Spacious home w/ private hot tub, wood fireplace, SHARC passes, and more!

A family-friendly Sunriver getaway starts with this charming three-bedroom vacation rental. In addition to the usual home comforts, guests of this home will enjoy a private hot tub, a wood fireplace, complimentary WiFi, SHARC passes, and easy access to everything Sunriver has to offer.

Woodlands Golf Course, Fort Rock Park, and the SHARC facility are all within two miles of this home, so your family is never too far from the next activity. The Village is just over two miles south, and the city of Bend is 17 miles to the north. The Mt. Bachelor ski area is 21 miles away.

Upon arriving at this Sunriver vacation rental, enter through the front door and walk upstairs to find the main living areas. A variety of couches and armchairs in the living area provides ample space to spread out and lounge while you browse the cable channels on the flatscreen TV or bask in the warmth of the wood fireplace. Large windows look out onto the lightly forested landscape.

The semi-open kitchen is adjacent to the living room and features a fridge, a stove, an oven, and smaller appliances including a toaster and a coffee maker. Abundant counter space and a convenient center island making meal prep a piece of cake, while the dishwasher ensures easy cleanup. There's room for eight at the dining room table.

In nice weather, step out onto the covered back deck and have a cookout using the gas grill. Dine al fresco on the patio furniture while listening to nature's soundtrack - how's that for ambiance?

When it's time to turn in for the night, head back inside and downstairs to the lower level to find all three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a flatscreen wall-mounted television, and a large en suite bathroom, as well as sliding glass doors that lead out to a small patio. The other two bedrooms have queen-size beds, and a sofabed in the living room rounds out the sleeping options. Altogether, this home can accommodate up to eight people.

After a refreshing night's sleep, start your morning with a cup of coffee and a leisurely brunch on the back patio. Gather your group and walk or ride bikes throughout Sunriver's extensive network of mixed-use trails. Cool off at the SHARC facility, which features multiple pools, hot tubs, and other water fixtures, or spend an evening at the Oregon Observatory for a truly out-of-this-world experience.

In the winter, head to Mt. Bachelor for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and even sled dog rides. Then, spend an evening perusing Bend's shopping and dining scene - Bend is particularly well-known for its breweries, if anyone in your group is a fan of craft beers.

Perfect for small families, a group of friends, or a few traveling couples, this home is your ticket to an incredible Sunriver vacation. Don't wait - book today!

Our first impression was...ok. But after settling in and getting a fire started and turning on the football game and making dinner in the well-appointed kitchen, we were sold! Add in the hot tub and Sharc passes, and it made for the perfect place to ring in the New Year. Our only complaints were minor (no pepper, no foil etc). The beds were very comfortable and the street was quiet. Our family had a great time.

Good spot for our family winter break to ski Mt Bachelor

The first impression was of a lot of room on the upper level for a 3 bedroom unit. During our stay that proved to be true. The open floor plan is also nice so all five of us could be communicating with each other even while we were in the living room, dining room, and the kitchen. The proximity to the walking trails and the river were especially nice. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We found the house to be very comfortable and nice. the majority of daylight hours we spent outside doing a variety of things available in Sunriver. It was great having the SHARC passes, the area was a hit with the two children, the bikes also worked well for getting around with the kids.

Loved that all the bedrooms were downstairs where it stayed cool for comfortable sleeping. Nice open living space with plenty of space. Appliances could use updating but overall a wonderful vacation rental.

House is well-outfitted with comfy beds, eating porch, bikes and a hot tub. Loved being part of all the family fun Sun River has to offer!

Great layout, nice yard (where deer families often settled), and good location made this an easy place to live in for a short two night stay. We didn't get to try things like the hot-tub but the rest was more than adequate and we would certainly consider this home for future visits!

It was a very nice house and we enjoyed our visit. I would be happy to rent the same property again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely condo. It was perfect for a couple with two kids & grandma. The open living space was great for everyone to have a place to hang out & the reverse living was nice in the heat if the summer (cool bedrooms). Very comfortable & a nice distance from the main bike paths.
