This three-bedroom rental, part of the Braemar Towers Condominiums, is located right on the beach in north Ocean City, just a little over a mile south of the Delaware border and a mile-and-a-half north of shopping and dining at the Gold Coast Mall.

Relax in the bright and airy living room with dual sliding glass door access out to the main balcony and spectacular, unobstructed ocean views. Sharing this space, there's a dining room with a table and chairs plus a well-equipped, full kitchen.

The kitchen comes complete with a host of accessories, cookware, and essential appliances including the all-important dishwasher to help you keep things nice and tidy during your stay.

There are three bedrooms in this home, all of which have ocean views while two also offer private balcony access. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second and third bedrooms have twin-over-double bunk beds. With three bedrooms and two full baths plus a queen-size sofabed, this condo sleeps up to 10 guests.

Positives: (1) excellent view of the ocean, (2) building offers a bunch of amenities, (3) easy access to beach, (4) apartment is large and has plenty of room for a large family or two small families, (5) friendly building management

The main Negative was the apartment's furnishings, which need some major TLC or replacing. A few examples: (1) Guardrail on the upper bed of one of the bunk beds is missing screws and unlikely to keep someone from falling off, (2) high chairs around table are extremely wobbly and feel like they're going to collapse at any minute, (3) long sofa sinks quite a bit and can be difficult to get out of, (4) lighting in all three bedrooms was limited to lamps with light switches that don't turn anything on, (5) bathroom doors stick to the floor and need to be adjusted, (6) "activity passes" were from 2018

In summary, the apartment is most likely only rented as the condition of the apartment needs work. Fortunately, our family was able to work around the Negatives and enjoy the many Positives we highlighted.

Not much to comp,ain. Parking spaces couldn't be closer to the entrance. Direct access to pool and beach.
The hallway of the building seems a little old, but once you enter the apartment and enjoy the view, you've forgotten that.
I love that they had a Chromecast connected and we could enjoy our fotos on the TV we took.

We spent a lot of time online looking for a place to vacation with our family this past weekend. It was 2 adults and 2 kids under 2.5 years old.


The condo is located in Braemar Towers on 131st Street. It is a beach/ocean facing unit with views that can't be beat. You are right on the ocean with direct beach views from inside the unit and on the balcony. There are two very large balconies with ocean views. One on the front, and one on the side off of the master and pirate bedroom.

Reserved parking is very close to the elevator and in a covered lot under the building for easy loading/unloading.

My son enjoyed the random toys and games that they had left in the unit.

We were also thrilled with the location. Within walking distance to restaurants, etc. Close to Fenwick and Bethany/

Plus, it was nice that Vacasa provided sheets and towels. It was one less thing that we had to bring or pack.

Vacasa also had toilet paper and paper towels and soap in the unit to get us started. They gave us a nice welcome bag with playing cards and a wine opener. Very nice presentation.


1. The mirror on the wall is cracked in the family room. Not a big deal, but just mentioning it. It was also mentioned in other reviews.

2. The handle on the closet where the laundry is kept was ripped off. There is no door handle. Again, not a big deal, but just mentioning it.

3. There were blinds missing or ripped down in each bedroom. Most noticeably in the master bedroom and pirate bedroom. It is a privacy issue in the master bedroom as we were getting ready. Our son stayed in the pirate bedroom, but it was so bring that he would not take a nap either day since the room was too bright.

4. There are no blinds at all in the living room so it is very bright in the morning if you have someone staying in the living room on the pull out couch. This is also mentioned in other reviews so beware if you intend to have people sleep on the pull out couch.

5. The locker for our unit downstairs was empty. The lock is on the locker but it was open. We were hoping that there would be chairs and beach toys available for us but nothing was in there. We also did not see the extra key. We wound up having to go buy beach toys today across the street. (Note: it looks like there were some issues with the locker in other reviews as well). Please just plan to bring your own beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys.

6. The screen door has a rip in it leading out to the balcony. Again, not a big deal and probably an easy fix in the offseason.

7. The water pressure in the master bathroom was the worst that I have ever seen. We all had to shower in the hall bathroom all weekend. This was also mentioned in previous reviews, but they make it sound like it was fixed. The master bathroom was NOT fixed. They had some sort of strange water shut off valve next to the shower head in order to fully turn the water on or off. Honestly, this shower was terrible. I don't know what else to say.

8. The last thing that I will mention is that we paid a ton of money in fees and taxes and honestly, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. I don't think that a cleaning crew had done anything but replace the towels and sheets. The floor was gross and there is no vacuum in the unit. We may just be hypersensitive to the floor cleanliness since we have a crawling 8 month old, but it was gross and we could not vacuum it ourselves.

Overall, the unit looks like a 10 online. It is probably an 8. I would still recommend it, but just be aware of some of these things. Hopefully the owner or management company will take care of it during the off season. I just thought that it would have been done by October when people were complaining about these things earlier in the summer.

Overall, the review comes across critical, but I honestly would stay here again for the views alone so it was worth the money.

The views of the Ocean were fantastic! It is in a great location with a lot of restaurants near by. It is also only a 15 minute drive to Bethany.

I paid for the amazing view and it did not disappoint! Although the unit says it can sleep 10, I would find it crowded with that many people. The unit is not terrible big and there are only 2 small bathrooms. In the living room you can only seat 5 adults comfortably. There are NO clocks in the unit at all and the lighting in the first two bedrooms is very dim.
In the directions for check-in they said to go to the office, but did not specify where the office was. (The office is on the second floor across from the game room.) And make sure you bring a check for $50 for facilities usage fee. They don't accept credit cards or cash.

I booked Seabird's lookout for a bachelorette weekend (10 girls aged early to mid 30s). It was PERFECT! We had so much fun! The value and the location can't be beat. The building is literally on the beach with breathtaking views of the ocean. We were far enough away from the craziness of the boardwalk but it was a 20 minute uber to any place we wanted to go. There is also the bus which is SO easy to use to get to all of the hot spots. The building is super family friendly so don't expect a rowdy young adult crowd. Mostly families from what we saw. The amenities are great - the gym was simple and outdated, but good enough with a few treadmills, weights and stationary bikes (and a thighmaster!). The pool is gorgeous and we fully took advantage of adult swim time :). The unit was clean, beachy and has the best balcony views - one thing to note is that the place claims it sleeps 10 comfortably - while all 10 of us fit, it wasn't all comfort. It's better for 6-8 people. The living room didn't have blinds so the people who slept on the pullout bed were up with the sunrise. The showers aren't great but there are 2 so we weren't fighting for bathroom time or hot water. The kitchen was very useful and clean and we loved the beach lockers for our games and chairs. Bring your own towels and extra linens. We had to get more paper products and basically stock the entire kitchen (plenty of cooking utensils and pans though).
The unit comes with 2 parking spots and we had no problem finding street parking for additional cars.
If you're looking for a low key, affordable, no frills - beach weekend, this is the place. If you're looking for a luxury upscale location, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. LOVED OUR WEEKEND! Thank you!

We had a very enjoyable time.

The condo was very clean. I would highly recommend staying at this condo or any condo managed by Vacasa.

We did not need to pack sheets, towels, hand towels, paper goods.

This was truly a vacation.

My family has stayed at many places in OC and the condo combined with the service is by far our best experience.
