We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was a quick five minute walk to the 65th street Holmes Beach access, and there was even a short cut path through the North Village neighborhood that cut down that distance as well. The living area, dining, laundry room, and kitchen were on the main floor and the three bedrooms were on the top level. The home was very clean, with only a slight musty smell upon initially entering the first day, but once we adjusted the a/c temp and the humidity controller the house cooled down quickly and aired out nicely. Everything in the home was well stocked and the TV’s were great In each room. We especially loved the front and back decks for coffee in the mornings. The pool key fob is in the property unlike what the listing says..you do not have to go to an office to get the pool pass. Holmes Beach was absolutely perfect for our family.

Our initial property became unavailable at the last minute and we were transferred to this location. We couldn’t have been more thankful to have the clean space and close walk to the beach. Thank you to the staff at vacasa, specifically Nicole, for helping us during this stressful time. And thank you to the owners of the property for being so accommodating.

I would personally like to thank Lee. Our house was cancelled due to the electric being broke. We were in route! She not only got us another house, but she upgraded it! She was so helpful and kind. And our room was our paradise for a week! Thank you Lee and Vacasa. Very pleased!

The townhouse was great.We love Nodth Beach Village!! We had everything we needed!! The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was a wonderful family vacation!!

Our stay at North Beach Village was very good and enjoyable, nice decor, and nice complex. There were a few details that we expected that would have made this a five star rating. Upon arrival we were not aware that we had to go to a local off-site office to get a pool key and when you have kids that want to use the pool right away this was not ideal. Upon getting the pool key at the off-site office we returned to the pool to find out the key didn’t work so we had to go back to the two more times until they could figure out the appropriate key which was quite inconvenient. Also, for a week’s stay, a few more rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags were needed and having some coffee and condiments would have been a nice touch but the local Publix was close by. Overerall stay was good; the few things listed above would have made it great.
