This unit is VERY dated. There is gross carpet in the bathrooms. The sink fixtures are dirty/broken and have mold growing on them. The bathtub has a very wide side to it so getting in and out of the master bath shower is dangerous. There were no extra trash bags in the unit and there were crumbs and hairs at the bottom of the empty trash can. The bedding was old and smelled (the management confirmed that housekeeping only wished the bedding every three months). The pillows are thin. There is no padding underneath the sheets in the beds so you are sleeping right on a very hard mattress. You can hear the people walking in the unit above you. The closet in the entry way is impossible to open and close with any ease. The hot tub was not working and the water was murky.
Manager Response:
We are sorry to see this guest was so disappointed in this home. The sinks and faucets are neither broken nor moldy. This guest did ask for additional blankets and towels, which we provided, and we would have been happy to bring additional trash bags at the same time had we been notififed of the need. The sheets and pillow cases were clean since we wash them between each guest, and we will be doing a deep clean in the unit that will include the comforters, blankets and mattress pads within the next month. We do not wash these items between each reservation, but there is a washer and dryer in the unit if guests feel the need to launder them. The closet door was off track but is now fixed. The hot tub was working as it should, but it did have a lot of chlorine in it. Mammoth Spa Creations has since dumped and refilled it to bring the chemical levels back to normal. Thanks!

We always enjoy staying at bridges. This condo is great for a couple of reasons. Bunk beds in second bedroom and a great couch for lounging. Everything else was great too.

It was a perfect ski week lodging for my family of 4. The second bedroom with bunk bed made it fun for the kids. The view was astounding and it was only topped by the hot jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the view. Overall very satisfied. Only drawback is that the covered parking under the building is too low for an SUV with cargo box on top. I had to unload and park the car down the steep driveway - which was a hassle when we had to go out and I had to trudge down the snow-covered driveway. Other than that, a solid "A"

An AMAZING view all the way down the valley to Lake Crowley! Great place to stay during the winter since you can ski in/out. But you will need a car to get to restaurants

Have stayed in this unit several times now and have been pleased. The main Jacuzzi, however, was WAY TOO HOT and not adjustable. Fortunately, there is also one in the unit.
