Dog-friendly condo with a shared pool and hot tub, close to slopes!
This condo, which charges a small nightly fee for any accompanying dogs (two are allowed), houses eight guests comfortably. During your summer stay, you can enjoy a backyard barbecue and access to a shared pool. In all seasons, the hot tub provides a relaxing yet invigorating experience.
The property sits in a valley near snow-capped peaks, on the third fairway of Sierra Star Golf Course, all while the smell of pine wafts through the area. It's fewer than 10 miles from Mammoth Yosemite Airport, and it's just about 300 steps from the Little Eagle Lodge.
The gas fireplace helps give the living room a cozy feel, and guests can watch TV or movies on the flatscreen television with DVD and Blu-ray players. The solid-wood furniture and accessories are done up in subdued browns, yellows, and grays. You'll even have WiFi so you can easily search nearby attractions or even look for a recipe online.
The kitchen is dominated by the spectacular granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. The equally fantastic cabinets provide more than enough space to store all the food items you purchase for your stay.
The bedrooms, which collectively contain a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and two twin beds, offer the same electronics as the living room. With the exception of the futon-equipped loft, they feature flatscreen televisions and either a DVD or a Blu-ray video player. In addition to the other amenities, the property provides a private washer and dryer and two parking spaces, including one located in the garage.
Those into skiing and other outdoor activities will love this vacation getaway. Golfers will enjoy their time on the fairways at the nearby Sierra Star Golf Course. Just about 20 minutes away up Route 203, nature lovers can visit the Devil's Postpile National Monument, which features basalt pillars that are over 60 feet tall.

This home was the perfect fit for my family of four! Each of our two children had her own room, and they shared a bathroom. Their rooms and bathroom was located on the 2nd level of the home (this is the same level as the kitchen and living room). My husband and I then had the third floor to ourselves with a loft, a master bedroom, and a huge bathroom.
I found the house to be especially light and bright and extremely well stocked with supplies, towels, and washcloths. There is also a mudroom when you first enter the home (level 1), which was wonderful for taking off our dusty hiking boots before heading into the rest of the house. We were able to park right in front of the condo; there was also an additional underground space available if needed. One of the things I appreciated most was the fact that almost every dresser, closet, and bathroom cabinet was empty, so we had plenty of room to unpack our belongings. Having small children with me, I was also grateful that this unit didn't have clutter, knick knacks, or decor that I needed to move out of arm's reach. The unit was nicely decorated and furnished without feeling cluttered or crowded.
My kids loved using the pool after dinner, and I enjoyed using the hot tub. We had beautiful views from the unit: out the deck at the back of the condo, you are facing the golf course. From the front door, you are facing towards snowy mountains. Right across the parking area you can hop on the "town bike loop", and just a few blocks up the road is access to the slopes.
We found the condo complex to be extremely quiet and peaceful overall; everyone was friendly and respectful of their noise level.
The only negative aspect of the unit is the mowing of the golf course early in the morning (between 6:00 and 6:15 am), which can be loud. However, if you're planning to be up early for a hike anyway, this isn't a problem.
When I come back to Mammoth, I truly hope to stay in this exact unit again. I found it absolutely perfect!
It was a great getaway for our family of 4 plus small dog. There was more than enough room, clean and lots of board games to play.
Be sure to check to see if the pool and spa are finished....they were working on it while we were there (June 2019). The grill was also removed due to a recent snow storm.
We got lucky to still have snow on our summer getaway. We did lots of hikes and playing in the snow. My boys had a blast.
quiet area, plenty of room for 4 male adults
The house was really comfy with plenty of cooking equipment which is just how we like it! Lots of sleeping places for a large family, although we didn't need it. It was lovely being able to have our dogs with us too.
The condo was as advertised: clean, roomy for six people, comfortable, and in great shape. No issues with parking, and the hot tub was easily accessible and clean. The eagle lift was also in walking distance. Overall great experience. Would definitely go back.
I expected a little better for $496 per night. We arrived at 4:00 PM and had to wait about 15 minutes for the cleaners to wrap up. We had to empty a full dishwasher and finish the last load of towels - all not a big deal, but not really what I was expecting. The remote for the garage door opener to the parking garage didn't work. After a call to the manager, someone showed up within an hour to replace the damaged remote. I appreciated the quick response. The parking garage was heated, nice touch. The landing at the bottom of the stairs at the entry door where boots are to be left was freezing. Either the heater was broken or disconnected. The master bedroom and bath were spacious. Overall the unit was clean and functional for our two night stay. It was comfortable for our small group plus a dog. A group of 8 would be cramped. Given the need, I would probably stay there again, however I would advise bringing your own pillows if you want a good night sleep.
We were a family with grown kids and two happy dogs. So glad they could be included and plenty of places to take them near the condo. Easy walking to chair 15. Well stocked kitchen stuff, but no food staples, so come prepared.
Condo was clean, which I was very happy about because the dog cleaning fee is high. There were no traces of prior dogs, so they did a great job. Beds comphy.
One issue was that one must have parking passes or risk getting towed, but we were missing one. Fortunately, it wasn't crowded, so the management I guess didn't check. The Vacasa manager brought a replacement within two hours of our call-- thank you.
Muy cómoda solamente le falta asador
My family and I had a great trip. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some great meals. It was also nice that we were able to bring our dog along for the fun.
Great place to stay. We came back for the second year.
Everything you need is there
Great house for our family of 5 with easy walking distance to Eagle Lodge
I would recommend this location for all seasons. We were close to the golf course which we played several times. We fished June Lake and although we normally stay in the loop it was easier having close access to Mammoth and making the quick drive up to June. We enjoyed the gas fireplace as well. Good internet connection helped for streaming sports and shows. Will stay here again.
This is a simply lovely condo. It has a beautiful peaceful view of the golf course (but yes, you do hear some lawn mowing early in the morning). The pictures were very accurate and the kitchen was well supplied. I would definitely stay here again!
This was a really nice property in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much!
This was our first trip to Mommoth and it was a great place to vacation. The condo was in a great location and worked out great for our group of six. We would come back to stay another time.
The condo was spacious for our party of 5. The beds were comfortable and all the tech worked great. The condo is upstairs so be prepared to climb with your bags and shopping. The only annoyance really was the golf course cutting the grass every morning at 6:30 am.
We brought our dogs here and they loved playing in the snow on the golf course. We went skiing, hiked and had a great time. The proximity to Eagle Lodge worked out very well since all we had to do was walk up the street. Good place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the condo - it was perfect for our family which included four teens. The condo is nicely stocked with everything needed for cooking. There is a washer and dryer on the main level and a great mud room at the entrance. The rooms are spacious especially the master. The balcony was nice and the condo is very close to the pool and Jacuzzi. There are many games in closet and a nice stone fireplace. The location was great and we could walk to the lifts at Eagle Lodge within five or ten minutes. We would definitely choose this condo again and recommend it for others.
