Manicured home w/ hot tub, patio & gorgeous views - close to town & the rivers!

Soak in the year-round sunshine and scenery of East Wenatchee at this four-bedroom home, a peaceful Washington retreat with a private patio and hot tub, beautiful views of the surrounding hills, and a wonderful location close to town and the Columbia River.

This single-level home sits in the upscale East Wenatchee suburb of Canyon Hills, just a few miles from parks, golf courses, shops, restaurants, and the Columbia and Wenatchee Rivers downtown. You'll be a short drive from local fruit orchards and vineyards, 17 miles north of Mission Ridge Ski and Board Resort, 25 miles east of Leavenworth, and only 40 miles south of Chelan.

Quiet, well-equipped, and thoughtfully furnished, the interior living space is open and full of sunlight. Turn on the central air conditioning on warm summer days, use the high-speed WiFi to catch up with loved ones back home, and curl up on the leather sofas to play family-friendly board games at the coffee table.

Entertain your friends and family in the spacious full kitchen, where you'll find plentiful cabinet storage and stainless steel appliances. Slice local apples and pears for a tart at the two-person breakfast bar, use the mixer to prepare homemade muffins or pancakes, and leave the cleanup for the dishwasher as you sit down in the dining space for eight.

With so much sunshine on the east side of the Cascades, you'll have plentiful opportunities to enjoy the gorgeous backyard and patio. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, share an al fresco meal at one of the two patio tables, and play a game of tag with your kids on the manicured back lawn.

As the sun begins to set each evening, you can plug your iPhone into the docking station, soak your worries away in the five-person hot tub, and enjoy golden hour views of the surrounding hills. Back inside, you can choose a DVD from the library, gather around the flatscreen cable TV in the living room, or enjoy a cinematic experience on the 84-inch HDTV projection screen in one of the bedrooms.

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, East Wenatchee Badger View will accommodate 10 guests. Spend a restful night in the master suite, which offers a king-size bed and a bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower. Two of the bedrooms have a queen-size bed apiece. The fourth bedroom features a pair of queen-size beds and a big-screen HDTV. Additional amenities include a second bathroom with a tub/shower combination, a two-car garage, and a washer/dryer.

Celebrated throughout Washington and beyond for its local apples, pears, cherries, and grapes, Wenatchee is a haven of sunshine, scenery, and outdoor recreation. Time your visit for May to attend the annual Washington State Apple Blossom Festival, taste the local produce at the Pybus Public Market six miles south, or take a drive to discover dozens of wineries within a 30-minute drive.

Spend summer days boating, water skiing, fishing, and jet skiing on the Columbia or Wenatchee Rivers - both of which flow directly through town. Practice your drive at the Wenatchee Golf & Country Club, Highlander Golf Course, Three Lakes Golf Course, or Desert Canyon Golf Resort, and spend winter days exploring more than 2,000 acres of terrain and 36 ski trails at Mission Ridge 17 miles south.

Whether you're planning a business retreat or a summer vacation, you'll feel right at home in this East Wenatchee getaway! A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Great price, 4 nicely appointed bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, clean hot-tub, close to shopping and stores (less than 10 mins) close to skiing!

My family had a great stay! The hot tub was big enough for everyone and the projector room was awesome. It was easy to prepare and enjoy meals together with how well stocked the kitchen was. There was plenty of seats for everyone to dine together too.

Had a family reunion in Sun Cove Orondo and needed a place for my family to sleep. We didn't spend more than 6 hours a day there, but we had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Heard a few people say "I wish we had more time to relax in the house, enjoy the back yard view and use the hot tub". Highly recommend this if you are needing a nice roomy place in the Wenatchee area.

I am a repeat user of this rental and really enjoy the house and location. For some reason housekeeping dropped the ball this time and the house was not prepared correctly.
Manager response:
We are very sorry to read this and will follow-up with our housekeeping team. We hope to have another chance to impress!

We stayed in this home for two nights to attend my daughters wedding in Wenatchee and it was extremely nice and comfortable. The house was well stocked with most things we needed and it was very spacious. The back yard was nice, relaxing and quiet. The theater bedroom was great for the young adults who wanted to stay up late. It sits far enough away from the other rooms that it didn't bother anyone sleeping but allowed them to stay up late and watch movies. We created so many memories in this house and we are very grateful. I would highly recommend this house.

The house was very nice and VERY quiet. We were in town for a project. We all slept quite well. I would definitely stay here again if we have another E Wenatchee project.

This is a great location if you are planning on this being a golf trip. Local courses nearby and this house was great for a nice breakfast before we left and lovely wine and dinner when we returned. Best part was the lovely backyard where we played games into the evening then jumped into the hot tub before a good night sleep.
Only recommendation would be upgraded patio furniture and some umbrellas for shade as the backyard gets wonderful for sun all day.

We had so much fun here, escaping our daily routine and spending the last days of 2016 in a cozy house like this one. The house was nice and big. One bathroom for 3 bedrooms may be quite a problem but we could deal with it. The kitchen was stocked with all the needs. We enjoyed our cozy evenings playing the games we found there and also having fun with the hot tub. Definitely a good place to run away from the city.

Very comfortable home. Many stories and laughs were made in that living room this weekend. Renting this house allowed me to congregate with my family while we were in town for a wedding. Great location, loved the big kitchen, and enjoyed the 4-person hot tub.
