Oceanview, dog-friendly condo with easy beach access - walk the sand with ease!

Treat yourself to a stress-free getaway with peek-a-boo ocean views when you book your stay at this dog-friendly Ocean City home.

Within walking distance of the rolling dunes and cool breezes of Maryland's beaches, and just a short walk to dining and shopping options, this home gives you the chance to stay in a quiet neighborhood while having everything you need within easy reach. This condo, along with Seaport 79 1-E, Seaport 79 2-E, and Seaport 79 2-W are all part of a complex, which is perfect for groups of up to 24.

The casual style of the home creates an inviting atmosphere and welcomes you in after a long day on the beach. Kick back on the comfy aqua-blue couch as you catch up with your favorite cable show on the flatscreen TV. On hot days, the central A/C will keep the heat at bay.

Put a load of laundry in the private, full-size washer/dryer, then grab a local microbrew to enjoy out on the deck. Connect to the WiFi to check out the menus of the local restaurants, or whip up a delicious dish at home.

In the open-style kitchen, you'll find upgraded counters and convenient white appliances. Take your meal over to the vaulted cafe-style table, or enjoy it outside to dine with the sweet ocean breeze.

When it's time to turn in, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home will let up to six guests and one small canine companion (for a small nightly fee - limit 40 pounds, please) stay in comfort. In the master bedroom, there is a queen-size bed, a private en suite, and deck access. In the second room, there is another queen-size bed, while the third room has two twin-size beds for your younger guests.

Brew a fresh cup of coffee and sip it out on the deck while you plan out your day's adventures. Pack a cooler with drinks and snacks and then head down to the beach to spend the day flying kites, building sand castles, and maybe paddling out in a kayak.

Explore the beauty of Assawoman Bay on a standup paddleboard, and then hit the rides and go-karts at Jolly Roger Amusement Park. Indulge in a sweet treat before heading right next door to Splash Mountain Water Park to pick a water fight with a friend, or maybe fly down the water slides.

With a prime location that puts you close to all of the local attractions and easy beach access just a few steps away, this Maryland retreat is a great spot for your next seaside vacation!

For easy access to the beach, this place is excellent. Also, it is clean and well maintained. It is especially nice that they allow dogs. Our pooch like it too!

Could hear every step from tenants in unit above us & when unit was being cleaned. Remodeling of the 3rd floor units during our entire stay made it very difficult to have a relaxing weekend. There was a lot of traffic, people going up & down the stairs, moving items to & out of 3rd floor units. ALOT of pounding, walking, moving of furniture, etc. starting as early as 7:40 am & ongoing until hours in the late evening. Think unit is nicely decorated, maintained, very clean, & has potential to be a relaxing home away from home if noise from neighboring units weren't an issue. Reservation process, check-in & check out was easy & hassle free. Location was convenient. Appreciate the many necessities at the unit to have a home away from home. Very appreciative it was pet friendly. Really the only reason rating 3/5 is because of the noise from neighboring units. This place has potential to be a great home away from home but the noise was unbearable especially by the 3rd day & made it for a very stressful nonrelaxing vacation. We went during the offseason. Many restaurants & places were closed & the weather was cold rainy & dreary. We were ok with that & knew staying in would be a big part of our trip. We just wanted to relax. However, the noise just made it very stressful & honestly ruined our vacation. Also, if bringing your pet, please note not to take your dog out on the right side & be cautious of the back "yard" as well. There are "spiky" thistles that got in our dogs paws as well as in our shoes that we had to pick out with tweezers. They were very painful & difficult to get out. Fortunately our dog has short hair. The neighboring tenants had to cut their dogs hair in order to get them out.

This place was so great. I will definitely be coming back. I was in the center of everything and right next to the beach.

Thanks again

The floor felt like it was falling through by the door. It was impossible to sleep because of how thin the walls were. You hear people upstairs walking around and the whole building creeking. The tv shakes if you move around in this bed. Tv channels are minimal. This whole place is just poorly built. Will not be staying here again.
Manager response:
We are sorry this guest wasn't happy with their stay. This unit is located right next to other units, so you may hear neighbors from time to time. Many of our guests choose this location for its amazing access to the beach and restaurants- as well as the great kitchen for making home-cooked meals. We encourage future guests to consider bringing earplugs if they are light sleepers.

Close to the beach and restaurants it was the perfect place to stay. And pet friendship too.

Really enjoyed our stay.

Beds are very firm to sleep on. Smoke alarms were very sensitive and went off whenever we tried to cook anything. Walls are extremely thin and can hear everything from other surrounding apartments very clearly (including footsteps, conversations, televisions, music, etc). Provided linens had stains all over them. Not our first time in Ocean City and will definitely go through private owners as we have in the past from here on out- those seemed to be more well kept.
Manager response:
We apologize for the disappointments we read about in this review. The owner will be using a linen service going forward so there will not be any more stained sheets. The mattresses are brand new and in great condition. Thanks!

The place was generally clean, a little sandy, but that's to be expected. The beds are really firm. I had to ask some the young guys in the flat above us to keep it down because they woke my young kids.

A family of 6 and a dog enjoyed their vacation in this condo located one half block from the beach. The 1st floor condo offered all of the important amenities and 3 bedrooms to 10 year old twins, their parents, and grandparents. Yes, we would stay here again. The off street parking, WIFI, and the convince of walking to many stores and restaurants were a huge benefit. The sectional sofa and large kitchen area help to contribute to many wonderful family memories.

Being a block from the beach was awesome! We loved that we were able to bring our dog with us. The condo provided everything our family needed, beds for everyone, a space to cook meals and Cartoon Network for the kids to watch. Cable choices are limited bring your own DVD player. I would also suggest bringing your own pillows. We loved the keyless entry, no worries about losing keys or being locked out.
