Ski-in/out condo w/ shared hot tubs, pool, amenities for families & groups!

This elegant two-bedroom suite offers one of the best locations for a Lake Tahoe vacation home - the beautiful Resort at Squaw Creek! With ski-in, ski-out access to Squaw Valley and fantastic resort amenities, your group will enjoy peace, quiet, and space for eight in your own private getaway, along with a shared hot tub, the convenience of full resort amenities, and a ski-in/ski-out location in one of Conde Naste Traveler's top 50 ski hotels! (Please note that upon check-in, the resort will collect a $30 per night, per unit resort fee directly from guests; as this is a two-unit suite, the fee will be $60 per night.)

The suite itself is beautifully appointed and smartly designed to accommodate a group comfortably. The living areas offer comfortable seating before the romantic gas fireplace, along with a flat-screen TV with cable so you can keep up with your favorite shows or sports teams. The wide bay windows allow plenty of gentle sunlight.

Just beyond the living area is a four-person dining table and a basic kitchen, equipped with all the necessities to prepare meals for your group: stovetop (no oven), under-counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans, dinnerware, utensils, glassware, and even a dishwasher for easy clean-up!

To one side of the living area is the master bedroom, with a wonderfully luxurious king bed, its own flat-screen cable TV, and a handsome writing desk set next to the window. WiFi is provided if you need to stay connected to the office or book a table at one of the resort's restaurants for dinner that evening. The lovely full bath has a soaking tub and a separate glass-walled shower.

On the other side of the common area is a second bedroom with two pillowy queen beds, a third flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. With the living room's sofa unfolding to a comfortable sleeper, up to eight guests can comfortably share the space.

From the 1960 Winter Olympics to its recent placement on Conde Naste Traveler's list of the top 50 ski hotels in North America, the Resort at Squaw Creek is known as a world-class site for recreation and leisure. Winter, of course, brings skiers and snowboarders to enjoy the 450 inches of powder that falls on Squaw Valley each year. Summer draws golfers, hikers, horseback riders, whitewater rafters, and other outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy the majestic wilderness of the Sierra Nevadas.

Families will love the resort's on-site pool complex, hot tubs, and children's activities programs, allowing the younger guests to enjoy world-class recreation while their parents can enjoy a little private time at the spa or on the more challenging ski slopes.

Whatever brings you to Squaw Valley, you won't find a better place to stay than the luxurious and centrally-located Resort at Squaw Creek!

Beautiful resort with lots of great amenities (pools, hot tubs, skating rink). Ski-in, ski-out with free gear storage.

A nice place to stay with plenty of activities for all ages. Rooms are spacious enough for 4-6 people to not be on of each other. Golf course, pool and location are excellent. Resort staff is top-notch and extremely helpful. Shuttle or walk to Village at Squaw Valley.

A beautiful spot with spectacular valley views. Roomy enough for a family of 5, with plenty of options on property (pool, biking, golf, fitness center, multiple dining choices - even a S'mores kit by the fire pit!). Very friendly staff, too - especially the concierge - Cindy. Loved the giant chess games in the lawn. Resort is close enough to Lake Tahoe to be convenient, but remote enough to be a peaceful retreat. Hiking from High Camp after the tram ride and having a snowball fight in August was awesome!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the amenities. We look forward to staying again!

This unit has been nicely upgraded. The walls have been painted a nice light color and the furniture modernized. Perfectly clean, too. We have stayed at the Resort at Squaw Creek several times and always enjoy the family-friendly amenities. Great place to stay in the winter or summer.

Other than the lack of stocked items in the kitchen, great room and excellent location
Manager response:
Thank you for your review. We will look at what is missing in the kitchen so that we can make sure our guests have what they need. We hope you enjoyed the fantastic location next to the lift! Thank you for choosing Vacasa!
