Discover the perfect home base for your next Colorado vacation at this two-bedroom Dillon condo, where you'll enjoy two community hot tubs, a marvelous in-town location close to the Dillon Reservoir, and incredible access to seven world-class ski resorts in the surrounding mountains.

This two-level condo is located just south of Interstate 70 in the town of Dillon, only one mile from the Dillon Marina, the Dillon Amphitheater, and the tennis courts at Dillon Town Park. You'll be across the street from a stop for the free Summit Stage shuttle, and within 15 miles of Keystone Ski Resort, A-Basin Ski Area, Copper Mountain Resort, Loveland Ski Area, and Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Park your car in one of the two outdoor spaces, leave your skis and poles in the provided locker, and step inside to discover a bright, open, and cabin-like living space. Watch the snow fall on the mountains through the floor-to-ceiling windows, adjust the baseboard heat to help take the chill off, and gather in front of the rustic gas-powered stove to tell stories of the day's adventures.

As your ski clothes spin in the private washer/dryer, head into the kitchen to prepare afternoon snacks, appetizers, and drinks. Fill the condo with aromas of dinner bubbling in the slow cooker, pull up a stool to chop vegetables at the kitchen counter, or help set the glass table in the dining room for four. A dishwasher is also on hand to make cleanup a breeze.

Pile on the living room sofas after dinner, using the WiFi to share vacation photos, catching a football game on the flatscreen cable TV, or popping in a DVD for movie night with the family. Sip hot cocoa in the brisk mountain air on the patio, or soothe your sore ski legs in one of the complex's two communal hot tubs.

With two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, the Orofino Chalet will accommodate nine guests (but no more than seven adults). Retreat to the master bedroom each evening to find a queen-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest room has a twin-over-double bunk bed, a futon, a flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom. Additional amenities include two sofabeds in the living room and generous closet storage.

Thanks to the incredible variety of outdoor recreation available in every season, Dillon and Summit County are ideal for discovering the magic of Colorado. In the winter months, hop on the free Summit Stage to reach the slopes of Keystone seven miles east, the Silverthorne Transportation Center, the town of Frisco, or Breckenridge Ski Resort 15 miles south. You'll also be only 12 miles from the world-class slopes of A-Basin, Copper Mountain, and Loveland.

In the sparkling summertime, practice your serve on the tennis courts at Dillon Town Park, take in an evening concert at the Dillon Amphitheater that overlooks the reservoir, or head over to Frisco. You need only stop by the Dillon Marina one mile south to rent stand-up paddleboards, pontoon boats, sailboats, or kayaks to take out for a scenic day on the water.
