes you have neighbors along the lake. But you are at the end of a dirt road. Definitely quiet. Trail down to the lake is well maintained. 72 year old uncle walked down and up the trail. We saw deer in the yard almost every night. It was a good spot for families.

Had a wonderful vacation. This house is great , clean and the floor to ceiling Windows are so nice! You have a view of the lake from every room in the house! It is a bit of a long windy drive to the house. The dock is great, getting down to the dock is a bit of a hike!

This was perfect for our group of three couples. Lots of space to spread out. And nice communal places to come together.

Pros: a gorgeous location, a beautiful, clean, clear, lake. Beautiful views from the deck. Lots of room in the house to relax and socialize.
Cons: quite a ways from C d'A, so if you forget something it is a long way back to the store.

After a very hectic but exciting high school graduation, we took our family here for a week of celebration and relaxation. The house is just as the pictures indicate and the beach is even better! We had everything we needed in the house and spent a lot of time on the beach. Yes, the trail is steep, but it's very well maintained.
What a great location. We fished and paddled a raft around daily. We hiked and enjoyed the wildlife.
The only house issues we had were small. Bathroom was not very clean and a dirty washcloth was left behind. The master comforter was in the closet all tangled up in the duvet cover.
There are small privacy issues with no door on the master and curtains not covering the bathroom windows.
Overall, this is a lovely rustic home in a very beautiful location on the lake.

Very peaceful place we enjoyed it very much

A perfect, peaceful retreat for our family.
Dennis C. Aug 2015
It was a great stay. The house was beautiful - the deck was fantastic. We enjoyed having our own beach and dock. The path coming back up from the beach was a little hard for me. We would definitely stay again. The wildlife was great too.

Absolutely loved our stay. I rate cleanliness a little low only because of a few minor issues, but when you pay a cleaning fee, you expect it fully clean, but for the most part, it was pretty clean. Be aware that the master bedroom has no door (you just go around a wall from the living room). Wasn't a problem for us, but it could be for others. Overall, I loved the place and I would stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our time on Lake CDA during the visit. Our favorite part of the experience was spending time in the sun on the large deck area. Although the house is lovely, there were several maintenance issues that were not resolved prior to our stay (smoke alarm without battery, trash/debris on beach, broken cable) which required efforts on our part and limited our enjoyment of our stay. The house was clean and loved the distance to town (30 minutes), making it the perfect little get-away while still being able to go into town for a drink and shopping.
Manager response:
We are so pleased to hear that your group enjoyed your stay with us. This is such an amazing home with beautiful views from the deck! Please accept our apologies for the cable going out and the missing battery from the smoke detector. We are glad the TV issue got fixed during your stay and our property manager has made sure all smoke detectors are in working order. Thank you so much for taking the time to send us your review of this lovely home!

Wonderful views of the lake and great place to relax! The deer were enjoyable to watch since they were there every day and almost all day/night long.

Quiet and cozy. Had an excellent stay!
Steve E. Sep 2014
The place was beautiful and very peaceful and relaxing! We really enjoyed the fire pit down on the private beach. Watching the deer and turkeys enjoy the fruit from the orchard was awesome! And there were lots of them daily! We had a great time!
Manager response:
Thanks for the feedback, glad we were able to take care the issue right away for you!

My two boys, ages 9 and 11, enjoyed staying at the house and fishing off the dock and swimming. We enjoyed the view from the deck. My elderly mother was unable to walk down to the beach, though, since the path to the beach is a bit strenuous.
Phyllis S. May 2014
We stayed here for my nephews graduation from Gonzaga. Lake view is beautiful! This house is very well apportioned with enough towels, dishes, sheets ect for a week stay with no problem. A little hard to see where to go into off the road but well worth it. Deer, moose and a bunch of turkeys were in regular attendance.
Sarah J. Aug 2013
Our family of 6 (kids ages 8-12) had a wonderful time at the property!
When we arrived, there was a huge bull moose in the front or hard eating apples off the tree! Then he walked down the trail to the lake & took a swim as we all watched from the deck. Amazing.
We also saw turkey vultures, a young buck & doe and several ospreys.
We had a blast jumping off the dock & swimming. We recommend bringing life jackets & floatie toys if you're bringing kids, we spent tons of time in the lake.
We loved eating locally at Shooters Bar & Grill in the lake.
It is quite a trek to get into CDA to grocery stores, so shopping prior to your arrival is nice so you don't have to go out again unless you choose to do so.
It was a great experience & we can't wait to go back!
