The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Stocked with everything we needed. I always bring extra toiletry and kitchen items along with extra bath towels and never even had to use them. Everything worked properly. Only issue was that you could hear every move of the floor above you. Felt safe and secure in the area. Nice drive up.
We absolutely loved our stay at Touch of Elegance. It was maybe ten minutes outside of town, but felt like a world away from all the traffic, congestion, and noise. The cabin is extremely comfortable & we had no problems being able to relax, unwind, enjoy the views, and make ourselves at home. Yes, the driveway itself is steep, but parking is level and plenty wide enough for a 2nd vehicle, if necessary. We found two things that were unexpected & yet greatly appreciated. The first being my wife was extremely relieved to discover the wine opener in the kitchen drawer after purchasing some local wines, and secondly, I really appreciated the stacked/split firewood outside for use in the fire pit. We'll definitely keep this cabin on our short list of considerations on our next visit.
Great location. Nice place. Well taken care of. No problems and plan to return. I’ve stayed at a lot of cabins and this is one of the best for sure!

A beautiful cabin and location.
Loved the cabin have rented it twice so far. Had a bear to visit this time. It is very beautiful. Will rent again. Not to far from the main drag and things to do.
My family and I haf a great time. Everything was perfect.
The cabin was just as pictured. It had very good views from any of the three level decks. I will stay in this cabin again and it was just about 6 minutes from Pigeon Forge.
Very spacious and comfortable cabin for a family of 8.
This was a touch of heaven. Roomy, stocked kitchen which as cooks we loved! Great view, fire pit. Just beautiful. We had three families and plenty of space!
By far my favorite area in Pigeon Forge! I've stayed in many cabins in the area, this one rates among the best. Definitely a five star rating! A couple of notes for the owner, I kept an eye on the oak tree above parking, dying out and limbs starting to fall. Also, small shavings on lower front deck, something is boring away on deck above. I would want to know. Thanks -- Great cabin!
Great place, location is great, all the utensils are there for you. Just a few things we didn’t like, the drive way is super steep you can’t see anything doing up or going down so trying to pull in with two big cars is tricky and leaving is tricky trying to see around the trees. Not enough towels for 7 guest without having to do laundry regularly. Some carpet pads on the stairs would be nice as it’s super loud even if you tip toe it sounds like there is a heard of elephants going up and down the stairs. The door to get in is picky you have to fumble with it we had to call as it wouldn’t open, upstairs doors don’t open facing the mountains to sit on balcony. Basement bathroom plug to bathtub is broken so it’s not easy to give a small child a bath. Cute place minus the little things.
We loved that this amazing cabin was off the beaten path a little but so close to Pigeon Forge! The views were amazing! Lots of amenities and the beds were very comfortable!
The location of the cabin was excellent. It was very nice and peaceful and when we wanted action, it was just a short drive into town.
This was the best stocked cabin that I’ve ever stayed in. It had everything I needed to cook and all the toiletries that were provided were an unexpected bonus. This was my favorite cabin that I’ve rented. I definitely would rent it again.
The cabin is beautiful! It’s not far from the tourist pigeon forge areas but still far away enough! All the rooms are separated and it’s perfect for multiple couples of families! The full kitchen was very nice as well
Great location, very clean, nicely decorated, great view!
Nice place and convenient to most any activities and restaurants.
This is a very pretty comfortable cabin. Really enjoyed our stay. The fire pit was great. So glad the fireplace actually heats, not just for looks. Needs a new book to leave comments for the owner. I used a sheet of notebook paper. We will rent this cabin again in the future.
Just got back from our recent trip and i cant wait to do it again next year , cabin was the coziest place i had ever stayed in the master bed was amazing and the view from the top
Floor the best
The home is far enough from town (7 minutes) to enjoy the hills and mountain life, but close enough that you can run in and eat, shop, etc. with ease. The layout of the house is perfect for any size group and there are more than enough porches to take in any view you like. There are a few homes close by, but other than seeing them in the daylight, I would have never know they were there. It was quiet and felt secluded. We enjoyed our stay and WILL be back!
Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, comfy, 3 bathrooms, area was nice and quiet
We love this cabin. This was our second time to stay there. Great view and very comfortable. Emosewa!!!!
This cabin was perfect for my family. We will be back next year.
Never used anything like Vacasa to rent a cabin in Pigeon Forge, TN. Was a little skeptical at first. But I have come to think that this is the BEST away to rent a cabin/hotel!! So much easier than renting a cabin through an agency. Absolutely, loved this cabin!!!! It was so gorgeous and was in the best location!!!! Will be staying here again!!!
We absolutely loved our stay in this cabin. With two teenagers, the bottom level with a bedroom and game area was great to give them their space. Wonderful decks and great rockers/furniture! Nice fire pit setup which was a first for us in our annual trips to Gatlinburg.

Cabin was wonderful
We would definitely stay with Vacasa again, but just not this particular cabin. If possible, we would find something closer to town and maybe a little more upgraded and cleaner. The second day, we had to spend quite a bit of money to have things we needed. The cabin was ok, but the pillows were awful. They were flat and dirty and didn't smell good. We also would have liked more space to put our things. All of the closets that weren't locked were filled with things, so we had to move them in order to hang our own clothes. There are no chests or drawer space except in nightstands. A few closets were locked, and the rest had quite a few things stored in them so it was almost impossible to find space to put clothes for 6 people for a week without living out of a suitcase
Other than that, everything went fine.
We are sorry to see this guest was not more satisfied with their stay. The property manager has taken care of the pillows, and all unlocked closets now have space provided for our guests' things. Thank you!
We've stayed at several other cabins which I've preferred over this one. The cabin was nice and had all the basic amenities. It did have 3 large beds, each on a different levels, which met our need this time. The several things that I didn't like as much, 1) the cabin lacked a good view of the valley, as it wasn't up high, 2) the cabin didn't have much privacy, as it was located right off the main road and we could hear people in neighboring cabins, 3) the main level had a wrap around portch, which was nice, but I'd I felt sort of exposed that someone/something could just walk up and surprise me.
