With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home will accommodate up to eight guests. There are two bedrooms downstairs, each with a queen-size bed. Upstairs, there are two twin-size beds in one room, then a king-size bed in the master suite.

The master also has a full bathroom with a standalone shower, there's another full bath in the hall, plus a third full bath on the main floor downstairs. Plush linens and contemporary furnishings create an airy and updated feel throughout the home.

Head outside and take a lovely stroll through the neighborhood. You can soak in the tree-lined streets and quaint vintage homes, then make your way over to Hendricks Park for some sun or a nice picnic outside.

For amenities, restaurants, and more, Franklin Blvd is only a few blocks away from the home. From popular pizza joints to casual bars and eateries, this town has plenty of cuisines to offer. For more options, downtown Eugene is only a mile away and offers more shopping and restaurants.

The home was perfect for our Duck alumni and their parents. Location was key as we celebrated a football win over Cal. We would return and recommend this property to our friends.

Lots of bedrooms and walking distance to great restaurants. Close to campus too!

Good location within walking distance to everything! Everyone in our party felt the beds were very comfortable. Nicely appointed kitchen and comfortable furnishings!

This house is well-furnished and stocked as a vacation rental. We stayed here while attending a conference in Eugene and found it to be everything we needed it to be.

4 Bedrooms suitable for 4 adults, very clean, nice neighborhood. Well equipted kitchen, fine living room and fast Wifi. Very good place to stay in Eugene closed to University.

You can’t beat the location for this house. A beautiful quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Eugene’s best ice cream, good restaurants, and the University. The house itself was very nice though you should know there are no screens in the windows, and the water pressure is not great. Hot water was slow in coming but eventually available. The air conditioning was hopeless at keeping up with 90° days even though the house enjoys quite a bit of shade. We never got the interior below 75 and that and that was only because it got into the 50s overnight. Parking is a little bit dicey because there is no long-term street parking in the neighborhood and really only one usable driveway space available ( we were able to squeeze two very small cars in, but you would have had to carefully move one in order to get the other out.) The house was supposed to come with parking permits for the street but they were not there. VaCasa and the housekeeper were wonderful at communicating with us but nevertheless there were no parking permits while we were there (to be fair, I told them we had the problem sorted out and not to go further than they had after telling us by text and phone where all to look. I don’t know that they could have provided new permits over that weekend anyway but they did what they were able to do by phone for us.)
Manager response:
We have discussed the air conditioning with the owner so it is on their radar, and we have taken care of the parking passes. Thank you!

The location is great. The kitchen is poorly equipped and there is no A/C. This together with a badly insulated upper level, made it impossible to sleep in the upper level on hot nights. I had to use the living room sofa instead.
Manager response:
We appreciate this input and have notified the owner. Thank you!

Wonderful, clean home that is centrally located.

We loved the house. It was a great location being so close to U of O and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was a perfect size for 8 people.

Our only suggestion was to stop up with more essentials such as toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc., as we had to purchase something me of these items in order to take us through the week.

Had several events to attend to in Eugene and Springfield. Perfect house for my whole team. Thanks!

Stayed at home for Volleyball Tournament. Everything was as advertised and absolutely a pleasant experience. Very nice to have a house to unwind and relax in after a long day in a noisy gym. Great local eateries within walking distance in a college town. Thank you!

We enjoyed the cottage very much. We visited our daughter during family weekend and had plenty of room for extended family. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated and in a lovely, convenient neighborhood! We loved it!!

The home was clean and appeared to be well maintained. It was spacious enough for all eight of us to feel comfortable. We did not feel the home was properly stocked for eight people. There wasn't any hand soap in any of the bathrooms, we ran out of trash bags, only one mini bottle of shampoo/conditioner per bathroom, and we barely had enough clean towels (although there was a pile of dirty unwashed towels found in the basement). None of the bathrooms lock (which was odd) and the knob lock on the back door sticks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

We had a great time staying at University Cottage. We were in Eugene for a memorial service so had out of town guests and it was nice to have space for all to sleep and living areas that we could sit around and visit. For an older house, we were pleasantly surprised at how modern the inside was.

My family enjoyed the cottage. It is a perfect size, and nestled into the beautiful south end of Eugene. We will be back!

I'm going to hope this place is available for our future Eugene weekends. Walked to the Matthew Knight arena and local eateries. Quiet neighborhood, but school wasn't in session. The parking passes provided for the street parking are very helpful. All of the towels and bedding seemed brand new. The home was very clean and well maintained. The 3 bathrooms is a definite bonus!

The rental is a delightfully renovated older house with great charm updated so that everything works well. The neighborhood is great, with good access to services and everything Eugene has to offer, yet very peaceful. We had a great stay.

Nice interior, high ceilings, felt spacious. Sleeps 8, but tables seat 6, so need to move chairs from the dining to the patio, or vice versa. I didn't realize there was a patio set, and brought 2 more chairs my self. Beds were comfortable. It does have A/C, although not listed. However the Master upstairs doesn't seem to get the cold air. I have reported this to the management company to address.

Our stay was all I expected, after I got got through the lock out issue.

Very well kept and updated place in a great spot for getting around town!

Great place to stay

Our group of 7 adults really enjoyed the house. The interior has been updated with new furnishings and comfortable beds. The kitchen is pretty small, which gets tricky with a large group. It had plenty of cooking utensils but no true coffee maker. Their was a Pod coffee maker instead. The only problem we had was that the house didn't come with parking passes. Street parking was limited to two hours between 7am-11pm, 7 days a week. There is a parking spot at the house, but it really only fits one standard size vehicle. Overall, we really enjoyed the location and design of the house!
