What a beautiful space! Our suite was gorgeous and very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and everything is within walking distance.

Located right on Southwest Harbor and close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The room is clean and cozy with a spacious bathroom. It’s a great place for a home base.

Our place was okay, but rather under stocked with necessities like toaster, paring knives, ice cube trays etc. We met the owner Joyce who was very nice and with her help and with Mark's our local contact, deficiencies were taken care of.

The Suites at Belfast Bay Inn is the place we go to when we need a " refuge from reality" so when we heard it was under new ownership we wondered if things would change. The answer was YES, But only for the better. The Inn certainly retains its charm and warmth but the new TV/internet service Is definitely an improvement. We can't wait for our Fall visit. Finally if you haven't visited Belfast in a while you've missed an experience to walk a main street filled with art, plant shops, boutiques, green stores etc. Visit the new toy store which rivals the old F.A.O. Schwartz in NYC but with great prices. A stroll along the towns harbor walk is a must. It meanders thru a major boat yard where you will see million dollar yachts plucked out of the water to be stored/renovated..Really interesting
