One of the back decks features an inviting seating area. There is also an outdoor dining area if you would like to host warm-weather get-togethers with your loved ones! The ground level features a garage where you can find several beach chairs and an enclosed outdoor shower, which is perfect for rinsing off. Please note there is no elevator - only steps up to the second and third levels. Additionally, there are two adult bikes, four children's bikes, and two children's scooters if you would like to explore the neighborhood from another point of view. And if you are in the mood for a refreshing splash, make sure to head over to the community outdoor pool!

Inside, this air-conditioned home provides the perfect mix between comfort and entertainment. The living room has an assortment of comfortable sofas throughout along with a shuffleboard game.
