This beautiful two-story house is located near the quiet Algodones beach in the prestigious coastal community of Marina Real. The private entrance to the beach is one block from the house. There is 24 hour security and key access gates to the neighborhood.
The house has a private pool and has a terrace with views of the sea, Marina and surrounding mountains, from here you can enjoy the sea breeze, incredible sunsets and watch the sailboats enter the bay.
The house will comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The living room has a smart TV and from there you can access the pool area.
The dining room seats 8 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. The large kitchen has granite countertops and ample counter and cabinet space. The house has its own laundry room and is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The backyard is fenced and has a private pool, garden furniture such as a table for 8 people, lounge chairs and a bar, and also has a barbecue.
The beach is a short walk from the house with stunning clear blue waters. You can snorkel right off the beach or head out on one of San Carlos's several dive boats. Kayaking is popular in this bay, as are skiing, sailing, water skiing, and fishing. There are rental shops in town that offer kayaks, jet skis, quads, etc. P
There are plenty of restaurants, nightclubs, and shops in town to keep you busy when you're not on the water. San Carlos is a truly relaxed seaside community that warmly welcomes visitors from many countries.
