Ski-in/ski-out condo w/ mountain views shared pool, hot tubs, & more!

This ski-in/ski-out, three-bedroom condo offers guest access to resort amenities through the Purgatory HOA (DMMA) including a shared pool, hot tubs, and a fitness center. This condo is perfect for anyone planning to spend a lot of time on the slopes.

The Eolus Condominiums building is part of the Purgatory Resort village, so you're conveniently close to both shopping and dining and the city of Durango is just 25 miles to the south.

At the far end of the condo, a large living room features a comfortable leather couch and two armchairs, as well as a wood fireplace. On cold winter evenings, there's nothing better than curling up in the warmth of a toasty fire with a good book and a mug of tea!

Admire views of the mountains through the generously sized windows, or flip through the cable channels on the TV. Use the free WiFi to plan the week's activities or share pictures of your adventures with your friends back home.

Next to the living area, you'll find a large dining room table with seating for six. There are also three bar stools at the kitchen counter.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances. There's even a dishwasher so you can spend less time cleaning up after meals and more time enjoying the crisp mountain air!

When you're ready to turn in for the night, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental can comfortably sleep up to six guests, with a maximum of four adults. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors lead from the master bedroom to a private deck. In the second bedroom, you'll find a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a set of twin-size bunk beds.

Regardless of what season you're visiting Purgatory Resort, you'll find abundant activities to occupy you. In the winter, warm up at the fitness center before heading out for a long day on the slopes. Afterward, soothe your muscles with a rejuvenating soak in the shared hot tubs. In the summer, you'll have access to numerous mountain biking and hiking trails. Spend an afternoon lounging poolside, or head to Durango for a day of shopping, dining, and sampling some of the locally brewed beer. If you're feeling particularly ambitious, dedicate a day or two to hiking Windom Peak.

A fantastic location next to all of the different attractions. We stayed here in the summer time for a wedding. It was fantastic weather with fun outdoor activities all within walking distance. I almost gave this a 4 of 5 stars because we had a lot of issues with the Wi-Fi working. Hopefully they see this and get it fixed. The condo was nice, clean and roomy with great views. I would stay here again.

We loved skiing/snowboarding at Purgatory Ski Resort and the food at Sow Ear was absolutely delicious!!!! If bringing/buying groceries, def buy in Durango and instead of the near by gas station for pricing and variety purposes. Vacasa was extremely helpful and very attentive, especially when arriving and trying to locate the building. They were very responsive with all our questions.

There should be an added note for the guests letting them know about the code for the hot tub door and that the door sticks, there is a large garbage pail on the floor to dispose of garbage, recycling is located on the 3rd floor along with other amenities, and also updating emailed directions to: follow the base area sign then drive further up mountain following Eolus signs forking right at every split until reaching the top and building is at top on right, accross from village center.

The place was very nice and clean, but the quality of toilet paper was just not good. Thankfully I read the other reviews and brought some of my own. As well as was prepared about the TV's not being updated yet. The heated floors in the bathrooms was awesome but the master bathroom floors never seemed to get warm.

When the heat is turned off or on low for a week, there should be someone turning it on the night before or the morning of to get it warm as it took at least a full 24 hrs for the place to really warm up. However the space heater was helpful!

Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and would come back again!!

Great kitchen and bathrooms, OK room for 6 people. One of the best locations on the mountain. Has an assigned covered parking plus a ski storage closet.

Good news there are 4 tv's bad news they are all older Tube type tv's that take up a lot of room with there bulky size and there are NO HDMI connections.

Beds were some of the least comfortable our group has ever slept on.

However, as they say what counts most is location, location , location, and the location is great. The WIFI had quality speeds.

The paper towels and toilet paper were in short supply and of the lowest quality. You may want to buy some Charmen and Bounty in town before you get to the condo.

But the location and view made up for it.

October is prime time to visit the San Juan Mountains. Purgatory Resort is on down time before the skiing season.
The geology, peaks and fall color won't disappoint you.
The accommodations we enjoyed through Vacasa was true comfort.
We could have stayed many more days if that were possible.
Take to the road!
