Resort condo has easy access to beach & shared pools - snowbirds welcome!

Make your next trip to Florida one your family and friends will remember forever! This resort condo in Seacrest Beach has everything you need for the perfect getaway, from amenities like shared pools and nearby beach access to a great location that makes it easy to see the sights.

This elegant condo provides a good balance between accessibility and seclusion. As close as the city's many shops and restaurants are, there's plenty to keep you moored to the incredible resort location. Watch the kids splash in the Gulf of Mexico from the soft, sandy shores of the beach, or beat the heat by swimming in the pool. There's even a free shuttle that will take you right to the sand!

This condo is located above a restaurant which means that you can walk right downstairs to reach multiple restaurants in the complex. An elevator ensures that you won't have to worry about hauling your luggage upstairs. And if you're eager for a quiet day in, you can still enjoy the fresh ocean air and stellar views on the balcony.

When you're ready to kick back and relax, saunter down the hallway and take a seat in the living room. Easy balcony access lets in plenty of natural light, while bright colors and modern decor provide an atmosphere of casual elegance. Sink into an armchair, nestle into the corner of the sofa, and let the WiFi, flatscreen cable TV, and DVD player provide your evening entertainment.

A cozy night in wouldn't be complete without a piping hot meal - and the kitchen is an amateur chef's dream. You'll enjoy shining granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and more than enough dishware for simple and complex courses alike. Whet your appetite with some starter plates at the breakfast bar for three, and dig into the main course at the table for four. Help yourself to a nightcap on the balcony before heading off to bed - and let the dishwasher and washer/dryer do the heavy lifting on cleanup.

Three bedrooms allow for six guests to have a good night's sleep. Couples will love the king-size bed in the master bedroom and the queen-size bed in the second bedroom, while kids can stay nice and cozy in the third room's double bed. Both of the bathrooms provide opportunities for soothing showers, but you should treat yourself to a bubble bath in the master bathroom's jet tub at least once before you go.

Beloved among beach-goers for its incredible Gulf-front position, Seacrest Beach and its surrounding communities are the perfect place to soak in the Florida sun. Walk in the soft sand of Alys Beach, only steps away, or spend the day fishing and swimming two miles east at Camp Helen State Park, a 180-acre expanse bordered on three sides by the azure Gulf of Mexico.

For an incredible glimpse of Florida's coastal beauty, Grayton Beach is just 14 miles west and is often ranked among the most scenic beaches in the state. Explore nearly 2,000 acres of salt marshes, trails, and white sugar sand at Grayton Beach, or get lost among the magnolias, golden asters, scrub oaks, and coastal dune lakes of Deer Lake State Park four miles west.

Ok, bad news first. Sheets (linen) were rough and the bed as hard as a rock. Otherwise, well situated for a stay to enjoy the beach. The code for the pool was wrong, so verify that before heading out. Economical dining was slim pickings with most places wanting $35 a plate on average. Two places down stairs were more reasonable but lunch for two was still $40. The beach is a bit of a walk. Bring your chairs and umbrella had a separate area. Even Winn Dixie was more pricey than home (and that was with the competition of a Publix across the street). There is a charge for staining the linen (hint, hint, say no more). Eating in, no problem. Plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. They aren’t no-stick so cook carefully. Only noise of note was from those stomping around upstairs. Sorry, but we would pick something else next time. Oh yeah MBR fan only works in reverse.

The shops and the music downstairs from where you stay along with the live music was all pretty nice to have right by your room. It was a little farther from the beach then I would have preferred though.
