We enjoyed our stay at the Urban Boathouse. The place was clean and convenient to everything in Rome.

This place was perfect for two (works for three as well). The location could not be more ideal, the area is lively with a lot of coffee shops, food spots, pubs, and more. And, it's 2 min. from the Tiber river. The place was charming and unique. Perfect to walk to both the Vatican and downtown/Forum etc.

The place was a general great, the check-in was fast. Getting out of that summary, imagine it as a loft with a mezzanine but made all in wood, it looks amazing and it has modern touches around. We found two issues with the place but those were probably temporary issues that as we talked with the were going to be solved on our check-out (We stayed just 4 nights), one was that cold water on the bathroom was not working well, for example toilette was taking ages to load and you will have to wait 30 minutes or more to be able to flush again, the other one was that the shower was kinda clogged, so using it with full pressure (using hot water only because there was no great pressure on the cold) it water will start falling out from the shower and reaching the wood flooring if not caught in time. Leaving that aside the place is great, and its location is very good (if you like night life), in our case we were not going out much at night because we were super tired of day tours but if you do is a great place to be, if you like a quiet place this is not the place for you, weekends are specially noisy and you will feel the people like they are talking on your living, weekdays are a little quieter but you will feel noise till midnight, not a big problem for us though (as we go to sleep around 1am). Amenities are great, it has a washing machine and a dish washer, so if you are staying a bit longer than us is amazing 'cause you can was your clothes there.

The location is just perfect. You are right there in the middle of lively Trastevere. The apartment is unique and there is everything you need. The bedrooms were quiet in spite of the location. It is perfect for 3 person.

Incredible apartment modeled off of a boat house (hence the name!), right in the heart of Trastevere. Just steps away from out-of-this-world amazing restaurants, and you can even make it by foot to Vatican City or the Colosseum if you're feeling up to a long walk. We loved every second of our stay here and would definitely book again!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a few days in March and it was truly amazing. The neighborhood was lively and full of great restaurants and bars, but it was not too loud - not a crazy party street. The local Vacasa staff was very helpful and recommended restaurants, sights and museums to us upon arrival. Every place we ate at in Testevere (where the apartment is located) was delicious. The orange and yellow buildings were very cute and provided a truly authentic experience. On our first day we walked to the Vatican in less than 30 minutes, and were able to walk to many other sites as well.

I would absolutely recommend this apartment to my friends and family looking to visit Rome!
