We had a great time at the cabin. Wonderful views!! Within 20 minutes to everything but far enough away for the fireflies and peacefulness.

Have rented same cabin 3 times. Amazed each time on the beautiful view and cabin overall. So much to do in pigion forge. If you find yourself bored you have issues.

Even more beautiful in person! Would recommend this cabin to everyone! Truly paradise!

Gorgeous cabin with a fabulous view! Of all the cabins we have rented in the past, this had one of the best views! Sunset was spectacular on our last evening. Very clean cabin, and quiet at the time of year we visited. (February, 2018)
The weather was in the high 70's to 80's. We were very blessed!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the B&B cabin. It was nice because we went in January when it was the slowest peak of the season. It was almost like we had the towns to ourselves. The people in the area where extremely nice! Take your travels through the Great Smokey Mountain parkway, then hit some of the restaurant favs like The Old Mill, The Alamo Steakhouse (ask for Dwayne, best waiter EVER), and the Apple Barn and many more. Tip: Read the others' reviews in their quest book which gave us great ideas. Hit all the shops in the village of Gatlinburg, Ride the ALPINE SLIDE!!! SO FUN!!! If your in to adult beverages, then sipping and sampling the moonshine and wines at the distilleries were fun! Watch out though and know your limit, HA! If your not up to going out, the cabin is just perfect to chill and relax. The hot tub was amazing and just the right temperature. We built and enjoyed one fire in the fireplace. The cabin will be stocked with wood. Several things I will suggest are bringing a bag of ice (it does have an icemaker but may be empty, bring condiments if you plan to bring food along with spices (salt, pepper, etc.) Your are given a limited supply of dish soap, soap, shampoo, so you may want to bring extra. Bring bottled water to drink.
The cabin uses well water which tends to have a light odor, but did not bother us a bit! It is filtered/purified so I did not feel dirty washing in it. You may just not want to drink it. Otherwise, you have everything you need!! Beds are super comfy. We had a wonderful stay and can not wait to come back and bring the kids. :)

Good for a couple or some guest. Great views from the windows and deck. Fire pit, hot tub and all were great.

Great views from cabin! Enjoyed our stay very much!

We love this place. We experienced nature up close. We fed birds and squirrels and even had some turkeys walk down the driveway in front of the cabin..

Beautiful cabin, great view!

My husband and i stayed at Beauty and thr Beast for 3 nights and had a great experience. From the amenities to the sights it was a no compaint trip for us. Originally we worried a but that the cabin would not be what we expected but werr proven wrong. Some of the reviews had complaints (water smell, no blinds-there were blinds in the master) but were so minor that we hardly noticed the issues but theu did not bother us. We were very satisfied with how clean and well kept the cabin was and already recommend the cabin and vacasa to friends. Quiet, quaint quality.

The cabin is in a pretty good location with a good view. However the cabin needs a cooling unit. It is very hot during the day at night it is ok with fans going. I wouldn't want to stay if I was planning to stay at the cabin during the day. I hope to return during cooler months.

This cabin is very hot in the summer. It has a beautiful view, but the a/c doesn't properly cool the home during hot weather. Also, you can't cool off in the shower without smelling like a boiled egg.
Jennifer M. July 2017
The only thing I would change would have been to stay longer to just enjoy the cabin!
Jenny C. July 2017
This is a beautiful property! The roads leading to it and the driveway are very steep. However the view is wonderful and the home is very clean and pretty. It had everything you need to just stay there. We went back and forth to town several times and it was close enough for this also.

Great location with good views.

This is an older cabin and it is priced accordingly. It had very high ceilings and enough space for a few people. The major shortcomings are:

1. The AC in the living room and loft area is woefully inadequate. The AC was set to 68 but it was unbearably humid in those area. We were given more fans to move the air but that didn't do anything. We were visited by a maintenance person and he got permission from the owner to lower the AC to 65. That made a difference but it was still not a true 65, which should be very cold. The wall of windows and constant sun makes it feel like a sunroom. I can't imagine the stifling heat during summer heat waves.

2. The water is GROSS and has a terrible sulfur odor. I did not want to brush my teeth or shower with that water. We washed clothes in the washer and thankfully, they did not smell.
The house has an indoor soaking tub but I would not dare use it because of the odor.
Apparently this is common with some well water and it can be filtered. Please filter it. It is nasty.

3. The outdoor chairs on the deck need to be moved to face the valley/mountain view instead of facing close trees. The chairs are bolted down and you have no options but to move the indoor chairs to the deck.

Great location, far enough from the main strip to feel like your secluded but close enough to drive to everyday if you wanted. Cabin was outstanding, very well kept, great views, plenty of space. Love the easy access to and from the cabin, automatic door lock makes everything hassle free (as in not needing a key), the alarm is also great and easy to use, it gives you a sense of security while your gone. Overall everything was fantastic! I would recommend this to anyone. I will be returning sometime in the future.

I give you one thumbs up until some upgrades are done after that 2 thumbs. The carved bears add the perfect touch as outside decor and love the funny signs inside and out of cabin. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special and our 6 year anniversary since we been to the area. :)
Newlyweds,
