Located just a mile or two from the charming Old Town Gilbert and close to several spring training facilities, our home provides a spacious, spa-like retreat for you and your family. Outside, you’ll find a stunning saltwater pool complete with fountains, a slide, an in-pool table, a grotto, and a tanning shelf, alongside a fabulous spa. Inside, relax in the main room to the gentle sound of the outdoor fountains, watch TV, or enjoy a game of pool in the game room off the kitchen.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice that this doesn’t feel like a rental—it’s our home, and we hope it becomes your “home away from home” during your stay. The first floor features a large main room with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows that provide a great view of the rock-scaped pool and plenty of natural light. This room is perfect for watching a movie, reading a book, taking a nap, or catching up on a little work.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and smaller appliances like an electric teapot, toaster, and blender. The breakfast nook has a coffee/tea station and USB charging area for your convenience, complete with a Keurig and a starter supply of pods. The walk-in pantry has ample room for snacks and drinks, and with two grocery stores just outside the neighborhood, restocking is a breeze.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the game room with a custom-finished pool table that complements the calming décor of the home. There’s plenty of seating for spectators or those waiting their turn, a fireplace (gas/electric), and a 65” TV with a sound bar. At the other end of the kitchen is the laundry room, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, pool towels, and a long bar for hanging towels, swimsuits, or clothes to dry.

All bedrooms are upstairs, each with ceiling fans, extra sets of sheets, and additional towels/linens in the bathrooms and upstairs hall cabinets. The house features separate thermostat controls for upstairs and downstairs, ensuring everyone’s comfort.

The backyard is truly an oasis, featuring a beautiful heated saltwater pool that’s long enough for laps and perfect for relaxing or playing. The pool area includes fountains, a slide, a covered grotto, a Baja tanning shelf, and an in-pool table/umbrella. The spa adjoins the pool, with spa heat included in your stay (pool heat is an extra charge). We maintain photo proof of pool heat on your arrival and departure days. Please note the pool cleaner/vacuum must remain in the water at all times.

For safety, please use the pool, slide, and spa at your own risk, and never be in or around the pool alone. The walkway around the pool can get slippery when wet, so no running is allowed. Please use the provided pool towels for outdoor use, not bath towels. The covered patio offers a comfortable sitting area and a BBQ for you and your guests to enjoy.
