Mountain view home with 17-foot indoor rock climbing wall! Close to 2 ntnl parks

You've never seen a vacation rental quite like this incredible Moab home for nine. Mountain views can be seen from the balcony, but the best part lies inside at the 17 foot climbing wall to ensure your adventuresome trip continues even at home.

This fresh and energy-efficient townhome (solar-powered!) is part of a lovely community just off Main Street in Moab, which offers security cameras and secured bike storage. Shops, dining, national parks, and every recreational activity is close by, ensuring each guest has a blast!

Tall ceilings, modern touches, and handmade, reclaimed wood furnishings are the cherry on top of this one-of-a-kind rental. An open living room welcomes the family and is just the spot for relaxing after a day exploring the nearby sandstone mountains. Kick back on the sofa and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. This home comes with WiFi, cable, a DVD player, and stereo.

Across the room, warm tones create an inviting kitchen space for the chef of the group to whip up tasty meals using not only major stainless steel appliances, but also add-ons such as a coffee maker, waffle iron, mixer, toaster, and blender. Take a seat around the pub-height table for four or pull up to the breakfast bar to enjoy a home-cooked meal with the group.

After an easy cleanup using the dishwasher, and tossing a load in the washer or dryer, head out to the balcony to wait for stars to shine through, or work on your climbing skills on the amazing 17-foot climbing wall, complete with harnesses and safety connections in the master suite!

Come nightfall, adults will adore a good night's rest on the king-size bed in the master suite and the kids will love the super tall bunk beds in the second bedroom. A queen-size bed sits beneath the three stacked twin beds (which have a fire pole for an easy exit) as well. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is set off the hallway and a stand-alone shower is found in the en suite master bathroom.

Strap on your hiking boots and drive north six miles to Arches National Park to hike, snap breathtaking photos of the natural red rock arches, and more. The Island in the Sky entrance to Utah's largest national park, Canyonlands, is only 30 miles away and boasts hiking trails for all abilities as well as panoramic views of the canyons, buttes, mesas, and more. Cool off with a whitewater rafting trip down the Colorado River, or drive south to Spanish Valley to swim and kayak in Ken's Lake. Take a Jeep tour, mountain bike, and rent ATV's.

We enjoyed our trip to Moab. The rental was nice and clean. The only thing that I would change was the washer/dryer... they didnt work very well. Other than that everything was new and nice.

This was a great place to stay. It is very spacious and well equipped. It is a second floor condo but the front door is inside and out of the elements. Just about everything is supplied, but there is a grocery store about 100 yards away just in case. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very modern. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is beautiful, spacious, well appointed & so clean. It is close to restaurants, stores, gas stations etc.

This property was truly spectacular! It had everything you would need in a kitchen, plenty of linens, and an extremely convenient location! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Moab area, and look forward to coming back one day!

Nice, clean, modern apartment. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Awesome location in walking distance to Moab Brewery. Vacasa staff was very accommodating. When we notified them that we couldn't find the advertised mixer and blender, they were delivered on the same day.

It's just as advertised - an unusual setup, but everything is very nice and fairly new. I think the top-tier bunks are only for the adventurous - we stuck with the conventional beds as our party consisted of only 3 people. Great kitchen, and the two bathrooms and laundry are certainly a bonus. The unit is on the second floor, so there are stairs to negotiate. The condo is located on the main street of Moab which makes it easy to find, but set back a bit (behind a business establishment) so traffic is not an issue. It's also close to a grocery store and restaurants (walking distance). The views from the balcony are mixed (the complex is surrounded by commercial properties, backed by nice cliffs), but with all the other amenities I am not complaining. Overall we had a very positive experience.

Great place cry new and clean

Positive: Walk to stores, restaurants. Attractive, pleasant building and unit. Comfortable, clean, good outside lighting! Parking was sufficient even with a trailer. Well done multilevel bunk beds increased the sleeping space comfortably even for adults. The beds were so sturdy and bulky that it gave a sense of privacy even though sleeping in the same room. Kids loved the climbing wall. Kitchen functional and supplied with sufficient utensils.

+/- Overall view from the deck gave good views of the mountains but does overlook the parking lot. Storage available for bikes small out of view, ability to lock bike to an enclosed rack but uncertain if the room locked.

Very clean and spacious. Great kitchen.

We found 50 various towels in the washer and dryer on our second night -- didn't smell great, so we washed and dried other people's stuff during our 4 day stay. It was noisy and unpleasant.

No way to determine how to use the various remote controls or TVs - no guide in sight.

Great beds. Fine kitchen, except for the noisy icemaker that kept waking us up. We turned it off subsequent nights, but then had to purchase more ice.

Don't be fooled, there are no elevators and this unit is up very steep stairs. There are also no designated parking spaces as advertised.

Good location a block from Moab Brewery and with nice mesa cliff views. Very nice, well built, well appointed condo in a quiet building. Definitely recommend this unit for your Moab stay.

We loved this condo and would highly recommend! It was clean and fit our family of 8 perfectly. Our kids loved the bunk beds and rock climbing wall. Great location! Plenty of towels and pillows and was very comfortable overall. My husband commented that all the beds were super comfy and good quality. Great price!

Fabulous accommodations! This property was exactly as described. We were very happy with the condition of the property and the cleanliness of the property. It was modern and appeared to be a new property. As described, it was very close to downtown Moab and conveniently located to all other activities. We would definitely stay here again!!!
Toni T. July 2017
unit was as described, clean, beds comfy, everything worked, extra blankets and towels, kitchen well equipped. note it's on the 2nd floor, and clarify where you should park before arrival.
Clark C. July 2017
This is a lovely property. We were pleased with the location, comfort, and cleanliness of the home. Our kids enjoyed the rock climbing wall in the master bedroom. The bunk beds with the fire pole were novel and fun. However, the beds are super tall ; I would not be comfortable putting young children on the upper beds. The property served us well. We were pleased and would rent again!
