Craving a day at the beach? This dog-friendly Lincoln City vacation rental is the ideal oceanview hideaway boasting easy beach access and all the essentials for two lucky guests! Features like a private balcony and gas fireplace add a touch of romance, and the great location near the beach will instantly relax you!

The vacation rental is located on the lower level of Sandstone Point, a hotel-style property along Highway 101 with great views and easy access to everything in town! Make the short walk to the beach, or drive north or south along the highway for restaurants, shops, galleries, and more.

This studio-style space offers the essentials of home. Reheat leftovers or whip up a pot of coffee with the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. You'll always stay cozy on blustery days with the gas fireplace, and your evenings can be filled with laughter thanks to a flatscreen cable TV. WiFi is also provided, so you won't have any trouble uploading pictures of last night's sunset over the sea!

Two guests and your canine friends are invited to shared the space. Dogs are permitted with an additional nightly pet fee. Wash the sunscreen and saltwater off your skin in the full bathroom before crashing into a queen-size bed for a peaceful night's sleep. In the morning, enjoy a refreshing cup of coffee on your private balcony and plot out the day's adventures at the beach!

Pack a beach tote for lazy days splashing in the waves just a short walk from your front door and reconvene at the courtyard for lunch. Rent outdoor gear like boogie boards and stand-up paddleboards in town, or bring sandcastle-building tools and kites from home. Outdoor adventure lovers can rise early for days hiking into Cascade Head or paddling at Devils Lake State Park. Alternate your time at the beach and in the community! The city offers a charming mix of art galleries, antique stores, and fresh seafood eateries. You even get lucky at Chinook Winds Casino Resort!

Lincoln City offers a surprising variety of dining options, including classic coastal fare at J's Fish & Chips, a filling breakfast at Wildflower Grill, something a little different at Nepali Kitchen, or the classic standby of Kyllo's Seafood & Grill. Be sure to spend plenty of time walking along the seven miles of beach in town, though you could always take a daytrip south past charming little Depoe Bay to bustling Newport, which is about 25 miles south. Along the way you'll find plenty of uncrowded stretches of beach to explore, as well as a large array of activities in Newport itself.

A day at the beach is always well spent, and this accommodating Northern Oregon Coast vacation rental offers an ideal location to sink your toes in the sand!

Thank you

This room is small and quaint. We are always well taken care of by the staff! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for the two of us.

I have been staying her for two months. It is cozy and the housekeeping crew always takes care of my needs. The manager is always there to listen to concerns or just to talk if I need to, great place to stay because the staff are so amazing!

Was a nice simple room. Easy check in and out. Only complaint is that the faucet in the bathroom leaked. But everything else was nice and we enjoyed the view

Hmmm...what I loved? Not much. It was a place to stay for the night and it worked. It was a lower level unit that would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.
The parking lot has very small spots and they fill quickly. If you have any type of larger vehicle you likely will have difficulty parking. We have a Honda CRV and it was tight.
The room was lackluster to say the least. Small, carpet was stained, walls dirty, furniture was old and bed very uncomfortable. The TV/cable didn’t work.
Wouldn’t stay at this location again.
The reservationist who helped me rearrange my stay was kind and helpful though.

The sound of the Ocean at night.

Nice room, with a nice view. A tree kind blocks some of the view, but you can still see the ocean nicely. It was a standard room with queen bed, fireplace, microwave, refrigerator. And bathroom with standing shower. Not sure why it was advertised as a "apartment" - there was not even a couch. Just a standard room.

Nice peaceful view. Would be nicer if the decks could be separated, but that would effect the view, so.... Noted that the rooms are not sound insulated. Hopefully when staying here, your neighbors are not loud and obnoxious.

Comfy studio. Very clean and nicely decorated. LOVED that we could see and hear the ocean. Gas fireplace made our room even cozier. Would definitely return and recommend.

It was a nice experience! Clean room, nice view, close to the ocean! Very happy

This is a bottom level corner room. Not the best view

Overall the room was great, my only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower and that it took so long for the water to get hot.

We stayed in room 1h in Seahorse building. We wanted to just rest and be next to the ocean with its sounds and smells and view and to be able to step out and walk on the beach without driving or crossing main roads. The room supplied all of those needs and at the end of the corridor was very quiet and private. The room was small but adequate, comfortable and well kept. we enjoyed the simplicity of decor. (no tizzy wall paper)
It really deserves 5 stars, but because we don't carry cell phones, there was no way to contact the management to get the Tv and remote to work. we also did not know how to work the Mr Coffee machine which gad no instructions.
(Yes we are odd people who live in the woods where cell phones don't work so we do not have one.)

This was a clean room in a quiet building. I would have liked a screen on the sliding glass door so I could leave it open without fear of bugs flying in. The view is not great, lots of trees and houses, you can see the waves if you look between these things but the important part was hearing the waves which was wonderful.

Very clean relatively quiet for a first floor unit.

Overall nice room, semi nice view of the ocean.

A nice spot near the ocean. Close to several local attractions.
James B. Mar 2017
warm, quiet, and close to the beach!

Nice place to spend the night, quite, and a really nice view of the ocean.

This place is perfect if you are just looking for some place to land after activities all day & night. We were in town for a wedding, but it was also my boyfriend's 30th birthday so I was hoping it would be a tad more romantic. Unfortunately we were woken up early both mornings by our upstairs neighbor running around with his children, as well as our next door neighbor having intimate relations. The location is pretty good in terms of activities but I would probably not stay here again unless I were on the top floor. There is no maid service & you get what's left of the toilet paper when you get there so definitely plan to bring a roll.
