Both bedrooms come fully furnished and have their own televisions for late-night viewing. Extra perks include one complimentary parking space in the underground garage, free use of the wireless internet service, and on-site laundry facilities. Loved that we could walk to Canyon Lodge each morning! This condo has everything you’ll need; it was a great experience. Our dog was very grateful we found a pet-friendly unit so she could join us on our Mammoth adventure, and my son’s loved the close proximity to the hot tub (and pool table).

Garage parking, 10 min walk to canyon and easy shuttle access. Beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked with all the items needed for cooking.

Property was overall very good.
The large beds were the only part that loses the property points with me, but a good nights(or whenever) sleep on vacation is pretty important. The beds were massively unstable and worn down, they felt like the center of the bed was on a fulcrum and the slightest movement set the whole thing creaking and tottering. In addition the springs can be felt through the mattresses to the point where it seems that you could pick them out and count them while laying on your back.
Manager response:
Thank you for your feedback, Nathan. We apologize if the bed comfort left much to be desired, and we will pass your comments to our management team for consideration. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!

One of the best things was that the apartment had all the supplies and more. Extra pillows, blankets, towels, feet warmers, etc...and all for cleaning, even some spices for cooking. Lots and lots of dishes...etc. it was pretty amazing.
Beds were comfortable too. Anyhow. Nice.

The condo was very cozy and clean. Close to the village but still far enough away to be just right. The underground parking was a big plus. We had a great time and next time we are in Mammoth we will certainly look this place up for us to stay.
RANDY H. Sep 2019
location, clean, comfortable
David K. Aug 2019
I would highly recommend this condo. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. It was nice to be able to leave windows open at night and not have to worry about a bear or others climbing in.
Matthew S. Apr 2019
Nice location. Easy to get too, and great views.
Richard H. Apr 2019
Our family enjoyed the time at the condo as it was close to canyon lodge and everything was comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great view!! Great place! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

easiest check in and out, adequately supplied, first level, and great location. if you have awd/4x4 and or chains it won't be an issue. our outback came and went without a hitch. I've stayed at other ski and racquet spots and this is by far the best one, yet. I will definitely be coming back again.
Manuel S. Jan 2019
The place was amazing, very close (10m walking) from the Canyon Lodge, allowing us to be skiing 10-15minutes after leaving the place. Was fully equipped and nothing was missing.
Kristy W. Jan 2019
We had a really nice stay at this condo. Includes 1 garage space. Close to hot tub. Everything we needed to cook meals and have a great family trip to Mammoth. Steep hill will require 4x4 or AWD

This place was really nice. Great location and the garage parking was amazing when we had to put chains on our car! Kitchen was fully stocked with nice utensils, pits, plates etc.. Only complaint is there were a few broken or damaged doors that needed a handyman. Overall, great stay and would stay here again!
Manager response:
We have maintenance scheduled to fix any doors not functioning properly, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you!

Check-in was easy, plenty of parking, nice indoor hot tub at the community center, and cozy fireplace heaters! Would definitely come back!

Great condo

Place was roomy, good location, quiet with a nice view. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Our dog also enjoyed herself.
Carolyn S. Sep 2018
Clean and well appointed
Christopher B. Aug 2018
The accommodations were very nice. Sheets could be softer and the showers cleaner.
Manager response:
We appreciate the guest's feedback. We have a local laundry service that provides our sheets and linens for us, but we have talked to our House Keeping Manager about making sure the showers are always thoroughly cleaned.

Love the views from it.

We enjoyed this condo. We booked this at the last minute for the July 4th holiday. Appreciate that it is pet friendly. The bedrooms are downstairs and at night it got stuffy. There are no screens on the bedroom windows which is odd. The dishes were not that clean so maybe the dishwasher needs to be checked out. It's quiet but you do hear some traffic from the street below at night. Beds are comfortable. We were a bit disappointed with the pool and hot tub as they were dirty, although the property manager got the filters going and it got cleaner. Overall this complex was great for the holiday week and we'd stay here again.
Manager response:
We apologize for the disappointments this guest experienced. The screens have been replaced, and the dishes had to be hand washed by lamplight prior to this guest due to a power outage. We are very sorry there were not as clean as they should have been. With a nearby fire and pollen season upon us it has been difficult to keep the pool clean, but the fire is almost out, and the pollen will soon be done dropping. Thanks!

5 singles sleep comfortably. 4 couples (8 bodies) do as well. To max out capacity in either scenario, the pullout in the living room must be used. The place was ready and as advertised. Trash bins are in the garage.
michael s. Apr 2018
It's a nice place close to everything.
John-Paul B. Dec 2017
The place was beautiful, the surroundin area was even better. Will most likely stay here again!
Brian J. Sep 2017
The inside of the condo is comfortable and clean. The downstairs televisions did not work as they had poor reception. The only thing missing upstairs was a kitchen pantry. We had to get creative in order to store our groceries. The location is perfect and relatively quiet. Occasional traffic noise from the road below, but not excessive. I have stayed in probably 70 plus condos and cabins in Mammoth Lakes. This one was definitely better than most.
Marie B. Sep 2017
Beautiful stunning scenery, great for countryside lovers. Couldn't fault accommodation everything was first class.
Robert G. Sep 2017
My unit was very nice .. but if you're coming for peace and quiet this is NOT the place. Wall, ceilings are very thin.
Lisa H. Aug 2017
We had a great, it was perfect for our family of four!
Karen D. Aug 2017
Very cute and well appointed, but tiny. Although, the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and big enough. Not having a pantry is a bummer if you plan to cook. One of the twins is so squeaky, it kept us up all night. The entrance is from an indoor hallway which is probably nice in the winter, but depressing in the summer. The pool and jacuzzi were not clean. I would say for some these may not be deal breakers, but for the price, we won't return.
LIZZA M. Aug 2017
Excellent place, great location. We will definitely go back to Mammoth and stay in this place.
Todd S. Jun 2017
Vacasa staff were very helpful when we forgot some items in the unit.
Joseph R. Apr 2017
We really enjoyed this unit.
Deborah A. Apr 2017
The week we stayed at this lovely condo it snowed 4 feet! So I understand that it may have been difficult to keep up with plowing the driveway but even when they did plow it, it was not effective.
It took us 4 tries to get up the driveway with chains. We finally made it. The grade to this condo is very steep and I would be hesitant to stay in this complex again in the winter.
Alex T. Mar 2017
The condo is walking distance to Canyon Lodge on Mammoth Mountain and can be skied back to from the mountain. Not a bad place by any means, but several small annoyances and one really big one.
The mattresses were possibly thrown away from a Motel 6 or a summer camp. We had to stack four blankets on top of the mattress for a halfway comfortable experience. (This was the worst part.)
No central heat, just little wall heaters and a gas fireplace. The downstairs floor is freezing cold in the winter.
If you plan to do any real cooking, bring your own pan and knives.
Says it can sleep 6 but you're only guaranteed one parking spot, and a full size pickup truck won't fit in the garage parking.
