Recent Dominical vacation rental reviews

My family and I could not have loved this place anymore than we did! The view was outstanding, the beds were comfortable, and the place was well-stocked (beach towels, enough bath towels for our family of 4 for 4 nights). The animals we saw from our deck made my eyes leak multiple times. We saw scarlet macaws, parrots, toucans, kites, coatis, agoutis, capuchin monkeys, iguanas, lizards, butterflies & snakes all from the property grounds! Every day was a new surprise! We loved how much space the house had, and the water pressure/heat & air conditioners were absolutely perfect. They even had extra little touches like a fresh sponge, enough paper products, and complimentary coffee & laundry detergent. This place goes down as my family's favorite place we've ever stayed! We miss it already!

This villa was such a wonderful escape for us. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left our stay was FANTASTIC. The view is seriously the die for and we spent 95% of our time there out on the patio and in the infinity pool. It was well stocked with everything you might need for a beach vacation. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. We felt safe in the gated community and loved the café within walking distance. We look forward to our next trip to Costa Rica and Canto Del Mar #13.

Getting to Dominical

Like Jacó, it's neighbor on the coast, Dominical has recently transformed into a popular tourist destination, access has become easier with ground transportation delivering guests from various points on the map. If traveling down from Quepos (about 30 miles north), the journey by car can take about an hour. Trips up from the south usually originate in Palmar Sur (home of the Palmar Sur Airport) and follow one of the nicest roads in the entire country. Alternatively, daily, low-cost shuttles can be hired from the Juan Santamaría International Airport in San Jose, about 100 miles away. This four- to six-hour trip will take you through dense forests, along mountain ridges, and across picturesque river valleys - all the fantastic sights you probably want to see anyway!
