Spacious, waterfront townhouse with mountain views and private hot tub!

An unforgettable mountain vacation awaits you at this four-bedroom Breckenridge townhouse. With a private outdoor hot tub, a quiet location, lovely mountain views, and room for up to 10 guests, this home is perfect for a large family or a group of friends who want to take advantage of Breckenridge's numerous outdoor activities.

Located on a dead-end street a few minutes south of Breckenridge's central business district, this home is peaceful and scenic. A nearby bus stop makes it easy to get downtown or to the slopes, if you don't feel like walking.

Inside, this home is comfortable and modern, with exposed wooden beams and mountain-inspired furnishings. As an end unit, this townhouse benefits from ample windows and plenty of sunlight, and there's a gas fireplace to keep you toasty during the winter.

The main level features a large living area with cozy leather couches and a flatscreen cable TV. Put your feet up while you browse the channels, use the WiFi to search for nearby restaurants, or just relax and admire the mountain views through the large windows.

Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a semi-open kitchen, which is fully equipped with all of the major appliances. Whip up a hearty meal after a long day on the slopes, or put together a picnic lunch to fuel an afternoon of adventure.

On the kitchen's other side, there's a breakfast bar with four bar stools, as well as an eight-person dining room table. If the weather's nice, you can also eat on one of the decks, or even use the grill to have a barbecue.

When it's time to turn in for the night, this four-bedroom home can comfortably accommodate 10 guests, with a maximum of eight adults. You'll find two bedrooms on the top floor of the home, including the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, a queen-size sofabed, a flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom. There are two more bedrooms on the ground floor of the home. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a set of twin-over-full-style bunk beds.

Regardless of what season you visit, you'll find no shortage of activities to occupy you in Breckenridge. During the winter, Breckenridge is a mecca for skiers and snowboarders, and after spending a day gallivanting in the snow, there's nothing better than a soak in the private outdoor hot tub. And in the warmer months, there's no better place to enjoy hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, or even whitewater rafting.

This lovely townhome is beautiful, clean and the pictures are accurate. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and it felt just right. The Breckinridge Free Ride bus was so close and was easy and quick. Our group could come and go at different times and not worry about shuttling cars and full parking lots.

The kitchen was stocked well. I would recommend this townhome.

This was a wonderful place to spend time away. Close enough to everywhere we wanted to go, but remote enough to be calm. Beautiful location and fantastic accommodations.

Our family stayed here for almost two weeks. The house offered privacy as well as wonderful common areas for us to congregate. Views off the main balcony were mesmerizing and the sounds of the near by Blue River lulled everyone to sleep. We were very lucky to have amazing weather as well.

Can't say enough good things about our stay. The townhome is recently updated with a gorgeous kitchen connected to the living area w/ fireplace. The Breck Free Ride bus stop (Brown Route) is 50 yards out the front door. The view of the mountains on the back deck is majestic. The hot tub was perfect to relax in after long runs on the slopes. Even saw a moose in the back yard! The kitchen is well stocked with spices/coffee filters/basic cookware. There were laundry and dish pods. Breckenridge, the town, is a great place to visit, but lodging can make or break a trip. The property manager was highly responsive with answers to my questions. It's easy to highly recommend this quality property!

This townhome was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully decorated and looked as if it had just been remodeled, with an all new kitchen and appliances. The home contained everything that we needed for a great vacation- pots, pan, all kinds of kitchen utensils, towels, hair dryer, lots of books and games, and it even had things like paper towels, foil and sandwich baggies. The only thing we needed to bring was our ski gear and some food and the rest was all there. This home contained absolutely everything we needed. The layout of the home was perfect for two families and it gave everyone their own rooms and private space to spread out. The dining table was even big enough to seat all 8 of us, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The hot tub even looked new and was fantastic after a long day of skiing. All of the beds were comfy and the master bedroom even has it's own gas fireplace. The home has a great view of the ski runs and was just a short walk down the driveway to the free bus stop. It was a bit far to walk into town though unless you are well acclimated to the altitude and prepared for about a mile or two walk. With the free shuttle stop being so close though you really had no need to walk down to main street. The management was great to work with and very friendly too. The overall location was great and we loved this home and would definitely stay there again.

This place exceeded our expectations. So beautiful and so convenient to everything. You could walk anywhere, or ride the bus, and it was just a hop away from the townhouse. We can't say enough about the place and when we had to contact Vacasa, they were fantastic.

We loved this property! Excellent views - Spacious - Clean - Close enough to Mainstreet - Quiet. We loved the open concept main level, especially the big island with bar seating. We spent a lot of time hanging out in that spot. And the hot tub was the icing on the cake.

This spacious and gorgeous home was very comfortable and homey. We could walk to town easily. We had a short hike to the blue river and we loved hearing the river from our room. This house provides privacy for family members. There is a lot of privacy!!

We have visited Breck a number of times and this was the best place we ever stayed. It's really like being in a home, with a fully furnished kitchen--not just pots and pans, but everything you need for cooking/baking--plus all the little creature comforts. The beds are great, the views are awesome, and there is no road noise whatsoever--just the sound of the river. Mornings we walked into town (we didn't need the bus, but the stop was a block away) and evenings we sat in the hot tub. 100 percent positive experience.

My family and I stayed here over spring break to do some skiing, and this property was perfect for us! The location was very convenient and the property was very well maintained. It was exactly what we needed!
