Town of San Pedro was great. The people of San Pedro are very friendly and helpful. Lots of great restaurants and food.
The people cooking on the streets is very good food. Fido’s and Elvi’s great restaurants and beautiful atmosphere.
Manager response:
Thank you for providing feedback, Lucille! We are glad this location suited you well. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!

The A.C worked, that was about it. We were told not to splash in the pool, there is a sign that you can't hold your breath even? The door handle fell off in our hands. There was no water available for drinking until we requested it, it was dropped off, with no base for the jug. The sliding glass doors didn't lock, there were 5 of them (wooden sticks were brought to jam the tracks, upon request), none of the blinds opened. The wash machine & dryer did not work. The tub didn't plug, jacuzzi jets did not work. Basically, everything needs serious maintenance. I've stayed at plenty of places for 1/2 the price that are much better maintained. It felt like we were the 1st people in years to stay here....
Manager response:
We apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered, Jess. The property manager would like to assure our guests that these issues have all been handled. Thank you!

Place was clean, central, and Michaela was beyond helpful. Very friendly and highly recommended. We will stay here again

It was so close to everything. Great views of the lagoon and ocean. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be close to town and all the activities san pedro has to offer.

The condo is a good size. The contents are minimal. I bought more silverware and containers that I left. Bring your own linens. Theirs are horrible.
This is a great expat community. Most of the people are very friendly and will help you with anything.
Remember this is a third world country. The place is without water and electricity often. Mara Laguna is updating their own electrical wiring. That might be helpful.
Manager response:
We appreciate the guests feedback. The amenities and toiletries that Vacasa provides are often prepared for shorter stays, we encourage extended stay guests to reach out to the Local Manager for extras. Unfortunately, the utility outages are not in Vacasa's control and impact the whole town. Our Local Manager has talked to housekeeping about the linens and the amount given to each guest.

Great stay at vacasa! Michaela was helpful answering our questions.
The area is a bit away from the core; you will need a golf cart to get back and forth and there was a toll on the way into town. However there is a grocery store and some bars and restaurants extremely close, so going into town is an option not a necessity.
The apartment was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed.

This property was on a great location away from the busy San Pedro but close enough to venture in each day.

Cost effective place to stay just North of the Bridge. We enjoyed being in a quieter area but within close proximity to town. Definitely rent a golf cart as there is parking on site. Liked the security of the property. Unit wasn’t totally up to par and there were some issues upon arrival but when brought to the attention of Michaela, the issue were taken care of quickly. There is a ton of upgrades and maintenance being done to the property to make it nicer. We would consider staying at this location again.
