Two dogs are also welcome for a small nightly fee. There are two stand up inflatable paddle boards with paddles available for guest use.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this rental offers easy access to outdoor activities and in-town convenience. Dollar Mountain is three miles away, Sun Valley Resort four miles away, and Bald Mountain six miles away. You'll be two miles from Elkhorn Village and three miles from Ketchum.

Back at home, enjoy relaxing in the open, bright living area with a fireplace and large flatscreen cable TV, or revel in the lovely surroundings out on the deck, where you'll have a gas grill for summer barbecues. You'll also have a private washer/dryer and free WiFi access for even more convenience.

Community amenities are provided by Elkhorn in Sun Valley and have periods of closure. No pools from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Hot tubs and saunas are closed seasonally for maintenance, they will be closed after Labor Day until after Thanksgiving, then in the Spring when the mountain closes for skiing in April through Memorial Day. Golf and tennis are closed from November 1 through May 1, this is weather dependent and could be extended or shortened at the discretion of the association with/without cause or notice.

A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Parking Notes: No parking pass required. Guests may park up to two vehicles in the driveway. No garage parking allowed as the owners have a vehicle stored in there. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. Please know that there is no street parking available and it is a violation of the Sun Valley Ordinances. Additional vehicles must be parked at a public parking lot in downtown Ketchum or at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Avenue in Ketchum. Please note, these public lots are not supervised and guests park at their own risk.

The house was in the perfect location. It was very inviting and comfortable. It had the perfect yard for my dog. Like other people said...there was plenty of spices!! I will definitely keep this place in mind next time we go. My only complaint was the people that stayed there before me didn't clean up their dogs poop before they left. There was quite a bit when I got there.

The beds and all the linens were so nice, even the pillows were top-notch. The full kitchen was a nice surprise. They do need to go through the spices just to have fresh stuff but really it was nice. The leather couches were so comfortable and very clean. The gas fireplace was another added bonus. My husband and I really enjoyed the outside deck and the fenced yard for our dog. The view inside and out was unbelievable breathtaking. The white chair in the living room needs to be cleaned and the rug in the downstairs bathroom needs to be cleaned or changed. The Vacasa staff were so helpful and nice. We will be back again for sure.

Wonderful living/dining/kitchen area, comfortable home located in a quiet area with beautiful open space view. Very close to access point for lovely plowed walking path which meanders along and crosses the river. We loved our stay and hope to return!

We loved how close we were to town and the mountain. The kitchen was very complete and had lots of spices! The fenced yard was perfect for our pup! Would definitely stay here again!

Our family absolutely loved this home. Loved that it was 2 story and not 3. It has a very open lower floor with soaring ceilings. It was very clean. The kitchen had everything possible we could need. The bathrooms had tons of crisp white towels. Comfortable beds but we did not use the bunk bed room. The back yard is fenced and has a great view as shown in photos. Everything worked in the home and it was nice having use of the garage. The bike path is right there! It was a very nice quiet neighborhood. We would gladly stay here again.

This house was a wonderful place to spend the Thanksgiving holiday. It was stocked with every kitchen item you could ever need. Beds were super comfy, house is adorable and the layout was perfect to dine, visit and relax. A winter storm made the trip that much better giving us the perfect mountain view of snow crusted trees. I was surprised to see the driveway plowed out during one of our daily jaunts. Thanks for the perfect stay!

The inside of the house was beautifully decorated. The house was comfortable and clean. Everything needed was there, especially in the kitchen. We loved sitting out on the patio and enjoying the view of the hills behind the house, a very private and quiet home.

Beautiful house with great access to Sun Valley resort, and Ketchum. On bus route and bike trail system. Comfortable furnishing, well equipped kitchen. Would return in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful escape.

Loved the location, loved the house, only a couple of small fixes necessary.. but it was Vacasa that was most difficult to reach to get those addressed! The local lady (Camie) saved the day.
