Cozy ski-in/ski-out condo w/ a kitchenette - walk to lifts & restaurants

Walk to restaurants, shops, and ski lifts at Park City Mountain Resort from this studio-style condo, an elegant, all-seasons getaway with an unbeatable ski-in/ski-out location and shared access to a pool, saunas, and a fitness center.

This stylish, single-level condo is located in the Lodges at the Mountain, a desirable complex that sits in the heart of the Park City base area. You'll be right next to restaurants, shops, the Breeze Ice Rink, and the route of the seasonal shuttle bus, just steps from the Payday Express lift, and one mile south of the Park City Golf Club.

Upon entering the living space, you'll be greeted by lofty ceilings, plentiful seating, and an atrium-style alcove that lets in the sunshine. Shed your coats and scarves by the door and curl up on the sofa to browse the WiFi or surf the cable channels on the flatscreen TV.

Grab a table at one of the nearby restaurants in the village, or whip up your own creations in the small, modern kitchen. This well-equipped space offers granite countertops, a small refrigerator, and a stainless steel oven, stove, and microwave to help you prepare hearty breakfasts and comforting dinners. Sit down to eat at the four-person breakfast bar or in the window-lined dining space.

Begin each morning with a workout in the fitness center, and linger in the dry and wet saunas to sweat out any remaining worries. Once you've swum a few laps in the indoor/outdoor pool, you'll be ready to click on your skis to reach the base of the Payday Express lift and the Home Run, First Time, and C.B.'s Run trails.

At night, this studio condo will sleep as many as four guests. The living space features a queen-size Murphy bed artfully concealed in the wall, while a queen-size sofabed offers additional accommodations. You'll also find one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor, and one convenient parking spot in the underground garage.

Whether you're traveling to Park City to ski, snowboard, hike, or mountain bike, you'll be in the center of the action in the Lodges at the Mountain. Take your kids for a spin on the Breeze Ice Rink, use the seasonal shuttle bus to jet around the base areas with ease, and spend winter days skiing and snowboarding more than 7,300 acres in the nation's largest mountain resort.

Catch a few thrills on the Park City Alpine Slide just a few blocks south, take evening strolls among the shops and galleries in Old Town Park City, and hop on your mountain bike to spend summer days on the surrounding trails. You'll also be just one mile from the 18-hole Park City Golf Club, which offers breathtaking views of the Northern Utah scenery.

So nice to have a home at the bottom of the slopes! No traffic jam, no changenging at the car. Everything is right there!

The location was excellent- we loved being able to ski in/ski out and pop in for breaks. It’s also walkable to Main St and a local grocery store/liquor store. The shared outdoor hot tub was great to relax in after a long day of skiing, however, it did get pretty crowded at times. Overall, this was a satisfactory stay offering all of the necessities. It definitely was not glamorous, but it was sufficient. The two main downfalls for us were that the Murphy bed wasn’t super comfortable, and the fireplace was out of order.
Manager response:
Hi Lisa, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We sincerely apologize for the gas fireplace being out of order. We will be updating our listing to reflect that the fireplace is not an amenity at this time. We hope you'll stay with us again!

Great location right near the ice rink and the slopes. Clean and comfortable. Just a little in need of upkeep - pullout couch didn’t work exactly well, and cushions worn. Really an efficiency, with a Murphy bed and a pullout couch. Kitchen appliances a little cramped but in good shape. A lot of locked doors to get back and forth through the facilities. Overall a good deal, but not perfect.

The apt was just as the photo shows; perfect and comfortable for two adults, well laid out, great use of the space. The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked to cook dinner for two and spacious for a studio apt. (I would only suggest adding a cutting board). The large window gave the apt a larger, airy feel. The location couldn’t be better! True ski in/out. We throughly enjoyed returning for 30 minute lunch breaks, and with a one minute walk, putting skis back on. My husband and I have already discussed reserving again.

This was a great space for the month that I stayed! It is fully equipped with anything you could need. I would suggest the property getting some new silverware and pots (there were no lids for the pots) but this is just a suggestion that would make the place even more incredible. The location is perfect, property manager is a joy to work with, and it feels completely safe for a solo traveler. Bed is not super comfy but again, just a small critique.

Location and cleanliness. First time with a murphy bed but it was comfortable.

had a great stay

Clean studio. Location is perfect. Lacking in amenetoes and there is nothing available
at the lodge - must walk to town for everything. But for a clean place to sleep in a good/central spot - perfect.

if you'll be spending considerable time at park city (mountain): location, location, location and this place has it. we used the kitchen for breakfasts and day time snacks and saved quite a bit on food expenses since we didn't need to purchase expensive "lodge" meals. location/this condo is especially great if location is important to you considering the parking pass too, which allows you to park in the covered garage below the property and which offers convenient elevator access.

keyless access / safety codes were very convenient for someone trying not to carry and keep track of extra items on the mountain.

it's a studio, and i was worried about feeling too "crowded" with the murphy bed and pull out sofa - but it was never an issue with the convenience of very quickly being able to tuck both away in the mornings.

would definitely stay here again.

Great proximity: ski out of the ski locker to First Time lift. I'd like to know if you have other, more recently renovated properties in this complex.

I appreciated the reasonable pricing and help from the management staff (there was no air in the unit and no fan and a manager returned a call quickly and brought a fan by the next day). The cleanliness defiently needs improvement.

We used Ben's centrally located apartment as a base to explore Park City, Deer Valley and Canyons. It proved perfect for a mother/daughter trip. We were steps from the slopes and restaurant options. Park City's free bus transit system is in front of the complex. This extended our reach easily -- allowing us to explore the area. My daughter was in ski school a few days, we saw a production of "Annie" at the Egyptian Theater, enjoyed the library and dog park, learned about and played with local avalanche rescue dogs, and ate lots of ice cream. Ben's studio is a perfect jumping off point to explore all Park City and environs has to offer.

You can't get a better location for skiing at Park City. It is closer than the skiing car park. The condo was clean and comfortable with a kitchen, bathroom, dining area, and living room with a fireplace. It was very cosy to come home to after a night on the slopes. There are free buses to get around town, but we walked to Main Street and back easily. Thanks Ben

Great place with beautiful view!! Place is well kept and everything you need is close by!! Will definitely be back again!! David P. 4-January 2017 Ski-In/Ski Out Ben's place is perfectly located and genuine ski-in/ski-out. The condo is very reasonably sized with great facilities. Bus stops at the front door to get up to Main Street or a short 5-10 minute walk. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to those looking to stay in Park City.

Free Bus to Main Street The place is definitely the most convenient in town. Ski in ski out, pools and hot tubs, facilities are great, free bus to historical main street right out of the building, quiet and family friendly. The owner is very nice and always respond quickly.
