Beautiful Victorian in historic Breckenridge, one block from Main Street!

Stay in the heart of downtown Breckenridge when you book this charming Victorian home. With room for up to 10 guests, this vacation rental boasts standard home comforts such as WiFi and a private washer/dryer as well as an unbeatably convenient location.

Just one block east of Main Street, this home is close to restaurants, art galleries, and retail stores. There's also a free shuttle stop nearby, if you'd rather ride than walk. The Quicksilver ski lift is half a mile away.

Beautifully updated throughout, this Victorian includes elegant features such as an imposing stone fireplace and bay windows with window seats. There's plenty of space for your group to spread out, or for everyone to spend some quality time together.

Cozy up in the sunken living room and use Netflix to stream a movie to the flatscreen TV. If it's chilly, get a fire going in the large fireplace and luxuriate in the warmth while you catch up on your reading or enjoy a hot beverage.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare any number of delicious meals or après-ski snacks. With a full complement of stainless steel appliances - including a dishwasher - keeping your group fed and watered is a walk in the park. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a private washer/dryer.

Sit down to eat at the dining room table, which seats eight, or the breakfast bar, which has room for three. After your meal, head out to the balcony for a breath of fresh air and gorgeous views of the mountains.

This three-bedroom home can comfortably sleep 10 people, although up to 10 are welcome. On the top floor, you'll find the master bedroom, which includes a king-size bed, a window seat, and an en suite bathroom. A second bedroom also features a private bathroom, as well as a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. In the third bedroom, there's a set of twin-size bunk beds and another full-size bed.

After a restful night's sleep, head to the mountain for a full day of skiing or snowboarding. Soothe your tired muscles with a massage at one of the spas in town. Take the next day off and explore town while you shop for new ski gear, browse the art galleries, or just look for a good place to get lunch.

If you're visiting in the summer, you'll enjoy access to rock climbing, hiking, horseback riding, and plenty of other outdoor activities. Head five miles north to play a few rounds at the Breckenridge Golf Course, then enjoy a show from the Breckenridge Backstage Theater.

Make the most of your Breckenridge vacation when you stay at this wonderful, walkable Victorian home!

This house is one block behind the Main Street and is in a great location for walking everywhere. House has everything you need, great views, gas fireplace, room to spread out.

Great location for the perfect getaway! Walking distance to everything including great local restaurants and coffee shops. Close to all ski areas. We will look to stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge.

Great location basically right across from Main Street and all restaurants, shops etc. however very noisy at night when bars closing especially due to parking lot across street and walkway next to house/driveway and garbage trucks loud in the mornings.
House was clean, roomy and well stocked however is showing wear and tear. Mattresses, bedding and pillows all need to be replaced and upgraded as was old and worn and not comfortable, all pillows were foam and FLAT!!! Bedding should be replaced with quality comforters. This didnt make for a good nights sleep!! Two of the bedrooms had full beds which only sleep one person, queens would have been better.
Tvs in bedrooms were all the very old tube tv's need to be replaced to current flat screens, TV in family room was way small for such a large room. Couches in family room were comfortable and big, chair too. Loved the window bench seat with beautiful mountain view.
Kitchen contained everything necessary but much was showing a lot of wear.
Garage was too small for SUV or truck so hard to park in driveway which is shared with others. THis house is not a single family home it is divided into 3 separate residences! Overall a nice roomy house with great location just showing some wear and tear and in need of some upgrades!!

We spent a lot of money for 2 nights and the place was pretty dirty. There was dog hair all over, mold in the shower and trash left in bedrooms. I wouldn't go back.

Cannot beat the location. One block to main street with so many wonderful places to eat and free busses. One block the other way to a really great city park which was great to burn off some energy of 3 pre-teens. Two blocks to a really nice Residence Inn where some of our party stayed. Condo itself was nice with a good layout and was quiet, but appliances and woodwork show a good amount of wear. Some of the blinds did not work, but the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. Wi-fi Internet access was terrible so bring your hotspot. I thought the fees and cleaning fee were excessive as they jacked up the price 24% above the rental price. But I put up with all that because of the great location. And it is in Breckenridge - and that is hard to beat.

Large 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom home in the most perfect location you could ask for if you are going to explore the town of Breckenridge! Just steps away from Main St. shopping, restaurants and brewery. Had one of my most memorable vacations here gathering the family, 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Great memories just gathering on the front deck having cocktails and watching the kids run around. Hope to be back soon.

We had a great time at the house we rented at Breck. All went well with the property, we could not happier. The location was perfect as we could easily walk into town or the peak 9 lift. We look forward to returning

House was well appointed and perfectly located. Short walk to Main Street and Base 9 Fantastic master shower with skylight overlooking the mountains. Our favorite rental house so far.

We had a full crew (11 adults) and the house worked great for everyone! Plenty of beds to sleep in and showers to get us cleaned up between mountain sports and dinner just a walk away into town. The breakfast bar and dining table layout was great for hanging out indoors and the outdoor patio was the perfect place to relax after getting home from the bars. Our van was too big to fit into the garage with its roof rack but parking in front of the house worked fine (once we moved away from the neighbors stairs.) Late check in and check out processes worked flawlessly! I took some pics to send to my fiancee of the amazing master bedroom and bathroom in case we come back with a more romantic group.
