The furnished deck will be the hub for summer cookouts with a gas grill, ample outdoor seating, and a grassy lawn for the kiddos to play on. Plus, everyone will love walking from the back yard to the water's edge to launch kayaks or sip a favorite beverage with their toes in the water!

Inside, there will be an equal amount of fun to be had with the welcoming, open layout of the full kitchen, living room, and dining area that make mingling a breeze from room to room. Add the flatscreen TV, free WiFi, and vaulted ceilings, and this space becomes truly one of a kind.
