The cabin was beautiful and located in a very easy to access location! We did have some issues with the air conditioning on the first day but they were quick to get window units to cool down the place. Biggest issue we had was running out of water and it taking 14.5 hours to get it back! Everyone we talked to about a problem was very friendly and easy to deal with!
Manager response:
Thank you for the kind review. We are very sorry for the issues you experienced and we appreciate working with our team during your stay. We hope to have a chance to host you again in the future!

The view is beautiful and the home is stunning! It was perfect for my family vacation. I do agree with a previous review in mentioning that the house was in need of a few updates. Mostly cosmetic. Everything functioned perfectly. We would gladly come back again for a visit feeling like we were in the clouds.

Beautiful view, comfy beds.
Problem with WiFi and cell phones. Other than that - great cabin.

This was our first time I. 25 years of visiting the area for New Year's that we stayed in Wears Valley! We loved the area n the people! One of our favorite cabins! The views were amazing! The cabin is very well equipped n the relaxing! We will be back for sure!

Enjoyed our time in the cabin. Only one hour from airport. No wifi, therefore several family members had to leave several days early or they could have worked from cabin. Pigeon Forge is crazy with people and traffic. Not going back there! Instead, go to the mountains and especially Elvira's to eat. Very winding road to get to cabin, but it is at the top of the mountain-end of road, but their are neighbors right next door.
Very nice cabin for very reasonable price.

Great place to stay for peace, quiet and Scenery! Cabin is secluded at the top of a mountain. Very beautiful. We had our family with us and everyone had their own level of the house so there was privacy if needed. Very nice place!!!

We stayed in this cabin in sep 2017 and loved it. Very spacious and well equipped with the most beautiful view. The only thing that was a little concerning was the humidity odor in downstairs which I think needs to be checked for possible mold. Also not a bad idea to check the upstairs decks, some of the panels underneath had cracks. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will go back for sure.

Beautiful view but quite a distance from town.

It's too bad. This cabin is actually beautiful but the cleanliness is beyond awful. We battled ants all week and it really ruined what we had planned for this vacation with unexpected costs to go out to eat because of the ants. They were all o we the kitchen and we were NOT about to put food out it even cook. Would not stay here again. And management did refund my cleaning fee because I had to wait two hours after check in to actually get into the cabin but honestly that was not enough and they did very little else for the inconvenience all week. very dirty and I plan to let all know!

We had a lot of fun !

This was our 3rd time staying in Red Wolf Lodge, and we were so tremendously disappointed to see the decline in the cleanliness of the cabin since our visit last year. We had hoped to continue staying in this particular cabin, as the view is GORGEOUS, and the layout of the cabin and bedrooms perfectly suits our needs. With 4 adults and 5 children, we have loved the larger lower level bedrooms, the awesome ping pong table, the video arcade games, improved fire pit and dining room with a view! However, with the dirtiness we found upon arrival, we are discussing other rental companies for our annual visit next year. How disappointing!
With improvements in the overall cleanliness, I would love to stay here again, but as it stands now, we will likely find another cabin/cabin company.

Beautiful cabin with the most amazing views. I loved the screened in bottom porch. This was the perfect place for as many people as we had. Everyone had space and a bathroom. We would stay here again!

This was by far the BEST view from a cabin we've had in the 4 years we've been Spring Breaking here! After some hairpin turns and a serious uphill drive, you reach the top of the driveway and look out over several mountain peaks! You truly get to see why they're the 'smokey' mountains! The house is well laid out, the rooms were all spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. The view from the dining room table is amazing! The screened in porch is a nice touch especially since it's the one where the hot tub is located. The porch overhead is actually sealed so that even in the rain, we could enjoy it. We were sad to leave such a beautiful space!

This cabin has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is spectacular. Convenient to Cade's Cove and Townsend.
